Ordered a bunch of hats from Fully Promoted and they went above and beyond! Both Sydney and Rocio were super helpful from the start from picking out the hats, to working with us to make the logo perfect. They were on time and attention to detail was incredible. Amazing place to go for the embroidery. I brought my baby blanket and I loved how beautiful it turned out. Good price, amazing quality. Definitely will come back and recommend to my friends and family to come here.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! My brother called this place asking if they do screen printing for two shirts. MIND YOU my brother was talking to the owner with respect. But the owner was straight out disrespectful with “lemme tell you something, DONT EVER CALL A PLACE ASKING IF THEY DO SCREEN PRINTING FOR TWO SHIRTS” he said it just like that all rude. Even after that my brother was still nice and professional unlike that guy. Look at the reviews below some other people had similar experiences with this guy. This place needs to be shut down, no professionalism at all. He should maybe close down the store and open up a store to teach manners and respect and know how to talk to customers properly since he don’t. DEFINITELY 0 STARS!!!!!! DONT COME HERE OR CALL THIS PLACE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I actually haven’t received the final product. But buyers beware, they make you PAY in ADVANCE before picking up. I have never heard of paying for a service before the service is completed. I will not go back.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! I have never been so Disrespected in my life!!!! I went in to get some t-shirts printed for a bachelorette party and they could not use the design i wanted so i asked if i could do something else…they completely ignored me and went back to their other work. When i asked them for help they continued to ignore me like i was not even in their store. I am a very nice person and hate to do this to anyone but i think they should know that is no way to treat ANYONE especially a customer.
