Wonderful showroom! So many choices. Ted helped us find the perfect living room set and chairs for our home. He was not pushy and extremely helpful (moved different chair colors around from the store until we found the perfect match). We have never had such wonderful service! When we decided on the items, Ted went over the warranties and delivery options and the color and model we picked. When everything was added up he again went over everything (GREAT attention to detail!) plus there was a rebate promotion that we did not know about! Thanks Ted you were wonderful! Thanks for spending so much no pressure time with us. We are very satisfied with our purchases. We only wish there were more sales people like you-thank you!!!!

I had been looking for an Italian sofa for a while but always hesitated to order till I found furnitalia. The reviews seem too good to be true.. so, I drove from hHayward to Sacramento to see the show room... It was amazing and not only did they have furniture, but they also do amazing remodeling. I bought the sofa in the picture attached which Dmitriy and Eugene delivered personally because they were going to also survey my kitchen for a potential remodel. I have to say that this is a small business and the service is amazing. Looking forward to doing more projects with them in my new house. Oh... and the prices are significantly reasonable for the extremely great quality they offer.Katya helped me with the sofa - She was Spectacular and kept it real.

Purchased a Bontempi floor lamp and picked it up. Upon getting it home and setting up, noticed that it had all the European power connectors but the US one was missing. Placed a call to Furnitalia and explained the situation. Beata, the owners daughter, was so accommodating and immediately took the power adapter off the floor model and drove it directly to my residence so that my new floor lamp could be utilized. Thank you so much for taking immediate action and going above and beyond expectations. Our lamp is amazing! THANK YOU!

Purchased a Natuzzi sofa and loveseat which arrived in June of 2021. I am having a problem with seat imprints in the spots we normally sit. Keep in mind that this furniture is less than a year old and in a second home, so it doesnt get much use, but it already looks old. It is normally my husband and myself that sit in the loveseat and neither of us are heavyset. It was quite expensive, so I am very disappointed. I have contacted Furnitalia several times since mid-January and spoke and emailed with the sales rep who said she would pass off the information to the manager. She asked if I had tried fluffing the cushions, which I had and did again with a video to show the results to her. I tried calling the manager 2 days ago and have not received a call back yet.Fast forward to January 2024. Absolutely nothing has been done by Furnitalia even though Natuzzi Customer Care has sent a return authorization to the manager of the store. I called the manager several times to find out what was going on with the return and he promised to get back to me, promised to send copies of supposed emails he was sending to Natuzzi. He has NEVER followed thru.I would never do business with this furniture store. They dont stand behind the products they sell, nor do they care about Customer service.

We just finished receiving our quality furniture from Furnitalia. The store has furnishings with different looks, finishes and styles that we just love. We initially went in to purchase a dining room set and ended up furnishing our entire new house with Furnitalia furniture. We were very impressed with the quality, finish, and colors of all the products received.Our interior designer/sales consultant Ted, was extremely helpful and a true pleasure to work with. Ted was polite, truthful, not pushy and demonstrated a great eye for creating an exceptional design. We would recommend anybody looking for new furnishings go see Ted for your next piece or whole house project.

We could not be happier with the selection and service at Furnitalia. Becca was helpful with her vast knowledge about the furniture as well as any design questions we had. We appreciated understanding the layout of the showroom and knowing some pieces were available to purchase straight off the floor while others were available to order, fully customizable. And then we were given the space to explore the vast showroom and try the furniture without feeling pressured. Becca was so patient and approachable with all our questions, from factoring our pet-friendly lifestyle into our choices as well as suggesting ways we could integrate contemporary furniture into the existing Craftsman elements in our home. After visiting several furniture stores and searching online, we were happy to purchase through Furnitalia. As someone who needs to try on my furniture, Im grateful to them for maintaining this amazing showroom and ensuring we were 100% confident in our selection and investment.

After shopping at the major furniture stores for almost 2 years, I researched and found Furnitalia. What a find! Becca was wonderful to work with; personable, knowledgeable, and an amazing designer. We found a floor model that checked all the boxes, yet she suggested we go home to measure just to be sure. We then had a lengthy phone conversation and while we were talking, she sent several photos to me to illustrate how negative space can work in a modern room. We got the sectional delivered yesterday. It is beautiful, and works perfectly in our space. We have perfected the art of binge watching since the pandemic, and now we finally have a binge worthy Italian leather sofa!

