***EXPERIENCE 2*** (Positive)I need to have rice on hand at all times. So, I definitely picked more up the last time rice was on sale. The Japanese brand Ive loved for years. However, Ive discovered a Korean brand here thats every bit as good. My mom tells me they also have ready cooked rice at very reasonable prices.My mom was born and raised in Idaho, so Im very familiar with russet potatoes. Recently, Ive noticed 10lbs. of Idaho russets selling at an incredible price. Much better than mass merchandisers, and even discount wholesalers. Not only is the price extremely good. The quality is excellent, and they seem to last long in storage as well. And, I know Ive never seen sale prices on green onions at a better price, except at another Korean Market.***EXPERIENCE 1*** (Positive)This is a very nice Korean market. The produce department is always very well maintained and stocked. The vegetables are always fresh and fairly priced.Of course they have all kinds of Korean items, but they also have lots of other Asian items as well. Its very convenient that I can find a lot of Japanese items I use frequently. Ive especially noticed in the last few months the incredible sale prices they have had on medium grain rice. I pick up a bag every time theyre on sale.If youre looking for Asian ingredients its a great resource, with very good sale prices.

I live in Simi Valley and we don’t have a great selection of Asian Markets. So, when I need rare asian ingredients I now know exactly where I need to go! I have been to Asia many times. This sore makes me feel like I’m in Taiwan or Shanghai! Love it! They keep it clean and their customer service is great!

Good parking handicap accessible.First floor. Caters to Japanese and Korean customers. Higher end meat, sea food and produce. Short ribs looked amazing so did the fresh fish. Excellent selection of Korean, Chinese and Japanese packaged food products and supplies. Nice small mall near entrance. Love the bakery.Store is exceptionally clean.prices reflect an above average market but arent excessive. We visited the food court. I ordered a soup and it was flavorsome I will return and try other Korean dishes. My husband had a beef dish, they served it with white rice, kimchi and some pasta. It smells super good as soon as you walk in.

I love exploring the various selections of Korean foods at this market. Its such a foodie paradise. Their meat selection is vast and delicious. Same with their fresh seafood.I love the frozen dumpling section as well as the snack section where we always try something new.

We shop at Galleria Market in Northridge all the time. Its a great place to shop for Asian grocery products. Very clean and staff are always friendly. It is not inexpensive but good quality products. We like their fruits and vegetables, which is very well organized. They also have independent restaurants and a bakery under the same roof. They have a fresh fish department. The fish market doesnt smell like seafood. Very clean and great quality seafood. I think it is an Epic place for all your Asian foods needs. Check out the food court. Great foods to eat or to get Togo.

I finally had the chance tonight to stop by this market. Yes, its basically an Asian market like 99 Ranch or Seafood City but I really like this one better. The parking situation is also better to me. I came here around 7pm to look for some Korean BBQ short ribs but I didnt find them. It also allowed me to show my fiancée another Asian store if she wants certain item like bok choy or her Mochi ice cream. She saw the boba ice cream so of course she got that too. There wasnt much people in the store when we went, so we were able to basically walk around and was able to pay right away when we were done.

Galleria market has a lot of mixed products. to choose. From seafood to meat, fresh fruits and veggies.Lot’s of different noodles. I’m surprised when i saw the persimmons really love it.The place is nice and clean with a good parking space.They also have a poke place inside. The employees are friendly too..

I love this grocery store. They have a nice variety and a lot of Asian snacks. They have frozen food, shelf food, and fresh fruits and vegetables. They have little stores inside which I really like the bakery. They also have a food court that I frequent a lot. There a Japanese curry place, a few Korean restaurants, a Korean fried chicken and corn dog place, and a poke place. I have eaten from almost every restaurant there and they are tasty

Galleria Market is a nice place to visit if you want to buy Asian groceries and get other shopping done. Inside they have multiple shops that serve pastries, offer jewelry, and there’s even a food court. The produce is also clean and fresh, and the prices are fair. The store is kept clean and the customer service is nice. There is also a USPS drop off location inside.

