Had an appointment 5-17 Thursday for my Mac book to be looked at and also Called two days before and was told I was good to go and bring my Mac book in. Got in at 6:40pm and had to wait for 20 mins to get help, and I was told that I had to wait another 20 mins. Took them 5 mins to look at it and turn me away because my Mac book was old. Was not notified or informed about this information about their policy. Very poor communication on customer service.

Rudy R is so helpful!!! He deserves a raise. He really went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had a fridge with a working ice maker. He explained everything to me and clearly genuinely wanted to help us. He treated it like it was his own home. The job was done perfectly. We really appreciated having Rudy assigned to us!

They were very helpful and informative. I will continue to go to them. Went to Kevins Computers previously and was charged a large sum. The problem persisted the following week, so when I went back to tell them, they were going to charge a lot more. Thats when I decided to try Geek Squad. They were professional and didnt take advantage of the customer.

Horrible customer service from the manger of geek squad today at 3:30pm short skinny man with a pony tail long hair. He was completely rude and no help! I had an appointment stood in line For 20 mins. To Be told another 45 mins for nothing. And this isn’t after the fact I came in at 12 to Be told he needed a manger to do anything. Waste of had and my to time ! I will Be reaching out to corporate he was beyond rude and not helpful. He gave me attitude not a good Face to represent geek squad. IM a paying customer. $50 for 2 years . This is what I get! Don’t buy geek squad protection. Get square trade. Way better.

Excellent service. We used Geek Squad to install our new Bosch dishwasher and initially had a problem with water coming out of the air gap. This was not caused by Geek Squad, instead it was the more powerful drain pump in the dishwasher. Rather than return the dishwasher, they came back out and spent 3 hours reworking the drain configuration (at no charge) to resolve the problem.

I was told that Geek Squad does data retrieval for iPhones. I even talk to an agent via BestBuy App Geek Squad live chat and she said they do. So I went ahead and scheduled the soonest appointment and headed over to BestBuy Geek Squad center. They straight out told me that they don’t do iPhone data retrieval. Save your time and don’t go to Geek Squad for this issue. Arghhhhhhh!!!

Called days in advance- Steve in car audio mentioned he could fit me in at 2pm Friday. Showed up and told me he had to reschedule me. Poor customer service and terrible to reach on the phone.
