Literally worst customer service experience ever from any GameStop ever. I frequent here and they consistently bump other people in line ahead of me. Literally not even joking. Your management staff needs to teach your hourly workers how lines work. I guess that’s why they’re getting fifteen bucks an hour.

This gamestop isn’t necessarily anything special but that is the upside at least to me. My son and I will come in every now and then to buy whatever he wants and everything is easy to find. It’s not usually busy so you’re either first or second in line and get out quickly. If you need a quick run for your gift cards or to quickly buy a game then this is a good spot.

Nice store items. Horrible staff. Was just in there. Two people at the counter talking about their personal social life. I ask a question about price. Rude woman half answers with attitude. Do they live a miserable life? Or they simply did not like me? I wouldnt want to spend a cent there. Nasty people.

Guys this place sucks. I got headset and I took the headset and it was small on my head didn’t even use it. I take it back to get different headset and they said we can’t exchange it. I asked to talk to manager and the person working front lied and said she is the manager. I called different game stop they said they can do exchange. Never had a horrible experience like this and would not recommend this game stop to any one. Go somewhere else.

Only one employee working when we walked in. Several other people came in and the employee started to get extremely flustered and didnt know what to do. I dont blame the guy especially with all the smash and grab robberies going on. There should have been more than one person working there.

I bought a ps5 and the controller was defective, first game i play i notice the stick drift. I called them the same day and they said theres nothing they could do for me. I even bought a warranty. Also horrible customer service please be professional.

Great service because they went out of their way looking for a particular product while on the phone, confirmed inventory and saved it so that it can be picked up and purchased. They were the only particular store that had this product, so I was grateful for their assistance and I definitely recommend a return to this location because of what they did.

I love how they are helping keep everyone including themselves safe. Maintaining social distance and controlling crowd building up. Aside from that the selection is nice and the help is just great. If I cant find something they help me. Staff is kind and helpful. They also make sure to know if your happy with the selection thats been chosen. I had one staff member go above and beyond for me. She helped me find two player games for my daughter to enjoy and explain how I could find that on the box. She asked age range and She hit the selection right on the nose... because my daughter loves the games.

I LOVE THIS GAMESTOP! they always have the nicest, friendly and helpful staff. Daniel helped me today and was extremely helpful with my questions, especially after a bad experience at the Balboa Gamestop location where the guy was EXTREMELY unhelpful...also VAN NUYS ANSWERS THERE PHONE!!! whereas Balboa REFUSES TO PICK UP THEIR PHONES OR JUST LEAVE THE RECEIVER OFF THE HOOK!!! I understand that today was a busy day because of a pokemon pre-order release but to not answer your phone (balboa GS)...Daniel answered my call, told me what i needed to know, i went to the VN GS store and got my preorders in.... Worst customer service I’ve had in a while, and usually GameStop is a place I enjoy their customer service. Came in for a specific offer to trade in switch, mentioned that offer multiple times, then 10-15 mins later after this guy is dragging his feet and communicating nothing to me, he rings me up at almost double the price ($80 more due to smudges on the back of the console). Wasted my time and his own, but he didn’t seem to mind. Definitely didn’t seem like he wanted to be there or make anything less than difficult. Walked out and I’ll head to another GameStop.

The people that work here always give me good recommendations on what prices are better to get the most of the deals they have. Very unorganized location. I called this location and specifically asked them if I can pay and get the game if I drove up there that day and they said they have the game available and I could come and pay for it and get it. Drove all the way to the store and called them and they asked me to place the order online and I couldn’t place the order there. I said okay, placed the order and waited in the car. Mind you they confirmed for the second time they have the game. After about 15 mins they gave me an open box which I didn’t want because I paid for a new one. Wasted all my driving time and had to do a refund all because they couldn’t communicate properly what they have and the procedure during covid 19. Choose Best Buy instead.

Either the manager or the clerks have a bad view of people I went to trade in my system and a few other controllers in good condition to upgrade and with out looking at it they said it was damaged and had to send it to get it fixed I asked where was it damaged and they told me I can’t show you right now but I would need to inspect it closely this store is pretty racist how they value your things I took my stuff to the GameStop in Tarzan’s and with out a problem they gave me a full trade in value and I even purchase a new system

I would have given this location a 3 star, but since they moved to this current building they have improved. The staff is VERY knowledgable, which is good considering most game stops now have people that dont even game working I feel. The store is small and the selection is not the great, but if you need a new game they will have it and the pre orders are fast and simple in this location. I would use this one if you have the chance.

This is a decent store but their 9 oclock releases are very poorly set up, the one I go to in GA just has everyone pay before 9 and then hand them out quickly, this one took 30 mins as they broke people into groups and only let a few people in the store at a time, not to mention it was 40 degrees. Other then that it is a gamestop.

Good selection, always get the bonuses in the Pre-Orders. They do midnight releases for select titles and the area is nice to shop/stay at since theres eateries and other services. Parking is easy.
