I would never recommend anyone to go to this dealership. As soon as I finalized the deal and took my car home. the man that sold me the car promised to give me a ride back to pick up my truck, but that never happened. He made excuses and left me high and dried. I also called the dealership and spoke to P I C in sales department. He said that all his guys are busy with other customers and cannot pick me up. That’s when I realized that I’m on my own. I felt like this is the worst experience I ever had.

I had an awesome buying experience! Ryan Scott worked for months to find the perfect truck for me. Gabe and David worked up a perfect deal and offered great value on my trade-in. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was able to trade in my old car that I was financially upside down in and got into a brand new 2024 hybrid car which I’m in love with! We got a XLE Sienna Woodland. These hybrids are in low supply and high demand. We shopped throughout Northern California, but no other Dealer came through. Plenty of talk, but no Sienna in my driveway. Everyone was helpful at Future Toyota. It was a fair and no hassle deal. We definitely recommend Future Toyota for your car shopping needs.

Avoid the service department at all cost!! They will charge you for things you dont need/want. Went in for a 45k/50k recommended service that was due and they tried to charge me 1000 even though I just wanted the basic package. Told me I needed the front/rear differential liquid replaced and crank case, etc. As if that made up a $700 difference and it was a 2021 vehicle. 1000 for an air filter and oil change plus basic inspections. Yeah right. Called Roseville Toyota and they quoted me a 1/3 of the price for both services. They also have a deal which costs $329 for 5 services, not just one for 1000 and includes all the inspectios and fluid replacement. Look at the pictures for the difference in price!

I’ve been bringing my vehicle here for service the past 3+ years but after the experience I’ve had today Im not sure if l’ll come back to this dealership or not. It appeared as if they purposely pushed my vehicle to the back of the line and made me wait over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation because I didn’t want to perform any of the extra upsell add ons like “fuel conditioner” they try to convince you to add. My service advisor Will was very rude and seemed to not care when I asked for a simple status update on my vehicle. It got to the point where I had to get a different service advisor who was much more professional and seemed to care more about my concerns. With that being said I don’t mind waiting around for my vehicle to get service but not when the wait is more than double the time it was from last time even though it wasn’t nearly as busy.

Tara did a great job! Excellent deal on a great car!Just try not to get bullied by Dylan or Robert. Dylan tried to sell me a more expensive car after we had already decided what we wanted. Robert threw a tantrum when I told him a total of 3 times I didn’t want to buy the service package. After telling me off, he stormed out of the office and I found him pouting in another office. I had to apologize to him to get him to return and finish the paperwork so I could get out of there. Would’ve been 5 stars if not for those two. Very happy with the COSTCO Auto buying program and with the COSTCO representative and an excellent vehicle!

I forgot to text him back for days and I had bought a car by then because I wanted to buy closer to my home. I texted him to let him know and he was so kind. What we didnt mention to him was, we had no intention of buying a car--it was our first stop! We drove away with a car that suited our lifestyle and price range perfectly. Everyone we encountered from the sales floor to the finance team was nothing but kind and helpful. The continued support we got after the sale was just icing on a perfect cake. These individuals are nothing short of thieves. Unfortunately, my mother and I found ourselves deceived. We visited the dealership one evening in desperate need of a car. As a novice in car purchasing and with my elderly mother not at her best, we were easy targets. We wandered around the lot, feeling ignored, until we were approached by a salesman named Bryan, who goes by Teddy. He presents himself as a do-gooder because he supports St. Judes, but it seems he preys on elderly women to make his donation money.We were rushed through the process, charged more than what was agreed upon verbally, and never informed of the finance rate verbally. Its revolting to think of these individuals as human beings. By the time I finish paying for seven years, I will have paid double the original cost of the car. Yes, I accept my responsibility in not asking enough questions, but I am more upset that my dear mother/aunt is going through this with me.I sincerely hope others choose not to patronize this establishment. Find another dealership. Dont fall victim to the deceit of these thieves.

