We met Michael based on the top reviews posted by co-workers on the company boards. From our very first meeting, Michael impressed us with his in-depth knowledge of the local market. He took the time to truly understand our needs and preferences, and was incredibly patient as we explored different neighborhoods and types of homes. We went through a lot of indecision and uncertainty in the changing market. Many thanks to the Galli Team. They are a full-service outfit. Michael and I met on the advice of good friends who had sold their house in 2015. He had a vision for our property--and the contractors to carry it out--that led to us accepting an offer that was several hundred thousand over asking. We invested quite a lot into preparation and freshening up the place, but we made that money back in spades. I appreciate the responsiveness of the team, and usually received replies within an hour or two about various (countless) issues. We feel we chose the perfect team to basically take the keys, oversee the improvements, and sell the property. I could not recommend them more highly. We consider ourselves really fortunate to have had the chance to work with the Galli team while buying our first home. Being first time homeowners in the Bay Area market seemed terrifying and stressful from the outset but the Galli team made the entire process an absolute cakewalk for us. Throughout the entire journey, we felt that the team was always on the lookout for our best interests. Besides being kind and super friendly, every single member of the team that we worked with (Patti, Ola, Jennifer, Jessamyn, Ana and of course Michael) was an absolute rockstar in whatever they did through the process (buying, listing, closing).While viewing homes, it felt refreshing to see the team help us refine our search criteria based on what would be the best for our family. While putting down offers, the team helped us come up with a clear and definitive strategy along with a pricing point that would eventually help us get the home of our choice. While closing our home, the team spent countless hours educating us on our possible risks, answered our million endless questions about home ownership, repairs and personally helped us work with numerous vendors to find the best possible price while also prioritizing the items that would be blockers for us to move into our new home.Overall, I could not speak more highly enough of the Galli team and would absolutely recommend their services in a heartbeat. We worked with Micheal, Jessamyn, Patti, Ana, Ola and Jen. Each one of them is fantastic at what they do. They were our buyers agent and were always available to answer any question, provide guidance through out the entire process. They are exceptionally talented, extremely professional and thorough! As first time home buyers, little did we know what to expect from the process, but they made sure we were informed every step of the way. They are always very quick to respond and are very accommodative to your needs. Micheals pricing strategy is on point, that helped us buy our dream home at a price point we are comfortable at. Highly recommend working with them.

I enjoyed working with Ola, our realtor. Her knowledge of the Bay Area helped us narrow down our home search. She was patient and gave us time and space to figure out what was truly important to us and what we need to forego in order to stay within our budget.I had the pleasure of working with several other members of the Galli Team when Ola was away on vacation. Michael who showed us the home we eventually bought, has a keen eye for detail; he pointed out all the problems/shortcomings with the house so we know what you have to deal with before committing. There is no sugar coating. He has a good handle on the home valuation and strong negotiation skills which helped us get the house in spite of several bidders!When you work with the Galli Team, you don’t just work with one realtor, you have the support of several people from bidding to key collection. Jessamyn went over the property disclosures with us and gave us cost estimates on fixes. Patti facilitated the escrow closing, purchase of staging items, questions for the listing agent/previous owner, and provided us with a list of vendors/contractors.The icing on the cake was on the day of key collection, Ola and Ana brought in a landscaping crew to clean up the yard, front porch and garage. They made sure the home was cleared out of any items left by the previous owner. Ana also pointed out the location of the gas and water shut off valves, the electrical panel, water heater and what we needed to do in an event of a flood/earthquake. They also came bearing several thoughtful gifts which I will leave you to find out for yourselves.

Michael helped us buy our first home in a very hot market. He toured endless houses with us all over the south bay. Through each tour, he taught us something new - what makes a good location, how to look for structural issues in a house, what are quick fixes, insights into schools, community and so much more information that is not on the internet. We put offers on many houses with no pressure from Michael to win any of them. We wanted to understand the market and Michael supported us as we got comfortable with the process and price movements. He even cautioned us on when it was time to back away from some bidding wars in 2022. However, if you want to be aggressive, he will absolutely support that! But thats not what we wanted and our style wouldnt work for most realtors - who want to close fast and move on.His team Patti, Jessamyn, Ana and everyone were great in supporting us with disclosures, comps, second tours and answering our many questions! The entire team is a joy to work with. Michael and Galli team are very kind, supportive and empathetic. Michael has a great network - most realtors in the area know him and have worked with him, which helps when he is representing us as buyers.We took a break and re-started the process in 2023. When we finally bought our home, we were very comfortable with the process, the journey and most importantly - the comps. We got the first house we bid on this time! He can just look at homes, and point out the pros/cons in a matter of minutes. Biting into his knowledge on homes is a great bonus. Michael/Michelle visited about 50+ homes with us. There are homes we liked, Michael walked in and out in 2 mins telling we could do better, and he was so right!!! He and Michelle knew what we would like even before we knew what would click for us!! Michael is a top-notch realtor with a deep understanding of the Bay Area market. Everyone on his team (Patti, Jan, Heather, Jessamyn, Ana) are rockstars - knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and with high integrity. Michael is well-respected by other realtors in the area, which comes in handy during tough negotiations.We worked with Michael and his team for over two years, bidding on ~15 houses before finally finding a great home for our needs. During this period, we never felt pressured to buy a property; on the contrary Michael was always quick to point out all the flaws in a house that we might have overlooked.
