I am very grateful to them for fixing my car within 2 hours, immediately when I brought the car in. There is a childrens room with many fun games, my child enjoyed while waiting. Im very satisfied.Mr. Glen Weller is very nice, has great customer care.Mr. Aldo Gutierrez is a professional and thoughtful technician.I would gladly give them 10 stars if I could.

I was pleasantly surprised by Future Honda! They were very attentive and welcoming right when I arrived. Troy and Tariq helped me out and we’re super kind, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I walked away with my dream car and I am super happy!! I did my research before hand and I got a great price on the car. I do have to say, the finance guy tried to push a bunch of warranties on me and was a little aggressive.. so be warned. Other than that, I had a great time with the process.

I had a wonderful experience would like to highlight Glenn from the phone call to the service. The diagnostic fee that Glen provided over the phone was more affordable than other places I called and that is what drove me in (also the kindness). Glen was extremely helpful and polite and kept me updated with text messages and emails with videos and full breakdown of what is wrong versus recommendations. Fixed my car and best of all it was very affordable paid way less than I anticipated.

I’ve been coming to this location since I moved to Sacramento in 2022. They keep you very well informed throughout the duration of your service and offer a complementary ride from the dealership while your car is being worked on and a ride back once it’s ready to be picked up (if you don’t want to wait in the dealership).Every employee I’ve encountered here has always been so incredibly kind. However, a big part of the reason I keep coming back is due to the Service Advisor, Chris Bishop. Whenever I have questions, he takes the time to explain things to me in a way that’s easy for me to understand. He never makes me feel bad for asking questions, no matter how simple the answer may be. I always try to schedule my appointments with him now because I know I’ll be getting the absolute best service!

However, meeting you from the first phone call forward, you extended professionalism, in patiently explaining the process in layman terms giving me all the confidence I needed in making an app.Glenn, I think your skill-set is simply old school in listening to the customer. Took car in for an airbag recall.Got an appointment the very next day. My contact was Chris and he took excellent care. Very friendly, they did a full car inspection. At no charge and found 3 urgent problems which we were able to get fixed and It didnt take, but a few hours excellent service.

Went there for a recall of the airbags. Something to do with scrap metal which they removed. And then leaving there very dissatisfied and somewhat scared to drive again. They told me that my airbag light is still on, so my airbags are not in working condition. And they want to charge me $120 to diagnose the problem. And then they gave me a little hope, which was really A tease.. They said that if it’s the seatbelts causing this problem, it will be free of no charge so what do I do free diagnostic of the airbag light or give them $120. I don’t understand why they took my whole dash apart, fixing the recall and not able to tell me what the problem was so I am very dissatisfied with that part of my visit. It kind of reminds me of a scam wanting to get money. I am a senior citizen that 67 years old Single and live alone and drive friends to and from AA meetings and now I’m afraid to do this because of maybe or maybe not having airbags that work confused on my next step. I had quite a bit of work that needed to be done on our Fit as it recently hit the 150,000 mile mark. Chris was able to talk me through each listed item and explain which were necessary and which could be postponed. He was also very responsive and courteous while the work was being completed. Went in to look at a truck that the dealership, Phil, reached out to me aboutA truck that was on sale however the price online is not advertised as a sale price and the price of the vehicle did not change at all during negotiations. They did offer me more for my vehicle then I thought they would but would not budge on the vehicle price at all. They did however continually say that the price would be more negotiable if they could verify my credit score and that they would be more open to negotiating then. I allowed them to run my credit. They gave me the exact same deal with the exact same interest rate. Phil laughed at me when I asked him why they did that. I would not by a car with Future Honda if it was the last dealership in California. They are incredibly aggressive and deceitful.The general manager reached out to me and assured me that my credit was not ran. This is false because multiple credit monitoring groups I use alerted me that it was ran. To note I have an above 800 credit score.

My experience was so bad that I am afraid to comment. I wish I could give a minus 5 star rating. Ill let you judge. Just check out this video which is one of many of my 2023 Honda Touring Sport Hybrid. Their diagnosis - customer added concern when picking up vehicle (which I didnt; I gave them a list of multiple concerns that included this at check in). During test drive with shop foreman ((they made me come in just to start the car to show them a rattling noise (which of course they say is normal) the car is making at start-up)) customer made know(sp) to shop foreman of concern and unable to duplicate. The most common response is that the problem is normal for 2023 Honda CRVs or they are not able to duplicate the problem like in this case. To top it off, they stated that they would no longer check the problems with my vehicle that they have not been able to duplicate.

I attempted to purchase a car from this dealer after being assured that I would not need to buy accessories or other addons and the price on the website would be honored without any additional purchases. This was not true; their sales manager knew the mistake but made no attempt to rectify it. I advise people to go to any other Honda dealership as the sales and finance team here are the typical salesperson who will do anything to have your business at whatever cost, positive or negative.