I purchased a 39,000 dollars, 4runner from Future Toyota on March 8, on March 10, that’s morning me and my boyfriend, we were going to the store, found out some service lights was on, traction light is on, four-wheel-drive is low, breaks light on, speed sensor and speed Meter is not working, took the car back to the dealership to have them fix, return for a full refund or cancel finance loans and got no clear answer on anything, beside set a far out appointment to get the light check. I should be happy buying a car not in the worst situation of my life. Definitely not recommended. Not to mention the car was drive from the dealership to my house and back to them and was told that there is no return policy in the state of California by future Toyota staffs

UPDATE: I am sad to have to update this review. With how well I felt the sale went, I thought that the after sell would go well as well, I was wrong. I spoke to the person who sold me the vehicle multiple times about concerns I had with the vehicle. Every time he would say service would contact me and they never did. Its been 5 months now, and not once did they contact me. If you want good service after the sale, I would advise you not to make your here.INITIAL: As a disabled veteran, I appreciate the patience the staff here had with me during my turn in and new car purchase. Im getting close retirement. I spend $400 plus monthly on gas to get back and forth to work today. SSI is my only retirement plan due to poor planning. We found a Puris for the same cost I am now spending on gas monthly so it does not break my current budget. If you are like me and need to plan for you future comfort I recommend going to Future Toyota and picking up a Hybrid. Josh was absolutely incredible from the time we stepped into the dealership from the time we left the dealership. I knew that I needed to leave with a car that night due to my old one being unsafe and unreliable. They pick up a vehicle for you from another city, how nice, but don’t tell you that a high temp warning is going off and they let you drive the vehicle home at 10:00 at night. We discover the tires are not all the same size for the AWD vehicle and we are told to bring it down to them and they’ll take care of it. Wrong, bring it down to us, wait some more but take it to the other dealership. Tried to book a Saturday appointment for 2 weeks out just to rotate the tires we bought there with free tire care for the life of the tires and was told I had to pay for the service inspection $68.00 be4 rotation, and they wanted the car 3 hours. I show up early in the am seeking for a vehicle, I was greeted by Christian Garcia a newly hired employee who was pretty welcoming and willing to provide me and my husband with assistance in looking for a vehicle. So we wait around for a while while they run my credit etc… They get my score and the manager David comes and lets me know of what my current score is sitting at. I go out for a walk outside since I’m expecting and I got tired of sitting. We come back in and Christian made a pit stop at David’s office and I hear David tell Christian something. We get back to christians desk and he tells us that we can go ahead and leave since it was hard to get ahold of banks and there was nothing much for us to do lingering around the premises anyway. I later get a text message from Christian letting me know information that could have been verbalized to me in person rather than by text message. It was obvious I would have needed a co-signer or be informed that more of a down payment would have been expected, however, instead they literally kicked me and my husband out of the premises for not meeting the requirements to be elegible for a vehicle. I believe they could have been more informative in that matter and not just ask us to leave and that we would hear back from them via phone call or text. As I was leaving I verbally expressed to Christian that I felt as if we were getting kicked out and Christian replied by saying that that was not the case, when as a matter of fact it was! And then the manager wasnt even attentive as he was with the couple next to us in the other cubby, I am a very detailed person and was able to notice the difference in assistance he was providing them versus us.

I cant speak highly enough of the excellent service I received from Gabe and Amir at Future Toyota of Yuba City. My car had been totaled in an accident on July 4th and I was under the gun to replace it (to avoid rental car fees stacking up). Two Toyota dealerships in the Sacramento region told me they didnt have what I was looking for nor were they willing to go find it for me because they didnt have to - cars were selling as fast as they came in. Being very discouraged, I got online at 11pm on a Sunday night and found what I was looking for and texted the dealership - Future Toyota. Within one minute I received a text back from Claire asking me if I wanted more information about the car! She had Gabe reach out to me the next day and he was willing to search for what I wanted - so refreshing after being told to do it all myself. Gabe found me what I wanted in another city and before Monday was over, I had bought the car I was looking for. And he did all the leg work! Couldnt have asked for better service from him and Amir. The follow-up has been incredible. Its all about service and customer to them. I will be driving an hour north and buying my next Toyota from them!

