Great customer service over the phone. The person we spoke to was honest about the wait time without appointment and pricing approximation. Upon arrival to the store the wait was about 30 min or less and Isaac was there to help. Isaac was understanding, quick, and an excellent example of amazing customer service.

I originally went to Best Buy Pacoima to buy liquid cooler for CPU. Alan was there to help me with answers to my questions. He ended up explaining benefits of Total Tech Support service. Normally I am skeptical person but since he seemed honest & not pushing, I decided to give it a try & signed up for the service. I was still skeptical. I advised him that it was very important for me to have my computer fixed asap.He took the ownership of the issue & coordinated with the technician Dalton to help me out. They not only fixed the issue with my computer in matter of few hours, they even tuned it up. I also noticed that they even cleaned up the built-in dust inside the computer. Now, my computer is working faster than ever before. When I brought the computer to the Geek Squad, the CUP temperature was hitting 99-100 degrees. Now I see that at between 35 & 40. What a big difference!On my way out with my computer, I asked Alan if fixing the GPS of cars was included in the service & if he could help us with that. I had some small issue which I had been struggling with for few weeks already. Alan quickly took ownership of the issue & he walked out to my car with me. He fixed the issue in less than 2 minutes.Best Buys Geek Squad service is truly amazing at a very low price. Geek Squad team members own awesome positive attitude. I know that I can count on them to help me with any technical issue.I had a stunning experience with them & I would highly recommend them to anybody.

I had a great experience with the Geek Squad my technician was very professional answered all my questions showed me everything I needed to know as I am a six-year-old when it comes to these things I was very happy Ill use you again thank you Damien

Needed a fan replaced on my laptop. Labor day weekend was busy so Jonathan suggested coming back the following weekend and true to his word, got it done when I went back.

Online chat on somethings not so great u will probably find out how to trouble shoot programs and apps by just using Google search engine

I was there on Saturday May 29, 2022 in the afternoon I was interested in an iPhone 13 pro max, a guy I think works in the telephone area, he asked me if I needed help and I told him yes, I wanted to apply for a phone and he asked me if I had credit. I said yes but that I didnt have much and he answered me with arrogance that if so I didnt want to waste his time that I didnt want to spend an hour and a half trying and I told him that it was fine that I wanted to apply to be able to transfer my number with t mobile and that I had no problem paying for the phones in full but he said no and I felt like he discriminated against me because Im Latino or he thought I dont have the means to buy one. Im the CEO of a company and I think that in my experience I shouldnt treat or discriminate against people thinking that they do not have the ability to buy appearances are deceiving well this is my humble comment thank you