Very content with this dealer. I had just purchased an accord and had anti theft problems right away. Called and set up an appointment to get it looked at same day. I arrived not knowing where to go and the receptionists were very kind to help me out. I was greeted quickly by Travis and he took my vehicle in. I Was called when the repair was finished and notified that I had other things that were going on that Im glad were brought to my attention. Overall very professional and informative. He is very knowledgeable on services that would benefit your vehicle and works with you to decide what you may feel comfortable with on the day of service in regards to price point and timeframe, and will help you in scheduling services you may want to wait on. Aldo was the technician in charge of my vehicle and he did a phenomenal job of explaining what he is servicing as well as what else could be recommended in the future. I was quite disappointed. No employee went over what was found in my oil change and car inspection - only to find out that possibly because they recommended two additional services to the tune of over $300, that I rejected, they also did they did not bother to top off my brake fluid, which I feel is a safety issue. There is only 6,000 miles on my car and they said the brake fluid change was recommended. This is not even the recommended 2-3 years or 25,000 miles. Disappointed and they never returned my phone call of the same day.

Service advisor, Madelyn, was top notch! If rating on her services alone, I would give 5 stars. Her communication was fabulous, and she was super on top of things. Very thankful for her!!The reason I am giving 3 stars is the prices are significantly higher than comparable dealerships in the area. If I didn’t have the connections I do to ensure I received a fair price (Madelyn was able to price match), I would have paid way over market value for the services received. Also, they don’t even provide a complementary car wash? That was a given when the dealership was owned by Maita, but since it was purchased by Future, this is apparently no longer the case. Overall, this dealership went way downhill since being purchased by Future. Will likely not return even though it’s super convenient for me.

Future Honda was a surprisingly fantastic experience. My wife and I shopped around a bit for our new car, visiting a dealership closer to home. And let me tell you, not all dealerships are equal. Future Honda really took care of us, treated us kindly with your typical, pushy cars sales energy. Yes, they were selling us a car. But it felt much more like a conversation with friends than being persuaded to move forward with a purchase. I made an appt online for 10am for an oil change but I guess it didn’t register with the online system, which was fine because the gentleman was nice enough to accommodate me and told me it would just be a little bit longer of a wait, which I was fine with me because I didnt have anything else on my plate today.When the old change was completed they told me in the inspection that I need to get my control arms, sway bar and shocks replaced, which I was aware of and agreed that I needed to get them replaced. I told the gentleman that I was planning on getting the shocks through an after market website that I’d already chosen after doing some research online.The control arms I guess were on back order so I’ll just purchase them online when I’m ready no big deal. but the gentleman told me he had the sway bars in stock and I could get them today and that he’d put in the order for me and I could get them on the way out when I paid for the oil change which I was happy to do.He then said to me in the waiting room that the front office girl would ring me up for everything (the oil change and sway bars I assumed) as he preceded to go into the dealership. As I proceeded to check out the front office girl rang me up for just the oil change and I say to her can I also get the sway bars for my car? The guy who helped me out I Believe his name was Julian? Said he’d put in the order so I could purchase them as well.The Front Office girl seemed confused And went to go check with someone else to see what had happened. Then another gentleman comes and tells me that I declined everything and I told him OK I guess it wasn’t meant to be. I still like this dealership, and I will be returning in the future, I just wish their communication was a little bit better and I could’ve purchased my sway bars today.But hey I guess I can also purchase those online when I’m ready no big deal. I would have gave them five stars, but something went wrong with the appointment system and I didn’t get the sway bars I wanted, which is fine. Still great service though,Cheers,

Chris, our service advisor was very accommodating. I called the day I needed service, and in spite of his calendar of appointments being full, he was able to squeeze us in. He communicated and delivered as promised. The diagnostic report was a total eval of my accord which is why the quote was high. Only got the immediate necessary fix which costs a lot, 1.6K. For quality and safety standard, I wouldn’t mind bringing it to this dealer. I just wished their pricing would be more reasonable.

I recently brought my car in for service, they quoted me $1500 worth of work to be done. $800 of that was for new front and back brake pads and rotors. Honda told me my brake pads were at 1mm. I found that hard to believe so I took my car to brake masters in orangevale. They said my brake pads were completely fine and in near perfect condition. Never going to Honda for service again. Complete liars. I recommend brake masters in orangevale though! lol

The only reason honda even gets stars is because of the service techs. I absolutely love the service tech and the work that they do. I would not recommend coming here if you’re going to try to buy a car. They screwed me over with the jeep and wouldn’t help me really try to get into anything else but they would help me and do everything they could to get me into the Jeep mind you I’ve spent over $4000 trying to get the jeep fixed because when I bought it, the oil wasn’t changed. The tires were not changed. The brakes were really bad. I had so many different problems With the jeep when I bought it Luckily, I bought warranty because it wasn’t warranty. I would’ve been spending much more.