There I was four shades to the wind and five car dealerships deep with no luck. Then my brother recommended future Toyota in Yuba City. It was four thirty and hotter than two Rats wrestling in a sock mid July, and I was having no more. But my brother was adamant that THIS dealership was different. I was greeted by a sturdy handshake from a man in reflective shades and a purple golf shirt, he had a quick smile and wit. He introduced himself as Dylan and quickly got to the point, seeing how exahsted my wife and I were. Within minutes he had us in a 2021 rogue with 6,000 miles and my wife was grinning from ear to ear. But I knew the worst was yet to come...finance. I awaited my monetary demise in a comfortable leather bound chair next to Dylans desk as he kept us occupied with his family pictures and boating stories. I have to admit it was very pleasant and we felt like I was talking to an old friend. The clipped sounds of high heals striking concrete announced finance as a smartly dressed woman stepped into view. She had shoulder length black hair and a quick smile, and gave Dylan a couple quick retorts letting him know she was in charge now. Christine got us quickly underway and everything was explained and no time was wasted as soothingly calm music played in the background. It was more like a day spa and Ive never felt more relaxed as I was relieved of my money. I was shown exactly where I would pay and why, and as we waited for the keys we discussed our favorite books. I was completely at ease. Blaine and his glorious beard, and our new keys, came in and our car family was complete! Smiles and congratulations were given as the sun set my wife and I drove off in amazement from our experience and we couldnt be happier.

I saw the online price on the Toyota website, went through the online building tool, and it said that there was a match at this dealership. I called to verify and was told the price is more than the website. The sales person said they could work with me if I came in. When I got there, I was told they couldnt work with me on the price but then said they could split the difference. Then the floor manager came out and said they couldnt even do that and that the dealership wasnt going to make that much money off the sale (like it was my fault for their prices). I do not recommend this location because of the inconsistent prices from the website, sales person, and the floor manager. The tactics of the floor manager (I think it was Danny) sealed my decision to leave.

Really worst service. I came to buy a car, treated us so badly, didnt keep their word. I drive over there for 45 minutes and they said different word while we reach over their show room. Please dont believe their phone conversations. while we reached their show room they will say that it was a Miscommunication. Sorry like that, Truly Unacceptable. Travelled this much long distance, Its really horrible. Didnt allowed us to see their general manager.

We called asked about the specific car we wanted explained we had kids and didnt want to be there for a long time and BOOM the gentleman Teddy Bear (he goes by that) did our paperwork while en route and we got there and were in an out in less them 1.5 hours we couldnt be more excited to have worked with your team! Appreciated the no pressure approach compared to other dealerships I have been to. Overall a pretty good experience while purchasing our used truck. Unfortunately after the sale, I have written four different emails with no response back. That was the only way I communicated with them before ever going to the dealership and which responses would be prompt. I guess customer service is over once the sale is done.

Proud new owner of a 2023 RAV4 XSE Hybrid. I was hesitant on purchasing this vehicle as I had no prior experience with hybrids. I purchased a Corolla Cross back in June and I love the car. The sales team was great but I would highly recommend going through another Toyota dealership. I have had issues with billing and now am running into issues with my vehicle registration. I have never run into these issues before when Ive purchased a vehicle through Toyota. The process has always been smooth and painless but but so with this purchase. I called this morning to speak with their DMV department and was unable to reach anyone. I left a voicemail but am concerned about the quality of service provided and when my call will actually be returned seeing as how I never received a call back from the department I was transferred to back when I ran into issues with billing.

Up until my experience at Future Toyota, I’ve always had to question the honesty of staff at auto dealerships. I can say for sure that the folks at Future Toyota will be strait up with you in regards to vehicle pricing and quality. Austin knows his inventory well and was able to show me a few Tacomas that fit the bill. He also pointed out the pros and cons of each. I had no reason to question him because he had just bought one himself. Whenever it came time to agree on a price, Austin showed me exactly how much the dealership was invested on the pickup. Once we had come to an agreement, he made sure to deduct any discounts I was eligible for. I wouldn’t have known about the veterans discount had they not been so thorough. With how quickly these pickups sell, they didn’t have to give me a deal but made it happen. I’ve been to many dealerships and enjoyed the down to earth staff at Future.
