Wish I could give them 6 stars ⭐️ everyone was great from the get go. I gave them a call after I suffered major water damage on my townhouse.I loved how they were able to walk me through with my insurance. That stuff can always be a bit frustrating. Danny was the person who helped me out with all that, he was wonderful. The reconstruction part was also great, Doug & his crew were extremely professional & helpful. Constant communication throughout the process. I would definitely recommend giving this company a call if you ever suffer any water damage in your household.

I dissatisfied Fullhouse : quality of work, canceled work appointment; disturb my tenant because they promised to come but they did not keep appointments and showed up suddenly. Ignored customer and canceled my plumbing project when they know I was out of the country.

I had my first ever claim opened, I was so stressed and nervous at first. Danny with full house restoration helped me through the process of opening my claim and made it so much simpler. He handled the whole process for me which definitely took some of my worries away. They tore apart my house with everything that was damaged. They surprised me with how clean they did their work and how fast as well. When they finished removing and drying everything out, we had to wait for the insurance company to approve everything, within this process they kept in touch with me and updated me every other day. Then the process began and Doug was just amazing, he came over and explained everything that we could do, face to face. We made it where i didnt have to pay my deductible and he made my home look amazing. All of his guys did an amazing job on my house, and they explained the whole process for me so i wouldnt freak out.Thank you Full House Restoration for making a very stressful process, so simple and easy!!!

This company is amazing. Their Crews showed up on time fully equipped and did an amazing job restoring everything. After the demolition and the removal of the old wet flooring and ceiling they set the equipment up in a very clean and workable set up. They are very knowledgeable and very educational. They took the time to educate my wife and myself about every step and how every step was going to happen and the goals that had to be met before each step could move on. When they left the house each day it look they had never even been here. They were so meticulous with their clean up, it was amazing. I would recommend them highly to everybody!

Danny and Doug at full House restoration were a pleasure to work with. Always kind, courteous, and professional their knowledge of this industry has been very helpful. With all the different components and scheduling of a full kitchen remodel. They pretty much handle everything on this water damage insurance project. My only regret is I didn’t call them first for the cleanup and removal. It was a pleasure working with Danny and Doug and all their staff and workers thank you.

The folks at FHR are the best! Their prep and finishing work is that of a quality finish workmen, and they showed me concern throughout the six week process. My problem was due to a burst water heater, which caused damage to the carpets bathroom fixture, drywall, cabinetry, etc. to five different rooms. And, it seems that each of the workmen had a well developed specialty in one or two area, and they each did what need to be done very well! One thing that Id add is the all of the workmen worked very well together and there was not a smirk among them. One word of advice:These things take time and patience is a must on the part of the homeowner. I figured it would take a week or two to complete the job, and it took six. There is an orderly progression on the work that needs to be done, and Rome was sure not built in a day.Doug took care of all of the paperwork, and most of the insurance contact, and the final paperwork was spot on to the penny.Would I hesitate to use these guys again? Not in a million years!Steve Elliott

I had an excellent experience with this company, and what a journey it was to fix the mess that was. Some background.A pipe in our kitchen burst, flooded the floor, and damaged our kitchen. A plumbing company eventually came out and fixed the pipe, but the cabinets were ruined. Never going through this process before, we got FHR to come out for consultation. Danny (the owner) and Evan were very clear about the extent of the damage, and Danny even talked with the insurance company to help us file a claim.Initially, we got the mitigation approved right away, and the FHR crew removed the damaged area while maintaining the important parts of the kitchen (sink, appliances, etc.). The crew was very good and explained to us next steps. We knew it could take up to 2 weeks for insurance to approve the reconstruction (it took 3!), but once greenlit, the reconstruction and remodeling team would take over.Thankfully insurance approved the cost of a new kitchen, and that’s when we met Doug, who took over as project manager. Together we picked materials, the design, and discussed scope of work, much like an HGTV show without the drama and cheap music (lol). With Covid being a persistent problem, I made sure to give Doug a lot of cabinet and countertop options, knowing the supply chain was completely out of whack. Thankfully he got materials back within a couple weeks, and began scheduling us in shortly after (I would say roughly a week). The reconstruction crew spent about a week doing dry wall, paint, and cabinets. Because of a delay with the countertops crew, we had the same guys come back a week later to finish the kitchen, including the plumbing. The crew did an excellent job. The kitchen looks absolutely beautiful, and the craftsmanship and attention to detail are excellent. The crew also prompted me to ask questions, doing their best to give me next steps and answers that were honest. Doug always returned my calls and texts, never leaving me worry about the status of work. And Cat, who works in the office, was an absolute charmer and nice to talk to. Ask questions! They will give you the rundown. It’s important that readers understand that a kitchen reconstruction process, especially if one is going through insurance (and a pandemic!) takes time. The damage happened at the end of July/first week of August, and it took until about the first week of October to be completely finished. As this was our family’s first time ever going through this process, we had to do our own research and ask questions to ensure this timeframe was…well…normal. A friend of mine in Real Estate assured me that if anything, we were lucky to have this process done as fast as we did. He has clients waiting months for silly things like window frames. This aligned with what Danny told me from the beginning. He did warn me that the best timeframe would be one month, but the highest could be three. I’m happy we got it done within the timeframe, and clearly I was not being taken for a ride. Yes, sometimes a job gets delayed and you have to postpone work a day. (Our kitchen sink to extra time to retrofitted into the new space, but they got it done!) Completely reasonable. But Doug and his team really went beyond to ensure our kitchen would be bright and beautiful.Thank you to all the FHR crew and staff for making a rough period just a little easier.Eric

We hired Fullhouse for water mitigation at an investment property. They were quick to come out and were responsive with us while we waited for everything to be complete. All in all they did a good job and were easy to work with.

Doug and Danny are dishonest crooks and doing business with Full House Restoration will be a giant headache for you. Doug is especially DISHONEST, lies and steals. Doug will get crazy on you rude, condescending, threats! He threatened to sue and lien my moms house for a contract that he forged! Some work that was done was horrible quality and never finished. Doug forged my senior moms signature on a so called “contract”. Now that I’ve checked other reviews on Yelp I see this company continually takes advantage on single moms and seniors. Find another contractor!

Fullhouse Restoration came to my rescue. Our pipes froze and burst, and I couldnt figure out how to shut off the main water supply. They came out and rectified the problem, allowing us to reclaim our homes water supply. They were kind, reasonably priced, and quite caring.
