They always get the job done, and in this case, troubleshooting my laptop and verifying the viability of the installed anti-virus security systems effectiveness when I was thinking otherwise was the reassurance I needed. I just feel they are shorthanded. One has to make an appointment to bring in the device and another to pick it up after its been paid for and notice provided to customer of task(s) completed. Cost efficient for them and an incentive to use their online service, which is even far more cost efficient for them.

Brought 2 laptops here first one just needed update, got that fixed no charge, second one just wanted to retrieve photos from, they were able to do that. Overall i am pleased with the employe that helped me out. I will continue to use them for my electronic repairs

I called the Geek Squad regarding my flat screen tv and if they do repairs? I was told yes but I would have to bring it into the store. After, going through the trouble of removing my TV from the wall and taking it up to the store I was told by a very motionless and uncaring customer service guy that stated they dont fix TVs. However, I called them twice and checked the website before going through all the trouble of taking my television off the wall. Ive delt with this guy twice now at the Brentwood store and hes been not helpful in both cases.

I had a good experience at Best Buy in Antioch / Brentwood California. I needed a replacement for my iPhone. Through the Apple website I made my appointment. A day after I went at the time of my appointment, I was met with a courteous and knowledgeable staff. In less than two hours I had my phone back working again. Thank you.

Walked in with my computer they refused to even look at it said they wont touch it. It should be a relatively simple fix its just a matter of forcing the operating system to stop and then reinstalling the old operating system that I have the disc for. To be fair I was biased before I went in there I never liked to geek squad to begin there but I thought Id give him a chance.

Took laptop in for cleaning ended up having to replace hard drive old one was going out. Had cleaned up so kids could use for school unfortunately after replacing hard drive now have no access to touch screen On the lap top have called Store and spoke with support and not able to get corrected. When calling store told to contact online support which they have tried also advised from online to contact them In store they may have forgot to install the hard ware for touch screen to work. Now I’m stuck with a laptop that doesn’t fully work

I have always had very good service through the Geek Squad at Best Buy Brentwood/Antioch store. The computer issue involved my year old monitor. Angelica was relentless in her pursuit to discover why it suddenly stopped working and soon had me on my way!

Today, Fri, 25 Mar. A very pleasant young man Tyler, delivered and set up our new TV. His work and attitude were excellent beyond description. It is very rewarding to have this kind of service. Thanks to all of you.

Try calling the customer service number, for Geek Squad. The voice was not professional, stating screw this! This was my second purchase of 3 years. Both have been subpar for best buy and the tech support has been slow or unhelpful!

I would give less than star took me a week to schedule repairs service I was late by 7 minutes to the appointment I understand once you make an appointment you got to stick to it but for them to cancel the repair and of cours next available appointment is week away I would recommend go to another placeWorst geek squad customer service
