Gabi is an absolute superstar! We’ve had her help us with two separate moves - once as sellers and once as buyers. Each time she went ABOVE AND BEYOND. When we sold, she was there from start to finish helping me get the resources to prepare the house and even helping me stage. She was organized and helped us to get the strongest and highest offer. In our recent buy we were out of state and had to rely on her A LOT. Gabi didn’t even blink as she fought for us to get the house we wanted, advocated for us with a complicated seller, and greeted us with a literal red carpet when we showed up to the house for the first time. One of the biggest things I appreciate about Gabi is her consistent communication throughout the process. You’ll never be left questioning or confused. I have now sold a house and purchased a house with Gabi. She goes above and beyond constantly. She is without a doubt the best in real estate. I purchased my current house while living out of state. Gabi went to the house multiple times and gave my wife and I personal FaceTime tours and was always available to answer questions. Anytime there were issues with the seller or buyer from each of my transactions, Gabi was always on top of it and made sure her client won on whatever the issue was. I would never have thought I would purchase a house without ever actually seeing it in real life first, but I did because I trust Gabi that much. As usual, she did not let me down. She and her staff are the best of the best of the best.

What a great realtor! Gabi is a true professional who cares deeply about her clients. She is honest, knowledgeable and has a great personality. Gabi is the best agent I have ever worked with. Her years of experience in the business and professionalism make all the difference. Her planning and communication skills are top notch. We always knew what the next steps in the process were going to be and her strategy was very effective in closing the deal. This was our second time working with Gabi and we couldnt be happier with our new place. The housing market in Orange County is currently very competitive, I dont think we would have been able to find our home and had our offer accepted in the OC without Gabis guidance, expertise, and negotiating skills (especially during COVID). Gabi went above and beyond during every phase of the purchasing process, thoughtfully answered our many questions, and communicated frequently. These days to have a good agent is not enough. If you want to have your offer accepted you need to have agent with excellent communication and negotiating skills, attention to details, years of experience and ability to solve any problem promptly. Gabi has all of these.

Gabi Cernikova sold our house in a record time for the highest price per sq/ft in our area. She also assisted us in the purchase of our new home. She is very dedicated to her work and we felt that we were her priority number one. She alsway made time for us to show us properties.
