Had an issue with some headphones I bought almost 2 years ago. I had the Geek squad protection plan. Walked in with my headphones, and within 15 minutes, I had a refund and new headphones picked out. 😃

At this Best Buy it seems to be that there are no phones... what’s the point of trying to call if no one ever answers the damn phone...