Korean oriented pan-Asian supermarket, so welcome in Northridge. Great fresh vegetables for Asian dishes, tofu and fresh noodles, an aisle just for ramens from throughout Asia. The prepared and preserved vegetable section has a large Kim Chee selection. Love the Garlic stems in chili and the waterly red kim chee. Mixes for mapo tofu and many other dishes. Wide selection of frozen dumplings. Korean Fast food court at front plus other concessions. No need to go over to the 99 Ranch with the Galleria so close!

Got some pork belly meat about two days ago. It wasnt terrible until I began to have weird symptoms. The pork meat is from Mexico, which is not a problem. I guess. I began to have really bad diarrhea. I normally wouldnt have a huge problem with pork, but it was twisting my stomach really badly today. I never fart-stooled until today. The meat was definitely frozen shipped since it had a lot of juice when I cooked it on the grill.Dont get me wrong, though. Their produces are fresh and at very decent prices. Their fish has no problem. It is definitely super fresh. I shopped here several times and this was my first time to buy meat. Go to Vallarta if you expect better quality meat.

This Galleria Market Northridge location opens 7 days a week until late night. I’ve visited there a couple of times especially in weekends night time on weekdays. Very far from my home. Tours Le Jours a great for the customer to visit buy cakes & sweet stuffs. The food court was crowded as usual. Shopping inside the market was nice & clean the employees were polite & friendly. So satisfying.

Fish, fish, fish! Enough said!No, just kidding, um, it use to be way bigger then this. (I believe the State of California got involved in this business operations. If you wish it to return to its former glory, please pay attention to what those meddling in power are doing) But it remains one of the few joints in the San Fernando Valley that offers such a variety of seafood. Dry fish, but mostly frozen, and packaged. We bought some cooked corn and prepared cooked fish, which was great.

The only real place near the SFV and Conejo Valley to get authentic Korean cooking products. They sell lots of fresh veggies and made to cook items. The building also has restaurants and some retailers including beauty products where I have bought some nice things for my wife.

You want vegetables, you want green onions by the bushels, you want every Asian vegetable on the planet - this is the place. The market is korean-based but they do sell Japanese foods as well. They have every different fish you can ever think of for sale including octopus and beltfish. A huge variety of ramen packages and an entire aisle full of kimchi. The prices are amazingly low, seven green onions for a dollar, giant Napa cabbages, tofu of every kind, meat counter, fish counter, every conceivable cut of meat an Asian cook needs. Lots of non-Asians shop here as well, their produce is enormous.

For example, nine different brands of soy sauce. Meat selection is diverse. We picked up some marinated pork. Hopefully, its even better than going to a restaurant.

This is one of my favorite Korean that I found by by accident. It has all the hallmarks of cleanliness friendliness and price wise its a very good place this so much define and so much you never knew you would like to try. Sorry I didnt take photos but if youre in this area if you live in this area as well work stopping in especially if you. But their lobster rolls and goodies that they offer on a daily basis and theres a great restaurant or two in there as well as Mall food court. Its a great destination shopping they have them in koreatown but I didnt know that they were.

Decent selection of asian groceries.The frozen meat & seafood are great. They always have stock for what we need. It is a dependable source of grocery in certain categories.There is a small food court, and Ive only tried one of them. It was not a very pleasant place to eat.The store is almost always dark & cold. I say this first because its what struck me first, the smell was horrendous. So much so that the person I was with tried to leave at the entrance. It was like rotted food or something. The interior is dated but its cool that its not just a grocery store but also businesses surrounding the perimeter of the entrance and exit. I really like this market. There are a few Asian markets in LA, and this one is close to me.I was born in Tennessee, but I have come to love Korean food. Galleria is principally Korean, but also offers some Japanese foods.For my needs Galleria is a great source for fresh produce, fresh seafood, frozen goods (such as dumplings and bao), and spices I might not otherwise try. They offer peeled garlic and fresh chopped garlic, for instance, much cheaper than I can find elsewhere. Believe me, you will not recognize all of the produce offered here, but I assure you it is high quality and very fresh.In the same area there is a fine bakery and a food court that offers some decent fare.

