Amparo Murillo She is a great salesperson, she was with me throughout the entire process, she clarified any questions and that made me feel safe in this purchase and she used her own vehicle to help me get the money from the bank. She behaves very well and she always has positive energy.

Unfortunately, I am here to express my horrible experience with this dealership and my frustration with purchasing a recent vehicle at this Santa Ana Location. Prior to my purchase was advised based on in-house approval to put down $5500 to be able to drive off the lot with my selected choice of a 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport. Ralph and Tanya helped me this purchase in which was a smooth transaction. After a week of having the vehicle, Check Engine Light surfaced, AC stopped working blowing hot air and Vehicle Overheating issues. Hard to tell if there is also radiator issues or any type of leaks regarding the coolant. After addressing my issue was advised to take it to the El Monte Service department an hour away as I currently reside in Riverside County in the City of Corona. How can I drive this car given the current malfunction, mechanical status? I had to get the vehicle towed back to Santa Ana and delivered back to the Santa Ana dealership to schedule a pick up for Ganas to take it back for repairs. I have received No updates, have to keep calling myself to check for an update with no resolution. I cant imagine having to pay the money I did for a downpayment to come find out that Im driving a defective vehicle and not taken seriously with no accommodations to help me in the interim. Bad overall communication and customer service as Its extremely difficult to ever want to refer any friends or family to this dealership or any Ganas Auto dealerships in any of the surrounding areas. Filed a complaint with Ganas Complaint line and also filed a complaint with the (BAR) Bureau of automotive repair to address my issue. I am now getting my legal counsel to move forward with getting this resolved as soon as possible since Ganas does not want to prioritize my concern let alone update me on any repairs. Out of pocket expenses for Uber, no available loaner vehicles to accommodate me with just for the inconvenience, and no immediate updates from the Santa Ana location, the list keeps growing as well as my frustration. This is not how you treat consumers let alone not go above and beyond to provide a solution with broken promises and constant headaches being inconvenienced leading to a ton of stress. I want answers not excuses but to be deservingly prioritized due to the horrible experience I continue to have communicating with Ganas Auto and their staff. We are now coming towards my first payment due and Im supposed to be happy with not having the vehicle and finding out this has been a lemon after having it only a week??? Hoping this issue gets resolved quickly as I am truly unhappy with this experience. Please contact me to discuss as I am seeking a refund for my downpayment, or put in a different vehicle for the inconvenience. This dealership needs to do better putting the customers first as ones Life can be severely impacted by this horrible customer service.Matt Lete
