Have used Fuse a few times. They are always on time and do great work. Today’s job was to install an Eva charger in my garage. They had a recommendation of which one I could buy on Amazon or they would get it for me. Then they installed it. All seems to work great and it looks good for the garage too.

Dealt with Tech Ross, great guy. Fast and efficient, made sure I understood everything our old wall furnace needed with fair price. He was also right on time at my front door. I will definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you Fuse/Ross it’s appreciated.

We have used Fuse twice now and on each occasion they were able to send a technician the day we called. After the initial troubleshooting to pinpoint the issue we received an estimate the same day and a scheduled the work the following day. See ice was credit; they are prompt, efficient and clean-up when complete and the cost has been very reasonable. Highly recommend them.

I keep calling and no one will call me back about my dishwasher that is leaking!I have called at least 20 times and left messages.Twice someone answered and assured me that they would talk with Manager and get back to me. No one has called me back!!!This is the most unprofessional company that I have wand assured me that they would talk with the manager and get back to me. No one has called me back. This is the most unprofessional company that I’ve ever dealt with!!!!If I could give them zero stars I would!!My next call will be to my attorney!And it won’t cost me anything to per-sue this as he is my friend.

We were having issues with our washer. During the spin cycle loud banging would occur causing our machine to pause and restart the rinse cycle over a few times. Stopped by Fuse HVAC, Electrical & Appliance, I got an immediate diagnostic after describing my issue. Parts were ordered and within a week my washer was fixed.Also had my Air Conditioning unit repaired with Fuse HVAC, Electrical & Appliance. Highly recommend. Will use them again and again. Fuse was an excellent company to do business with for our repair of washing machine. They made an appointment ASAP and arrived at that time. The tech person figured out the problem and ordered the part. Came back and replaced it sooner than they estimated. Very professional and friendly. Would use again!

After 20 years without a heater in a large converted area I finally installed a wall and ceiling mount oil pump HVAC. The crew (Dennis. Ross and Adam) did a great job. Initially I was quoted a price for 2 same size units but was upgraded to a larger ceiling unit at no extra charge by Lana. She kept me notified promptly on any changes and updates. The guys were super to work with. Will definitely use their services again when the need arises.

Max was a great person to visit, so theres your stars... BUT do you know how stupid you look asking me to review quality or value when he left an hour ago. We havent seen any quote, we havent seen any product or price. And before you say this is a computer generated response please remember computers are programmed by people, so if you cant fix it, drop it.

This service deserves a recommendation in the strongest terms! We found our fridge and freezer suddenly warm and panic ensued. Fortunately, we called Fuse and they were able to make a same-day appointment. Matt came by 3 hours later and quickly was able to deliver a diagnosis and a game plan! He fixed our freezer on the spot, ordered a part for our fridge, and came back as soon as the part arrived. The company promptly kept us up-to-date via text messages (super convenient), letting us know cost estimates, exactly when Matt was arriving and a picture of him for ID purposes. And they sticked to the cost estimate too (no $ surprises at the end). Matt worked efficiently and cleanly, and hes really kind! No need for small talk. Less than 48 hours after the initial panic, we have a working fridge and freezer, and we saved ourselves the huge effort of cleaning and removing this fridge and putting in a new one. And also avoided a $3k purchase. Im already asking if they can swing by to fix our stovetop. This is my highest praise and recommendation. Thank you guys!

Matt and his co-worker completed their installation of my new washer. They were very professional and personable..When they got here, they just came in and went right to work. Now -- for the first time in a few weeks -- there are dirty things in that awesome new washer getting clean..Its kinda pathetic, really, how very grateful I am to them for their work here today. Great experience with Fuse. We had a washer that was having issues completing it’s cycle. I submitted an online request on a Sunday and surprisingly received a response-I was able to schedule a service call for the next day at a reasonable fee. Ross came out on time as promised, diagnosed the problem and got the part ordered. Fuse was very communicative and transparent in their fees, both of which are much appreciated. Ross was able to repair our washer with the replacement part and it’s now working great. I definitely recommend fuse and would hire them again.

This is the second time that I’ve use their services. Both times the technicians were on time, professional, and fixed the problem with one visit. When you have an appliance breakdown, getting someone to service it and repair it in a timely manner is crucial. They did their job. I would use them again. Definitely recommend them. I called on Good Friday afternoon, not expecting anyone would be available. They said Ross could be here around 4. Around 1:30 they called and said he’s 15 minutes away, is that ok. He came and fixed the OLD dryer. Very professional.I am very pleased and will use them going forward.

I appreciated getting a service call within a day. Tina, the office representative, called to advise their technician was on the way earlier than my scheduled appointment. Ross arrived on time and quickly determined my 20-year old gas furnace was DOA. He explained my options for repair, replacement with another gas furnace and replacement with a heat pump. Ross was professional and personable. I indicated I did not use the business on this review only because I need to research various government and private rebate programs before proceeding.Update: Fuse Napa installed my new furnace in 4 hours. They inspected my old furnace and applied the $99 fee to the cost of replacement. Other companies charge as much as $180 and do not apply the service fee to repair or replacement. Fuse Napa provided a furnace that was the correct size for my home at an affordable price. I recommend Fuse Napa for service, repair, or replacement of you HVAC systems.

We found that our fridge was not keeping the temperature and I called Fuse Napa and they were able to come out the very next day to diagnose the problem. After three days, all the parts came in Baz their technician was very professional and polite. Showed me all the problems. Remove them and replace them. I would definitely recommend fuse Napa to anyone who has an appliance issue or HVAC.