Everything in the store is clean everything was nice. I got this un welcoming feeling while I was shopping with my husband. When we went to one Ile. The security gaurd obviously and rudely came up and he was Hispanic bald. He lifted his phone from his pocket and then he took my photo and then took my husbands photo. When we were standing by the register and my husband walked away to check for a sauce. I told my husband hey that security gaurd made it obvious that he took my picture. The only nice person was the woman who helped us bag and the cashier. She didnt know how to use the machine and was saying in Korean how do I know it went through the machine is going slow and I cant tell. She asked the woman who bagged and she told her its okay it shows here on the receipt. I felt un welcomed a little by the cashier but I ignored it my husband paid and we left. Never again will we come here. Way to uncomfortable and I would consider coming back if that security gaurd was not there making us uncomfortable for just shopping and being human.

A friend and I found this place by accident and loved it ! It got a few small shops that sells hats, sun glasses, clothes, cosmetics stuff. Love the clothing stuff, I wish I were 5in taller, because most of the things I like are like very long dress, all the way near my ankles, and its not my style to wear a dress that long, pass the knees are good for me, but the styles are so cute and unique, you only have 1 of each, so its just that more special !!!

This is a cornucopia of Asian ingredients.!! I could get lost in the noodle section alone! They have a vast array of seaweed, soy sauce, well everything. Not going to lie; this golden gem has been here forever. The other day was my first time in. I usually go to H mart or Seafood city, but this place has it all! You can think of the endless excellent noodles, the best candies, and drinks (plus good food items). Asian style cuisine, foods, snacks, you name it, they got it. Very friendly staff, big parking lot; stop by and check it out. Im just sharing my experience with you all, and remember, theres always good grub with good company no matter where you go.

I love Korean and all Asian cuisine as thats my favorite type of food. They have really good foods there (i.e., noodles, meat, seafood, Gyoza, milk soda, seasonings, etc.), So if youre an Asian food lover like myself that cooks a lot of Asian food, this is the place to go to! In addition, the staff are very kind and friendly. Lastly, I also wanted to mention that they have food restaurants on the way out where they sell Korean corn dogs, noodle bowls, Korean fried chicken, etc. The place that my daughter and I tried was the restaurant entitled, Gentle chic. We purchased two mozzarella Korean corn dogs and an order of soy garlic Korean fried chicken wings. The wings were very savory and the corn dogs were nice and crunchy with sugar, ketchup and honey mustard on it!!!

Wow great selection of Asian/,Korean food. This is an example of why LA is a wonderful city. The diversity is awesome. As an example when I go to my local supermarket there may be choice between 2 -3 soy sauce brands, not so at Galleria Market, there are at least 10 - 12 brands. Or multiple types of tofu or fresh not frozen wonton or spring roll wrappers.There a few weird things for mainstream Americans but nothing that should stop you from experiencing variety.

Recently Ive really gotten into poke bowls. There is a poke place in here.When I went there was only one guy working, but he moved fast.There were 3 people ahead of me, but I only waited about 6 minutes. The biggest Korean market in the SFV. More organized than ktown markets and greater selection than Green Market. Pricing is about the same as ktown, though they seem to have less sales. The fresh produce and meat sections are quite big, great selection. There is a Korean bakery in the same plaza and a really good and cheap food court.

Best Asian grocery for round eyes in the valley 🙂Hard to stick to the list here. I always want to get one of everything.Their pre marinated bulgogi is excellent. Tried similar from 99 ranch and it was gristly and unpleasant. Much better here.Yuzu tea cakes also a staple every trip.Get the maitake mushrooms, fry down to jerky consistency and you have the best vegetarian bacon.

