2018-12-31 07:18:39I had an absolutely terrible experience. The customer service is absolutely horrible and they have no respect for their customers. Thats a shame how poor customer service you experience at Best Buy in The Geek Squad. If you ever need electronic repair I would never suggest The Geek Squad not only because they are extremely extremely overpriced but because its more appropriate to get your electronic repairs done at a local computer shop. Best Buy has terrible customer service and I believe this company will not last much longer with the rise of Amazon and best buys and Geeks squad poor customer service and lack of computer knowledge

No one knows what they’re doing and seems like they don’t want to work there everyone’s giving you different information on the same product and no one wanted me to speak to a manager, but it makes sense why would you want me to speak to manager I’ll never go to this location again, and I hope no one else does

2021-06-20 02:26:26Ordered a Fire TV from Amazon Prime and chose to pick it up at the store. There was slight confusion, I guess it is a new service, but Jessica was amazing. She figured it out and I was not disappointed. Great customer service.

2021-05-18 02:58:48Best buy has terrible customer service. Had to give name and phone number to wait for a employee to help me with a tv purchase I waited almost 30 minutes and it was a week day around 1 pm finally gave up and purchased a TV elsewhere.

2018-03-22 05:38:45Not being very computer literate, I went to Best Buy (not my first time) Geek squad. Every time there, the person helping me solved my problems, explained in a way I could understand, and treated me as a valued customer.

2020-09-18 20:19:51The only problem I had was that there was low volume on one single AirPod and then it took it for half an hour and then said just buy new AirPods.Also when I ask the guy “Can you just fix it?” He said no we cannot.
