Gabriel has been incredibly helpful in my life. I did extensive research on finding the right therapist before, and I know I made the right choice with him. He has helped me to navigate many situations in life related to work, relationships, friendships, trauma, and more. Gabriel has been a huge catalyst in my healing journey and I am eternally grateful for his service. I highly recommend Gabriel as a therapist.

Gabriel Alaniz is terrific. Very attentive, and prompts thought provoking discussion with intuitive questions. He sets realistic short term goals to achieve as well as long term. The office environment and his demeanor encourages honesty and openness. My wife and I are extremely happy we found him and highly recommend him for counseling if positive results are what’s important to you.

I found Gabriel after doing a lot of online research because wed been unsuccessful with other therapists wed worked with in the past. Gabriel has been pivotal in our relationship during crisis. He was able to openly hear both perspectives while in couples therapy together and during one-on-one sessions. He takes those perspectives and offers guidance/advise on different ways to develop a healthier relationship. Hes aware there are several ways to improve a relationship and offers some paths but ultimately makes it our job to choose and work on it on our own. There are times when he challenges you to think about things from a different angle which is useful in times of tension. Now that we are in a better space, we continue to check-in with him and build upon the foundation he helped us create. To top it off, not only is he great at his job, but he has a great personality and weve enjoyed getting to know him personally and had many laughs together. We consider him a good friend. Thank you Gabriel for all you do and we appreciate you!

My husband and I started going to Gabriel three years ago when we were engaged. We loved his approach with us and it really helped us as a couple. He’s very objective, empathetic, kind, and extremely insightful. He helped us look at things from a point of view that we hadn’t considered before. We strongly recommend him as a therapist to all couples and to anyone struggling in life with something. He’s amazing at what he does and you won’t regret going to him.

This is the first time in my life Ive ever sat down to actually write a Google review, and Gabriel deserves it. Gabriel helped me through an extremely trying time in my life several years ago. What he taught me and the things he said to me still stick with me to this day. I continue to use the methods he shared and recall our discussions on a regular basis. After a few years, I will still text him with major life updates here and there and he will always respond by cheering me on and congratulating me for taking the next step in my journey. If youre looking for someone to talk to, I really cant recommend Gabriel enough. He is warm, inviting, not judgmental in any way, and does an amazing job of providing a space to truly open up about yourself and your worries in life. The first step towards finding help can be daunting, but I can guarantee that you will have made the right decision if you choose to take that step with Gabriel.

Gabriel is a sincere and genuine therapist. He is able to see the big picture and help others gain perspective. He asks thought provoking questions that would make someone remove themselves from the situation and see it from a more rational point of view. He truly wants to help people resolve things and create long-lasting relationships. When I need a good, neutral view on a situation, I go to Gabriel.

Gabriel is insightful and able to handle many different types of clients. He is welcoming and non judge mental and is able to be firm when someone is not making progress. Gabriel has helped my family through some very tough times. I would recommend his services to anyone!! Thanks Gabriel!

The true sign of whether or not someone is a good therapist is whether you would recommend them to the person you most care about. With Gabe, I wish I could send everyone I know to him. He is an incredible person, therapist, and an avid reader--qualities I really respect. I especially like talking about books with him, whether they be self-help, or on some other topic. Gabe is very sharp and committed to the betterment not only of himself, but that of everyone around him as well. I know that he cares about me. For example, doesnt have that same attentiveness to the clock that Ive experienced with other therapists--and that is especially refreshing. Over the course of just over 6 months, Ive seen tremendous growth in both my personal and professional lives as a result of our conversations together. Im especially grateful for him connecting me with Brené Browns books! Gabe is a young, down-to-earth, no-nonsense dude and Im grateful that I never have to sift through fluff or niceties to get real, honest perspective. Gabe will hold you accountable to your goals and push you to be a better person. That, perhaps, is the number one reason I keep going back; okay, that, and the fact that he is available in the evenings and accommodating to a professional work schedule! If Gabe werent my therapist, he would be truly one of my best friends.

Gabriel helped me through grief unparalleled in my life to date. Two of my younger brothers had died and then my Dad passed unexpectedly. A family of entrepreneurs, my Dad, brothers and myself worked in and for each others businesses in some capacity or another at one time or another. When my Dad transitioned so did my dream of continuing the family business. Coming to understand the gifts of my lifes experiences and using them in my now - is freedom. Gabriels leadership and perspective guided me to understand. I have peace and gratitude.