Watch out on this store. The managers are possibly gang people. My father in law is a 70 years old Asian who likes Korean food. We came here for the food court. One security guy who doesnt speak english or korean came out to turn over his food and attacked him. Then we screamed for help and the security guy finally walked away with intimidating words. The manager walked out threatening us you can call policy, I dont care. We were shocked as we loved the stores vibe and goods - all of a sudden the dark side is exposed. Just be cautious about the managers and security. They may belong to some bangs and in some scenarios go out to hurt. Be CAREFUL!

Love this market. Their prices are high on regular grocery items but I found that their prices are reasonable on Korean products. The Galleria brand kimchi its so good! The marinated Daikon radish and meats are very nice. They also have a huge selection of tofus and fresh miso. If youre looking for bok choy every day they put out a fresh batch. Occasionally I will buy the sushi quality fish and it is always extremely fresh.

It’s an OK market. I don’t think management is the best and some of the workers are not treated well. Cashiers are typically rude to me since I don’t speak Korean (I usually avoid those cashiers if I can anyway).There’s a lot of expired food that goes on sale. It’s the closest Korean market to me in the valley, so I have few choices. I prefer the H mart in Arcadia and go there when I have a chance. The meat quality at H mart is much better!

Tried to shop at this Korean Supermarket Galleria Market recommended by my wifes friend and found it to be a bit pricey and doesnt have all items I typically see at the Korea Town markets. We tried K Foods and I ordered the #13 Bibimbop for $7.99. I thought I ordered something with meat but as I started to mix the sauce on the dish, I couldnt see any meat so I went to the counter to see the picture on the wall of menu photos and I saw meat. I brought my food back to the counter and told the lady that I dont see any meat in my dish. She said they only put a little bit and started to point at the Ground Meat pieces on the dish as shes about to touch the food with her pointing finger. She said again that they only put a little bit but she She then started to ask me if I want more but before I got to answer, she already went to get the additional meat and during her walk to the kitchen, an old man possibly the owner rudely said that they only put a little and pointed out the price of $7.99. The lady returned from. The kitchen poured ithe addition meat onto my dish. I thanked her and returned to my table.

Good meat and fresh seafood counter with live lobsters in a tank and an assortment of frozen/ thawed fish and shellfish, fresh & frozen beef and pork sliced for Korean BBQ and shabu-shabu (etc) as well as high grade fresh tuna (o-toro), bonito and salmon (etc) for sashimi. Fresh/ frozen noodles, dumplings etc etc and a very nice kimchi bar with a very good assortment of freshly made Korean pickles sold in bulk by weight. At the other end of the store is a bakery typical of the kind youd see in Japan or Korea- very well made French style individual breads and pastries- grab a tray and tongs, fill it up and go to the cashier. The front of the store has several stalls selling high end Korean & Japanese cosmetics, diet tonics, fat loss gizmo machines, cell phones and accessories as well as a few quick service cafes with sushi, noodles etc. If you live anywhere near Northridge and are culinarily or culturally curious, definitely go here and spend some time and some cash. So I rolled a d20, which so happened to land on a 10. I guess it wasnt too bad as far as encounter goes, but when it comes to initiative, that roll wasnt in my favor. Upon entering, since it is late 2020, the smaller stores were closed. Testing the time and spacing of people, it is quite orderly. Not like the other markets where someone is barking orders at you as if this was the 1930s. They do sell bowls though, and I dont think theyd complain if you asked for seconds either. Its a great place for Asian ingredients and the staff here is really nice. I had trouble picking out a fruit and one of the staff helped me pick a juicy melon

I love this place. Every time I need anything that is hard to find at regular grocery stores, I know I can find it here. Spices, produce, drinks, snacks, cookware, its all there.

Was good, but i got a box of lotte pepero cookie yesterday at 11/08/19, the cookie was expired 10.12. 2019. But i throw away receipt already.

First time visiting, but they have so many great options! Drove down from Bakersfield, and was pleased by the variety and quality of food thats difficult to find at home.
