I cant start to express how great this team has been to me. When my truck was broken into and almost stollen i felt as if I was stuck. I filed a claim and shortly after a message from Pepper came to my phone. I explained my situation with a new job on the line and the only thing holding me back was not having my truck. She was nothing short of amazing!! She talked me through everything and had my back. She was calling team members and helping me get to the front of the line to get my truck back on the road. As of today I currently have a tow truck in the way and my truck is going to be fixed. This team is a team I will always be on because of the effort and care they put into my situation. They may never know how grateful I truly am for their help in this situation. They checked on me almost every day to see how I was doing and what they could do to help me out in this situation. It can be an agonizing decision to switch insurance agents. The trick is finding an agent better than the one you had. In my case, switching agents was a very positive experience.Without getting into specific details, I was with my previous agent for decades. Many years ago, I was involved in an incident and, as I had questions, my agent would not even speak to me. Reading reviews on other agents, I found out this is quite common. I thought this is why you need an agent, to help you when you need help. Even State Farm told me I should be calling my agent with the questions I had.Fortunately, after switching agents, I am not getting that experience from Gabriellas office. Quite the contrary. I have dealt with various team members of Gariellas including Gabriella, Michael, Pepper and Erika. I found that all of them act professionally and treat you like a valued client. As I have been with them for quite some time now, I can say through experience, they were there to help me work through another incident shortly after I became a client.In my view, this is how dealing with insurance agents should be. We live in what has now been designated a wildfire risk area. Our insurance canceled us last year, after the (proactive) evacuation we experienced in 2020. The only insurance we could find last year nearly tripled our cost - from approx $2000 to $5600. This year, I told myself I must shop around for pricing, even if it brought me back to the same place - I didnt have high hopes of improving our cost. I looked on Next Door for referrals, and the first call I made was to State Farm here in Morgan Hill. Veronica helped me over the phone, taking great pains to get correct all the details of our homes dimensions and features. Then we sat down with Veronica and Gabriela a couple of days later, and were thrilled with both the numbers presented and the personalized attention. We would have been able to get back to our pricing of two years ago, but we ended up also covering both cars AND adding an umbrella policy for 5 million dollars, and still ended up $1k under what the bill would have been this year for the house alone. My experience with Stefan at State Farm was phenomenal. Life insurance, I knew as a parent, was something I needed to put in place, but it took me an extremely long time to bring myself to set up the policies. Gabriela is 🔥🔥. Found some not so good notes in my current policy about how the liability isnt actually liable for other drivers. Talk about fine print! She explained it all to me as well as educating me on things like why an umbrella policy is the way to go. At first I was like worried about cost cause you know, Im adding 3 policies with great coverages!! Yikes. But once I got the quote and did the math, Im actually getting better coverage for the home, for the car and a new umbrella for less than what I was paying before (without an umbrella)! 💥 Fantastic. Pulled the trigger on the policies while I was on the phone. She even wrote the break up letter that Im sending to my other insurance company asap. Lol. Thanks Gabriela!
