I never make reviews but felt inclined to let everyone know if you come here do not expect to be helped at all and also expect the so called customer service to be beyond awful.

Very disappointed with Geek Squad customer service. Appointment must be made, but you cannot call local store directly (must go through outsourced call center). I made an appointment to drop off my computer for repair but the earliest time I was able to secure was 3:40. In the interim, I dropped off a print job at Staples (located in the same shopping center) at 12:20 and was informed the job would take 2 hours. I decided to head to Geek Squad to see if they would let me drop my computer off early. They said absolutely not and that the need to stick to the scheduled time. This is incredibly ridiculous. At the time, I was the only customer in the service queue and I would have gladly waited the two hours in case an appointment was late or didnt show up. Extremely poor way to accommodate customers.