I ordered a dining table bed and sofa, i got it everything within 2 or 3 months except dining chairs. Its been almost a year and they dont know, The manager is rude and lier.There was a tall skinny lady Beca was good in costumer service, but shes not working there. My wife and I are truly amazed at the HIGH level of service we have received from this store! I am at TV reporter from NYC re-locating to the Sacramento area. Ted, Dmitriy, and the team found the perfect media console for my new home! Ted expedited my order and Dmitriy came on a Sunday evening to personally install it with assistant Alex in our new home! I will long remember their care for me, a first time customer! I plan to shop at furnitalia again and again! I thought this standard of service no longer exists, but it DOES here!!

This place has amazing furniture. My husbandand I were looking for pieces that were both beautiful and comfortable and this store did not disappoint. The quality is top notch and the pieces were modern without looking sterile. Also the sales associate, Becca, was absolutely amazing. She had a perfect combination of knowledge, helpfulness and honesty without being at all pushy. I was comfortable and never felt pressure to buy. I definitely recommend this store for those who are looking for something more than what youd find at a big mass produced store like Ikea or RC Willey.

Such a beautiful showroom with equally wonderful staff. So knowledgeable and truly a pleasure to learn from. The owner of the store is very passionate about the design and art of contemporary furnishings. Every furnished room exudes a different kind of vibe, and you really can see yourself living in each and every one. Pearl our sales specialist at Furnitalia was amazing. If you are looking for high quality modern Italian furniture this is the right place! The store on Auburn Blvd is gigantic with everything modern you could imagine for your home.There is also a store in Roseville with their own well decorated showroom.The staff is very professional and helpful and really did care about helping me find the exact combination of furnishings for my new home. The designers here created an amazing computer layout for me that helped to avoid costly mistakes in my planning.This was easily the best resource I was able to find when I began to furnish my home and I am very happy about the results. Five stars and a strong recommendation!

In my view, Furnitalia is the best contemporary furniture store in the area, with gorgeous showroom displays and helpful and knowledgeable staff. The staff is super helpful in selecting the right pieces, answering questions, following up on any issues that may arise, and arranging delivery. A few years ago, we purchased Natuzzi furniture for master bedroom and living room, and a year later – a Bontempi dining table and chairs. They also designed and installed our new beautiful Bauformat kitchen. Special thanks to the store owner, Dmitriy and his amazing crew who worked very hard on the project and made our dream come true! We will be returning, and we highly recommend the store to others.

Very high end Italian furniture, but with 3 levels of quality so not everything is extremely expensive. Beautiful furniture - the leather is top quality. They also have a Mele kitchen center. Great designers - very helpful, and they do not oversell.

I purchased a Natuzzi Diamante bed from Furnitalia. The bed was installed by the company but unfortunately a manufacture defect was found. Furnitalia was very receptive to fixing the issue with Dimitry coming out twice over the weekend, resolving the defect. I am very happy with there customer service.

Ordered a kitchen cabinets for my new house. Dmitriy gave me a great deal on German kitchen cabinets. Yes, we paid a little more, but we got a quality: strong and durable cabinets, not a cheap Chinese ones. Dmitriy will go out of his way to make a deal for you. Customer service is great: even general contractor drove all the way to Lake Tahoe to check if all electrical plugs where correctly installed before Sheetrock goes in. Thank you!!!

We stopped by Furnitalia after a Google search showed they carried a vendor we liked.We had not heard of Furnitalia before but were pleasantly surprised to see such a giant selection. We had very specific elements that we were looking for and knew that any salesperson was not going to have an easy time finding what we wanted in one piece. Thankfully, we met Becca who showed us couch after couch, never getting frustrated as we shot down each of them for one reason or another. She really knew her inventory and she really listened to what we wanted. Each time she took us to a new couch she would tell us why she thought we might like that particular one based on the elements we asked for. Having gone to multiple furniture stores already what really set Furnitalia apart for us was Becca. At other stores when we didn’t settle for the first couch or two that we were shown, we could tell the sales person was a little annoyed with us and wanted to move on to someone who would be an easier sale. But Becca made us feel like she was a partner in our search and was invested in finding the perfect fit for us.

We stopped by the furnitalia as we were in the market for some bedroom furniture. The experience was awesome. My first thought walking into the store was that we would probably be dealing with pretentious salespeople due to the fact the furniture is all italian and absolutely amazing! But instead we were greeted warmly by Becca one of their designers who couldn’t be more down to earth and extremely knowledgeable about all of the furniture. She took her time showing us around all the while explaining the different italian manufacturers. If you are in need of beautiful, reasonably priced, italian-made furniture we highly recommend furnitalia design center. They are def the experts (and family owned business ) which can handle all of your needs from furniture and flooring to doors, bathrooms and kitchens in order to design your home, loft or condo.

We met with Dmitriy at his showroom to look at Bauformat kitchen for house rebuild. He spent a lot of time with us and gave us his expert opinion.