Bought my brand new 2023 HRV from Arthur a couple months ago - good experience. Brought my car in to fix a paint scratch (due bill) and small area where a pebble hit my windshield. Left with huge cracks in my windshield. How in the world does my new car look worse leaving the service department than it did when I came in? They of course won’t take responsibility and told me that the damage can just spread out of nowhere. They admitted that it remained repairable until the glass tech went to repair it then it was all of the sudden unrepairable? Why didn’t anyone explain to me that the windshield had gotten worse? Why did they have me sign my paperwork before showing me the car? Why did I have to discover the crack and bring it up? I bought a $33,000 brand new car from you and you told me I was being unfair for feeling like you were responsible for my damaged car? “If I did this for you do you know how many other people I would have to do it for?” Condescending - Rude - Unskilled.The service department stated later that over time the cracks can spread etc, so why did they decide to drive my car off the lot and fix the paint first? Then drive my car back to their lot, then attempt to have the glass fixed? Why would you not fix the windshield ASAP to avoid situations like this. Thanks for that. I had an appointment for an oil change and inspection at 830 today. I kept my promise and arrived on time. Julian Kuper checked me in. They tried to sell me on a battery I didnt need. They did not have a record of when I purchased a battery early this year and said that it requires immediate attention and should be replaced. I had to go to Cap City Honda for them to pull up my service record and test my battery. For 5 months, the battery is working fine. I dont know if their machines were off or there was an issue with the system, but there was an inconsistency of what required my time and money. Also told me it was going to be an extra $30 for tire rotation. I guess inflation is tough and in the past 5 months I had that included in my oil change. Be cautious of what is considered immediate action required if you dont much. Dont know if I should report this to BAR for either having faulty equipment or information access issues.

Future Honda was the second dealership I took my new Passport to for repairs. The first dealership didnt help at all. After two visits to Yuba Honda (no help), I decided to go to Future Honda, and I am so glad I did! Doug, the service manager who helped me was amazing. He had the lead tech (cant remember his name) come out, and talk to me. The tech was fantastic too. He took the time to understand my concerns, and rode with me so I could show him what the vehicle was doing. After I left my Passport, Doug kept me informed as to what was happening with it. The issue was fixed, and I havent had any problems since. They were professional, and so motivated to make sure everything was done right. It was just a great vibe, from the moment I drove up to their service center to the moment I left. I highly recommend them if you need any work done. I wish there was this high level of customer service around more nowadays.

Stay away from a salesmen named VIK Reddy he’s nothing but a liar. We called and asked if the day ELANTRA was still available he told us YES and for us to come down and take a look at it. I drive 45 minutes and walked in. Asked for Vik. We Told him we’re here to see the vehicle that we called for Hyundai ELANTRA he told us it’s still available and he needed to go get the keys. He’s comes back 20 seconds later and tells us let’s go take a look at it. As we are walking towards the used car area we then decides to tell us oh, the Hyundai ELANTRA was sold and then starts to giggling. Which wasn’t funny at all. I’m Not sure about you but I would NEVER buy anything from an unprofessional lying salesman like him who thinks it’s funny to have customers drive all the way up there just for him to giggles in their face. if he can lie about having a vehicle in stock. Then what else is he lying about when he tried to sell people cars. If you choose to buy a car from this dealership ask for Ryan he’s very professional and a very nice guy.

Amazing we were told return in 3 months for annual service. Cannot believe how honest and courteous. Will definitely return in June.Returned and again service outstanding. UPDATED REVIEW: Another great experience with these folks.Our Honda Fit would not start.Since the battery was less than a year old, we thought the problem was with the charging system. We took the car in and agreed to pay a diagnostic fee to identify the problem.However, it turns out the battery (purchased elsewhere) was faulty which prevented them from testing the charging system.Since they could not identify the problem, even though we agreed to the diagnostic fee, they waived it.This proves to us that this is an honest business that wants to do the right thing for their customers.Special thanks to Julian and the service manager.Previous Review: Good place. Did what was asked for a fair price in a timely manner! Nice people.

I had taken my car here for a oil change on the weekend, i’ve been to many different dealerships and this one takes the cake as the best one yet the service writers take the time to make me feel at home while my car gets serviced in a quick and great manner. the multi points where my favorite part, watching the video of my car underneath to see the condition of my vehicle was a shock because none of the dealerships i went to do that. i would recommend this dealer to anyone i will definitely be returning every service

This was my very first time going to Future Honda for service on my Acura and I was quite impressed with how friendly everyone was from the young lady at the cashier counter to Craig, the service advisor who handled my service. I only went there for a standard “B-1” service but they provided me a VERY comprehensive report of everything that needs attention on my vehicle (and the cost of each item), sent via text message with a link to the report online. That report offered me the convenience of either accepting or declining each recommendation, something I was able to do all with just my smartphone. You can also save the report in PDF format to print later if you like. It then gives you your total cost based on which recommendations you accepted. Very cool.Update 2/1/2024: I have continued to bring my car to Future Honda since my first review and am still happy with their service and professionalism.

Greeted at the door by Zach. He had picked up our car from another lot. It wash washed, clean and full of gas. From Zach, to Finance Person and the General Manager, all greeted us immediately, made sure we were comfortable. While we were working on one aspect of purchasing a car, Zach was quietly getting the next ready for us. By the time we reached the Finance person, all forms were ready; just needing signatures and or initials. Very professional. I would definitely recommend Future Honda as the place to buy your next car.

Our advisor was in communication with us, which was great. After paying ~ $230 for a routine 38k maintenance, we found that they didnt even top all liquids. Quite disappointing and I really dont want to drive back for a 3rd time. Probably wont be going back there.
