Out $140 and still have a broken Ipad unable to use the cellular data I pay monthly for!FXitRight has been a nightmare to deal with. I dropped my Verizon Ipad off with working CELL SERVICE off over 2.5 months ago for a cracked screen and the volume button not working. I was quoted $140. I had to drop it back off because it can not longer use cell data. I picked it up today to have the problem not fixed and my screen taped back on. I asked for a refund the owner told me just use WIFI I reminded him when I dropped the Ipad off the first it was able to use its cellular data that is a monthly fee for me. I proceeded to tell me he can not fix the problem but he fixed the original problem and theres nothing he can do for me.

Best experience after a terrible accident. Just like everyone else I didn’t expect to have an issue with my iPhone but today was the day and It’s something I had to take care of right away. EXCELLENT customer service with exceptional pricing.He told me he didnt have the screen color I needed and for the inconvenience, hed take off $10 to come back tomorrow so he could replace it with the correct color. Wow! My first experience at FXitRight was Awesome! I came across this business on Google and I thought Id give them a call. They had professional phone etiquette as soon as they answered. Once I was given prices I was so exited on how affordable it was to fix my iPhone 6. When I got to the location I was so amazed at how quick they took care of me. I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S5 and Brian fixed it that day and placed the tempered glass on it. It looks fantastic! My girlfriend brought her IPhone 6 in for the tempered glass and it looks great. I was googling cell phone repair places because I shattered the front screen of my iPhone 7+ and came across Fix it Right. I took my phone in and the associates were incredibly friendly. I was told my phone would take about an hour since there were customers ahead of me. I opted to wait and it was a pleasant wait chatting with the associate that runs the office. It was close to 2 hours before my phone was fixed and it looked good as new but I was advised the home button wasn’t responding and I needed to take my phone to Apple to have it recalibrated. In the meantime I could use the assertive assistance touch button. No problem...till I phoned the Apple store and was advised that to calibrate the home button would cost $389. Not an ‘easy as I thought it would be’ fix. I also noticed my battery was getting hot and draining rapidly so I called and was told to bring in my phone so Fix It Right could take a look at and figure out what went wrong. I took my phone back in and was assured the problems I was having would be fixed. I went to pick up my phone a few hours later and unfortunately my phone wasn’t fixed BUT I was given a full refund, no questions asked. I’m bummed my phone wasn’t able to be fixed to 100% but I appreciate the honesty and integrity of the staff at Fix It Right. I hope I don’t need repairs on any of my electronics but if I do, Fix It Right will most definitely get my business. Great customer service is almost obsolete and I’m very happy I’ve found a place that not only stands behind their work but goes beyond expectations to serve their customers.

I brought in my laptop to get fixed and no one ever called to let me know if it was ready or how it was going I went in after 2 days after leaving it there and the women told me they didnt have my computer and I seen it right behind her! I told her its right there and she had too make a call before giving it to me and to make matters worse she didnt want to give me my charger I brought in with it, to proceed they charged me $40 and didnt even check it, after this being confirmed with a different tech shop.. straight up stole my $40

I was looking around for a spot to fix my cracked screen (which sprint wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount just to replace) I found Fxitright and they were the best deal.. I had some shopping to do so the girl Sam helped me out and stated my phone would be ready in an hr. I got my iPhone 6s screen replaced three weeks ago here and within a week the screen started to separate from my phone to where I can see sunlight between my phone and the cheap screen. At times, the creek would even recognize my touch. I went back in to have Josh the technician look at it and hopefully fix my screen and he and the receptionist immediately started telling me that the issue was due to physical damage and that they would not honor the warranty, before they even took a look at it. I am still within the imaginary 30-warranty they speak of and I have not dropped or damaged my phone since I purchased this screen. I totally wasted my time and money. I foolishly trusted the company and I will never go here again. I would advise anybody who likes to spend your money wisely, to avoid this place! Don’t let the fake reviews fool you. The service and employees are subpar and the company is a sham.

Paid 250$ to get my phone screen repaired shouldve taken a couple hours but after going to get it back they told me they blew out my speaker and the backlight. they said they were gonna fix it in a couple days so a couple days later when i came back they said it was fixed but the screen is still dim and now face id does not work.

My Daughter cracked her iPhone 6. I googled places in Oxnard and came upon fixit right and took her phone in. Josh was there to greet me. He was a very nice guy. So let me start off by saying, fxitright should be the first and only place you go to for an iPhone repair. PERIOD.I cracked my screen, and called several different shops after going to the Apple Store. The Apple Store said it couldnt be fixed and I needed a complete new phone that would cost 250. (Ridiculous) several other shops quoted me $150-180. But each shop swore they were better than the other. I was looking for a deal bc for 175 I could get a new phone w. My insurance. I came across Fxitright Brian answered I told him my problem and quoted me $105 over the phone as long as I made a review on Yelp regarding my experience. He said he wanted to know good or bad how my experience was. I liked that, it said something about his character, like regardless he needed to know.I told him I would be in after 10 if he could please message me the address. I had a text the second I got off the phone. (Efficient)I showed up, it wasnt hard to find and he told me that he thought it was for a 6 not a 6 + but would honor the price. He didnt have a black screen but could get one in a few min and the phone would be done in 45 min. I sat on the couch and worked on some things while they worked on my phone. By honoring the price and going out to get the right screen in a matter of minutes it should me the type of Business he was running. HUMBLE, PROFESSIONAL, HONORABLE, EFFICIENT, and CONFIDENT.He had an apprentice working w. Him, he explained what he was doing, to him and had him help out.(very hands on) He assured me he was very smart and had been doing this for a while.I like when someone is so confident in theyre work theyre not afraid to share knowledge. About 30 minutes into it he offered me a tempered glass protector for an additional $10. A discount w. the service. I like that he was saving me money t mobile sold me the same thing for $50!!! (That got returned) In total I paid $125. $115 for the service w. Screen protected and $10 gratuity. My screen is better than ever. And Ill definelty be referring to fxitright.Brian is great at what he does, uses amazing quality products. Hes so confident in his work he gives a warrantee. He made sure I knew if there was any problem to not hesitate to call him and even if my screen protector got scratched or lint under it he would replace it at no cost. You can tell he goes above and beyond and puts more into his work than he may get out. FIVE STARS ID GIVE 10 IF I COULD!!!!THANKS FXITRIGHT, BEST PRICE IN TOWN!

I went to uBreakiFix to fix my moms screen and replace the LED. So they fixed her screen and LED. I went back because my moms screen was coming up. They said all they needed to do was put more adhesive so the screen. They said they needed to do a diagnostics on the phone. Idk why they needed to because her phone was working perfectly fine. We left her phone perfectly working with them we went back the next day and her phone wouldnt even turn on. Her phone was charging, getting calls getting text still even tho her phone and LED was Broken. They broke my moms phone trying to say it mightve been watered damaged. We went here to fixitright and even if its watered damaged the phone should be showing some type of life. It wasnt. NEVER go to uBreakiFix. I dont recommend it. I reccomend coming here to Fxitright. They are very understanding and straight up. They do a great job. Reccomend coming here. :)
