I can highly recommend Gabriela, who helped us as first-time home buyers. She is intimately familiar with East Bay housing, and was able to help us navigate the market and find a great deal that is just about our ideal house.Sometimes it feels like Gabriela works nonstop. She was responsive to us at all times of the day (and night), and made sure that we were never delayed at any step. After our offer was accepted, she helped us getting inspections done, finding an insurance provider (at a particularly difficult time), and many more minute details.Gabriela will tirelessly help you find your next dream home in your budget range.

A year and a half after we first worked with Gabriela, we reached back out to her when we were ready to dip our toes in the market again. Put simply, we would not be in a home today if it werent for Gabriela. As first-time homebuyers, we appreciated how carefully she explained every little detail of the process, walked us through what to look for, what to be cautious of, and what to view as an opportunity. She never pressured us and took the time to learn our preferences in order to help us focus our search where we most wanted. She truly went above and beyond for us, whether in gathering intel on properties from agents, or proactively sussing out opportunities that may be coming up down the road. Her efforts did not stop once we had an offer accepted - she remembered minor things that we had to attend to and ensured that they were addressed prior to closing. We are grateful to have had Gabriela as our agent during this process and could not recommend her more highly. She is kind, friendly, responsive, and above all, exceptionally good at her job.

Gabriela is a very driven and passionate real estate agent with comprehensive knowledge of Berkeley and Oakland, which is where I was looking for homes. I was a first time home buyer, and Gabriela made the entire process far more approachable than I had imagined.I started looking around early February and by late April had closed on a place I was very happy with. Gabriela was my eyes and ears throughout the entire process; she painstakingly examined the inspection reports for all homes I was interested in, accompanied me to many off-hours private tours (open houses get so stressful!), and was open and honest with me throughout this entire process (for example, by telling me this home which I thought was a good deal was not worth it due to a number of red flags). I would have been completely lost without her.... there are so many variations of potential problems to look for, from the usual foundation issues to back-breaking-ly expensive fire insurance (ehem Montclair Hills), and Gabriela was able to keep me in the loop about all of deal breakers!Gabriela was also invaluable during the offer process, and I feel like having her on my side really gave me a huge competitive edge! She did her due diligence on comps (comparable houses that had sold nearby recently) so that we were completely informed about what would be a strong price. During the offer day, she also kept us updated on what the existing offers were around so we could make sure to get a little above that range. This was during the craziness that was the low-interest rate Covid market, and every run-down shack was getting like ten offers, so you can imagine how important this was!We put in a very competitive offer on one house and and unfortunately, lost out to an all-cash offer (Bay area, what are you gonna do), but Gabriela was very confident in our chances the next time around, and we were able to cinch a beautiful home in the Berkeley hills!On a more sincere note, one additional thing I wanted to mention is that I greatly admire Gabriela for how hard she hustles. I dont mean to imply the basis for which you choose your real estate agent is how hard they will work for you. What I mean is that Gabriela hustles hard because this is her passion, and what is life if not giving it 100% for the things you love? I can tell that she really loves real estate, and shes so full of energy and motivation that you cant help but feel energized and motivated too!Love you Gabriela!!!!

Gabriela ROCKS!!! I could not recommend her any more highly. My wife and I were first-time home buyers in our 40s and knew nothing about the process. Frankly, part of why it took us so long is because we were intimidated by the process. Gabriela came very highly recommended by a friend of mine, and what really stuck out to me was how much integrity he felt she had. We saw that in spades! We met Gabriela at her office and she was incredibly warm and knowledgeable. She walked us through the process so expertly. That was December 9. About a week later, she took us on a marathon tour of 8 houses wed wanted to see in the East Bay. She was so patient and totally willing to let us take as much time to look around and see as many properties as we wanted. She probably spent at least 7 or 8 hours with us that day, and probably wouldve gone to look at more if we hadnt tapped out. We decided we wanted to submit an offer on a lovely home. She guided us through what offer to make, and her advice was invaluable. She had a feeling about the seller and the sellers agent, and felt that we could get the house for less than the listing price, which freaked us out a little because weve all heard the crazy stories about how much houses in the Bay Area go for. But she held firm, we submitted our bid, and less than two weeks after meeting her, we had our offer on the house accepted! What followed was a whirlwind month of inspections and paperwork and more paperwork, but all of it was masterfully shepherded along by Gabriela, WHILE SHE WAS ON A PRE-PLANNED HOLIDAY CRUISE VACATION IN BARBADOS WITH HER IN-LAWS!!! She also got us appraisal and inspection contingencies - unheard of these days - and negotiated a substantial credit on our closing costs. Shes simply amazing. We finally closed on the house and got the keys yesterday, and she came and had pastries and a toast at the house with us. She even brought our daughter a little sheepskin blanket shed liked on our house tour in another home, and champagne and champagne glasses! We wish she were part of the family! Please, please, please use her for all of your real estate needs. Hell, shes given us amazing ideas for interior decorating and home improvements, too! She can do everything! Thank you, Gabriela.

Gabriela is absolutely fantastic in every possible way that you Want and Need your realtor to be!!!! We were not a super easy type of client for a realtor to have but Gabriela was definitely up to the challenge and did not disappoint us. First of all we were completely new to California. We were not totally sure where we wanted to buy a home so we cast a pretty wide net from Oakland to Alameda to Berkeley. I think most realtors would have said get back to me when you narrow it down! but Gabriela was so helpful in showing us around and educating us about the different areas. To make the search more challenging the house had to work as a multi-generational home for my husband and I Plus our son and his family. We quickly decided that the Berkeley Hills was our absolute favorite area but just as quickly decided that it would be out of our price range. Gabriela was not as discouraged as we were and not only found us the perfect house in the Berkeley Hills but managed to get it for under market value. So many things had to fall perfectly into place for this to happen and Gabriela knew exactly what to do and jumped into action. She made sure we were prepared and ready if an opportunity like this one came up and thanks to her relationships with other realtors that she has worked hard to develop set us up for success. I truly believe if it were not for Gabrielas hard work and tremendous efforts we would not now be living in a Fairytale house in the Berkeley Hills. We have purchased 5 other homes in the last 40 years and have never had a realtor like Gabriela. Buying a house right now is hard enough so do yourself a favor and choose Gabriela as your realtor and increase your odds of making it happen for you too!!!

Gabriela was fantastic! I was relocating out of California and had a thousand things to think about. The sale of my was one that didn’t cause any sleepless nights because I was in good hands. From the early stages of preparing my home for sale through open houses, to the offer stage and the contract with Gabriela the whole process was stress free. I appreciate her professionalism and attention to details in addition to her friendliness. I would recommend her services.

I wish I can give her many more stars than 5. If you are the first time home buyer in the bay area, you must work with her. She is very honest, knowledgeable, and tries her real best to make sure that you know the house you are trying to buy before you make an offer.Working with her, I felt really happy and comfortable that she is in your team in this project. Also, she does try her best to tell you everything which you could easily miss otherwise. I was impressed that she reads through disclosures and lots of documents and advises us until the last moment we submit the offer.Also, she has a great network (lender, home inspector, insurance, etc). I did many research to find the best ones but I always ended up using her recommendations. and they are truly the best.You should at least try to have a conversation with her. Then, you will want to work with her because she is knowledgeable, quick, confident, and honest!
