You know I have always drove past Furniture Now and always wanted to stop by since we are on the market for a new couch I am 100% happy I did. I was so impressed with how huge this store is inside. It is 88,000 square talk about massive. So many furniture pieces to see a wide range of styles and colors to choose from. Very happy with the customer Service as well. Dominic, Javier, and Noah were super friendly, they showed us different styles of sofas they had in store and could be ordered. Even the employees at the customer service desk had a smile and greeted us as soon as we walked in. If you are on the look out for some new furniture trust me you wont be disappointed. Ashleys has nothing on this store with unbeatable prices.

I was very disappointed in the services from the sales rep “E”. I have been a 6 time returning customer and have continued to return because of the great quality in their furniture and amazing prices, however, when I tried to return what would’ve been the 7th time, I was greatly disappointed with the pricing.I showed interest in a couch that was priced at $2,999.99, I was told multiple times that I would receive a great deal because i’m a returning customer and they have the best prices in the city of SCV. When it came down to negotiating the pricing, my sales rep E told me the best she could do was $2,899.99….. $100 difference that didn’t even cover the cost of the delivery. Out of frustration I left and told her we would be in touch.A few days later, after doing some research on different couches in SCV I discovered that furniture now is indeed not the cheapest and best in the SCV. I texted my sales rep yet again asking what was the best she could do in terms of pricing…. yet again I was told I needed to apply for their credit financing before I could be given any more of a discount and the $2,899.99 was “all she could do”.They are partnered with Ashley’s furniture, and yet Ashley furniture has better pricing than they do. I even located the same couch i loved and got it out the door (with delivery + tax included) at $1800 with a different establishment. I can confidently say I will not be a returning customer to this establishment again.

Best furniture store in santa clarita!!! Great prices, quality furniture. Went every where looking for a reclining couch and reclining chair. Even living spaces in sf valley and they couldnt compare. Inez our salesperson was excellent.. so helpful and the customer service people were awesome! The delivery people were excellent! Very conscious about moving in not hitting walls. Highly recommend!

Bought 2 end tables here recently, and a salesperson named Ban helped me. Shortly after, I needed a sofa, so went back and got Ban again! She is awesome. Was able to answer all of my questions, and was very helpful throughout the process both times. I got really nice furniture and at a great price. Wasn’t sure what to expect when I first went here, but the place, and the furniture is much nicer than you would expect from looking at the place from the outside. Don’t judge a book by its cover! Highly recommend.

I have recently had my identity stolen and the person who stole it tried to use my card at Furniture now and the person who over sees the internet sales noted that there was something wrong with what was happening with my card and canceled the sale. I was mortified when I saw that $1,100 was going to be taken from my account. This person saved me from a great deal of trouble and I just wish there were more people like him and like this company who hires someone like this.Thank You Very MuchTom

Seemed expensive and most of the items in the store were supplied by Ashley Furniture. I cant stand Ashley Furniture so seemed like a bad time.The employees were really nice though.

I purchased a lift recliner for my disabled father here. E was the salesperson that helped me and she was very knowledgeable and patient as my father had a lot of preferences so she had to go back and forth to find out pricing on several different models for me. They also accommodated our need to have it delivered as soon as possible. A very smooth process, the delivery was extremely quick- the gentlemen were careful not to hit the walls or stairs, and moved the old recliner downstairs for us. I’ll definitely shop here again.

They have recently added an accessory gallery at the back of the store that helped give me great inspiration on the direction I wanted to go to furnish my new space! Their prices are awesome too!

Recommend by a coworker to check it out. They have a huge selection and the prices are incomparable. We ordered a sectional for delivery, downside is the long lead time but thats no negative on the business. Hopefully we get it delivered sooner but overall 100% recommend, Wallace was a friendly sales rep, not annoying or over bearing.POST REVIEW EDIT - STAR REMOVALInitially I didnt knock the rating for delivery time but had to update. We were told 90 days for delivery of a 2 piece sectional. I called back almost 2 months later for a status update to find out the manufacturer pushed back our delivery date again 4 ADDITIONAL MONTHS.A total of 6 months waiting for our couch. We would have taken our business elsewhere and paid more to have our product knowing it would be 6 months.I want to support this business but they need to hold their suppliers accountable for delivery dates.***3rd Final Review***After my review above, the store manager reached out and discussed the situation with our couches. He was able to bring our delivery date in significantly by working with the manufacturer, and even agreed to remove our delivery charge.The customer service was great but they have now gone above and beyond. Im thankful for companies who still care about their customers, 100% recommended.
