Small store with very limited room to browse. Small collection of retro stuff, so call first if you are looking for something specific.Staff is really friendly and honest. They werent afraid to recommend other game shops if they dont have what you are looking for.There is parking in the back.

A lot of old school stuff, they have a lot of amiibos that you cant find at target best buy or gamestop thats the main reason why I started going their wide amiibo collection.

My Xbox One got the green screen of death omw to visit fam in LA. I was mortified! I went to Game Play cuz no other places had new or used ones, but they did. They saved my gaming bacon ! Do not count them out when searching for gaming things cuz they pulled thru for me. They open at noon despite the 11am hours posted some places.

Super clean store with nice, knowledgeable staff. They still have COVID restrictions so you cant really browse, but I respect it. Price stickers on games come off easy. They know what they have so its priced accordingly, but often in great condition

From retro to modern they got you. The staff at the time were pretty cool, i think this store is great if no other places have what you want Gameplay got you covered! I bought a 360 from there for fairly priced and the disc games i got were in good condition. Definately recommend this spot!

I came to this place in hopes to find some hidden treasures, nostalgia video games and browse. When I arrived I was extremely disappointed. 2/3 of the store is blocked of with plexy glass barrier because of Covid. Everything In front of the store was newer video games and DVD. I understand that the pandemic is still going on and would happily wear a mask if allowed back to browse at the nostalgia area but we were not allowed and had to ask if I happened to see anything, not including the stuff I couldnt see.The whole reason I came to a store like this was to browse and see what I could find that was old, nostaglic and retro!!!. If I wanted to purchase modern day video games and dvds I would of went to gamestop. Not allowing customers to walk through the whole store especially the retro section is a huge miss step in my opinion, I would have walked out with plenty of purchases. If your going to block off the store for reasons because of covid it should be the newer stuff because we can get that anywhere not the retro video games. Lastly the gentleman that was working was nice however not the least bit interested in engaging with us. He was on and off the phone, would disappear for a while behind the plexy glass for lengthy periods of time This place has potential but its current state was a big disappointment for me. I love coming to retro video game stores especially since there are not very many of the left. Not allowing customers to see what they had except thru a distant plexy glass view was disappointing, half the fun is seeing what they have that doesnt come to mind right off the mind. We ended up leaving and not purchasing anything.

I havent been to this store yet but I could say that the dude that helped me on the phone was super cool, I think his name was Brian. Great customer service. I called & asked If by any chance If they repaired retro consoles (My Sega Saturn needs a bit of repairing) even tho he said that they dont often repair retro consoles, that theyll give me a call back If any repair parts for my Saturn shows up at the store. Also he was very knowledgeable about my console issues & took his time to answer a few questions.

I ordered an item in February through online and never received it. Requested some form of refund or a replacement for two months and only got excuses that I need to wait for upper management to handle it. Ive still have not received a call back or refund at this time.I wont shop there again.

Been here many times and they have really good prices. Staff is super friendly. They have a lot to choose from here. From PS4 games to Nintendo DS games. Would definitely recommend stopping by and checking this place out! Im sure you wont regret it!

Cool little independent hole-in-the-wall shop. They have a pretty huge selection of games, very old and new, and they also usually get new games in early, which is nice, though inconsistent (sometimes they get games in days before release, and sometimes its just the day before). Ive also preordered games before and have not received a call that it had arrived, but had to call myself and find out which was frustrating. Cool place and definitely worth checking out, though.

Wow what a change.... 75% of the store is covered with plexiglass, employees cant hear me nor can I hear them. Makes it VERY hard to browse and want to buy.I came in today looking to spend around $500 on PS2 games but could barely see anything since its behind the counter. This used to be the spot and its sad it turned into this.

DO NOT TEST YOUR GAMES HERE! They charged me $2 on a PS2 that did not play my PS1 game properly (even though it worked on my a PS2 I used to own). Other stores (like A&J games) do it for free, with systems that WORK for mod-sensitive software. Dont get ripped off.

Weve been coming here for YEARS. They sell a great selection of used games (even old-school Nintendo 8-bit games) as well as all the new current generation games. If you follow them on facebook, youll see specials that they may have (including new releases).Overall, its great to support a local mom and pop store when the gamestops and the best buys have been taking over all the video game sales.

They guarantee to have the best price and will price match if needed. Unfortunately upon asking for a price match for a game they claimed that they couldnt honor it because even tho the game was available at a store 11 miles away, it wasnt available at a store 4 miles away. On a different occasion they also claimed they could pricematch websites however this time around they refused to do so which leads me to believe they were nitpicking to weasel out of having to price match the game I was interested in. I always prefer to try and give my business to mom and pop stores but I guess Ill have to give my business to the big box store down the road now.

A good game store. I try to give my business here whenever possible. Employees here do their job when needed and they let you explore the store. Plus they help me get the game I want to play on time Everytime I looked here so very good to come here. Perfect place to support. A bit cramped but they have a collection of new and older games.

Its the neighborhood used & new video game shop with friendly service & good selection. Do call ahead if looking for something specific, they have a callback service for when that special game arrives, which is a nice touch. Growing selection of NES, SNES, Genesis, Gameboy, N64, GameCube, Dreamcast & newer games.

Ordered a game from there, they told me 7 to 14 days.. well its been a month. I paid for it at the time I ordered it, I dont think that I had to deal with an attitude when I called to check the status..I will from now on, order from a big company, I always like to keep small businesses going, but not this one. I give this place 2 thumbs down.
