I am extremely grateful that I came across this company and I am looking forward to doing business with them again because of my experience with one of the Lead Brother Technicians, Christian P. Being new to the DTG Printing space, I ran into many issues that held me back from production which led to a pause for growth within my business. I was able to call in and schedule an appointment with Chris where he trained me on how to properly use & service the machine. He also went above and beyond by helping me fix every single problem that I ran into without hesitation and kept an amazing attitude throughout the entire experience.

Viewed a demo of some direct to Garment printers at the ISS Long Beach show. The quality of the work was amazing and add on components developed by Stitch City made the equipment more versatile than the original design from the manufacturer.
