Kevin was awesome he gave me the information I need to purchase my MacBook Pro. He was walking back to his work station and I stopped him because no one was around. He was the most polite pleasant young man in the entire building. If he wasn’t there I would have walked out and went somewhere else. Thank you who ever his manager is because he is an assistant to your store.

Terrible service and communications. I was transferred 4 times for a software subscription and wasted 2 solid hours on the phone. I could barely understand the techs and their mannerisms and efficiency were lacking. I found the problem on my own afterwards that was simply a credit card update.

Horrible service. I bought a open box washing machine that I was told was new and it just has a dent on the front. After waiting for hours at the store because they were having issues with getting it delivered. It went from being delivered in 2 days to being delivered in 2 weeks. The manager was nice enough to give us a discount because we were there so long. The item arrived this Tuesday and did not work. Tank would feel but it would not wash at all. Friday they sent someone out to do a reinstall and when they came they also said that the item was not working. Called Best Buy geek squad and was told that the only way I could get another new item was to pay the full price or the machine. Ive Literally been on hold and talking to the manager with geek squad for over a hour when all I want to do now is pay the difference to get a replacement. While I’m on hold for over 30 minutes I’m writing this review. I guess customer service means absolutely nothing.The discount is taken away and I have to now pay back the discount because the manager said he can’t see the discount. Only that the machine price was low, and pay the difference to get a new machine.Lesson learned. NEVER BUY A OPEN BOX ITEM FROM BEST BUY

So after trying to comunícate with them over the phone about repairing my Samsung note 10+ and never being able to get thru i drove the 30 min drive, its the closest best buy that works with Samsung, only to find out that my insurance that I bought from them only covers exchanges, theyll replace it with a refurbished phone with a $200 deductible. That is not what I was told when I purchased this insurance, they even show you a breakdown of how much each repair would cost. Just a few weeks ago we pre-ordered the note 20 and they sold us the same insurance with false information. I would not recommend buying the insurance unless youre ok exchanging your phone every time your screen breaks and having to pay the $200. The back of my phone broke but everything works fine so i dont want to replace it with a refurbished one.

I came here to replace my cracked Samsung Note8 screen with a same day repair appointment. I was helped by Ralph. He was very professional and helpful. They replaced my screen in about 2 hours. Excellent service.I received great customer service. Thank you Ralph and Geek Squad!

Worst experience every time I went in to get help from them. I went to the location at Torrance first of all they damage your phone when you give it to them to take it to the back gave them my s9 to put a screen protector on it they ended up scratching the back of the phone after I got it back and acted like they never saw it and the screen protector ended up having bubbles 3 attempts they tried and still couldn’t get it right. Never allow them to work on your phone they will damage it somehow. Also there customer service is horrible they are very rude and don’t speak the truth. I will never go back to geek squad with the horrible service I received and I recommend you don’t go there either.

Lack of customer service, they need improve on what theyre doing. They filed my appoinmet on the wrong date. If theyre going to repair phones, Geek squad needs to expand their team to other bestbuys, customers cant be driving far distances for a simple SCREEN repair....

My PC recently stopped accepting my password on one of the busiest work weeks of the year. My computer guru recently moved out of state and all efforts to get into my computer on my own failed. I was panicked and was worried I had been hacked. A last minute call was placed to the Geek Squad in Torrance and the only appointment left was twenty minutes away. I practically ripped the tower out of the cabinet, drove as fast (snails pace) as I could through bumper to bumper traffic on Thanksgiving Eve, and made it there on time. Mahal (my savior), navigated through every firewall Microsoft could throw at him and was able to get back into my computer within a few minutes. He confirmed I had not been hacked nor had anyone other than myself attempted to log on that day. Whew!! Mahal was easy going, make a few suggestions without trying to sell me, was patient during my panic mode, and make me feel at ease. He is a great asset to Best Buy and I thoroughly hope he is appreciated and treated well. Thank you Mahal. Your name is imprinted on my ER list for my PC although I hope to not need you in any immediate future. Carolyn

Terrible place for any kind of computer repair. I went to ask for an estimate for some computer upgrade and they said they wouldn’t even tell me how much it was unless I paid the diagnostic fee. Seriously can’t even give me an estimate? Waste of time to even consider going to this place.
