Very friendly office staff! I absolutely loved Martha, the dental assistant. Dr. Patel was very thorough and explained everything in great detail. I am so happy I found my new dentist!

I recently visited Fullerton Dental Art for some much needed dental services. I was very impressed by Dr. Patel and his staff. Dr. Patel was professional, thorough, friendly and very sensitive to patients comfort. I found their approach refreshing in that there was no pressure to upsell and cost of services was very reasonable. Its reassuring knowing that Fullerton Dental Art will be my go to dentist for the future.

The people at Fullerton Dental are wonderful. I have not had my teeth taken care of for a very long time. I am like many people who do not like going to the dentist. The staff and Dr. were understanding and gentle. I am going to make this dental office my first choice whenever I need help with my dental needs.

I went to Fullerto Dental Art for my crown. Dr.Patel is very patient and calm. Explains everything well. His assistant went over the step by step procedure that Dr. Patel was going to do. I highly recommend Fullerton Dental Art. You will no be disappointed.

Been going here for a while, and Im always satisfied by the staffs congeniality. They eagerly answer my copious queries, and almost always work around my obnoxious scheduling needs, as well. No free toothbrushes after each visit, sadly, but I dont know if thats just an old Canadian tradition.

Staff is always kind, never have had a bad experience here. The doctor is always straight to the point doesn’t suggest anything unless it’s necessary and cleanings are always done thoroughly and gently.

Going to any dentist is scary and painful. But, when I go to Dr. Pastel’s dental office, Fullerton Dental Art for an appointment, they promptly assist me. He and his staff handle my dental problem with care, and an explanation as to the procedure being done. My first appointment at Dental Art. It was yesterday, February 10, 2023.The assistance that took the X-Ray’s was amazing. She placed the gadgets into my mouth for me to bite down and it wasn’t touched my gums or hurting my inner mouth. I felt pains free and doesn’t hurts at all.In past years, I visited numerous dentist offices and they were hurting my mouth, every time I bite down for an X-rays.Dr. Patel, was amazing, I did not felt any pains at all, when he removed and drilled deep into my molar.

Honestly, I couldn’t be more pleased! Starting with my first call to Fullerton Dental Art with Pallavi answering the phone. Pallavi was so pleasant and helpful, she made me feel welcome right away. Then there is Martha, Dr. Pastel’s assistant. Martha is lovely, caring, knowledgeable and professional. And I can’t say enough about the work Dr. Patel did for me. Friendly and professional staff. Dr.Patel is very informative and does great work. Had a tooth extracted and had deep cleaning which was painless. Ive always had a fear of going to the dentist but this office made me comfortable with going. I appreciate all that these people have done for me and I would recommend them to anyone!

It was our 3-year-old daughters first-time visit. The doctor and staff were extremely nice, friendly, and welcoming. They made our daughter feel at ease as she was walked through what was being done to her at her check-up. She had a great time and even asked if she could go back to the dentist.I appreciate the precautions they took during this pandemic and made us feel safe and comfortable. I also appreciate that they allowed for us to take pictures as our daughter was getting her teeth cleaned! Its memories that we can look back on and cherish. Thank you!

I was really nervous about having my teeth worked on because it was the first time. The doctor and assistant kept reassuring me and kept checking in to see how I was. I had a cavity and needed a filling, you cant even tell I had work done and the cavity is gone! Amazing work, thank you :)

Please read this review as I am not sure how many are authentic.I have Delta Dental insurance through Costco. Even with that insurance, Fullerton Dental Art was charging me $148 PER QUADRANT for a Dental deep cleaning, totaling $592 all together. They then told me that I am lucky to have Delta Dental because the procedure costs $1300 for people without insurance. Still, I didnt feel lucky having to come up with nearly $600 for this procedure. After giving it some time and thought, I ended up deciding to get a second opinion before spending that kind of money.I then went to Dr. Nandini Murthy DDS (only a few miles away from Fullerton Dental Art) a month later for said second opinion. Not only did Dr. Murthy charge me nearly half as much as Fullerton Dental Art ($88 per quadrant instead of $148 per quadrant) but she told me that only 2 quadrants needed a deep cleaning, not 4. Nothing changed in that month, my insurance remained exactly the same. I still continued to brush and floss twice a day as I always had.Fullerton Dental Art was simply gouging me for more money and trying to get as much money as they could by raising the price beyond the cost given by my insurance company, and charging me for TWICE the work that was needed. I would give them -5 stars if I could.Avoid them at all cost.

My last visit what is a challenging one. Going through pain from a surgery of last year, Im still recovering with a lot of pain as well. My dental procedure was somewhat pleasant and was only interrupted by my sounds of pain but my right leg. My only concerns where scaring the staff and other patients from the racket I was making. Aside from that, these are the most professional, concerned and dedicated people Ive had the pleasure of caring for me.

I visited Fullerton Dental Art for the first time. They were very friendly and explained about issues with my old metal fillings and that I should have them refilled with white fillings, to prevent from getting cracks and needing costly crowns in the future. It was great to have the extra education on all the issues caused by gum disease as well. I will definitely refer my friends and family. Thank you!!

Fullerton Dental Art managed to take me in on an emergency appointment when I chipped my tooth. Dr Raju was very kind and thorough with his exam and was very honest and upfront about what option would be the best for me. I thought I would need bonding or a cap, which would have cost me quite a lot of money since I don’t have dental insurance, but he said that wouldn’t be the best option since I grind my teeth. I appreciated that so very much. Dr Raju is very sincere, and would do his best for his patients.His dental assistant, Teresa was also very professional and explained everything she was going to do in detail. She has a very welcoming demeanor and made me feel less worried about my visit.I will add, I mixed up my appointment time and got there 35 mins late. But they still took me in and helped me out. I’m not saying it’s ok to be late, but I’m grateful they were still able to take me in.The office was very clean and sanitized and both Dr Raju and Teresa took all the precautions to be safe for them and for me during this coronavirus pandemic.

Fullerton Dental Art is a great place to receive professional dentistry. They were very clear on the insurance coverage and explained what my financial responsibilities are. Dr Patel is even going to take care of contacting my medical PCP to discuss other items that require them to take care of them together. FDA so far has gone far beyond the typicalservice Ive received in the past. The dental assistant and front desk ladies are very accommodating and know what needs to be done to assist the Dentist to deliver the best dental check up.

I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 20 years due to a traumatic experience. The entire staff in this office was kind and empathetic, and literally held my hand every time I was scared. I really didn’t need to be scared-the dentist was professional and did a wonderful job. And although I am still nervous about going to the dentist, by the second visit I was no longer scared. I will gladly recommend this office to family and friends!

I just visited this office. I was amazed how friendly the staff was. They meticulously observed Covid-19 guidelines which made my visit more comfortable. Dr. Rajul and staff were thorough in going through the exam process and took their time to explain every procedure. The office is very clean and comfortable from patient’s point of view. First time here and they really took the time to explain my options. I’m between having my remaining teeth pulled and going to full on dentures or trying my luck again with a partial. I’ve had two partials in the past and hate both as I can’t stand something on the roof of my mouth. No pressure to make a decision as they know this needs to sink in and it’s not an easy thing to do. They have also set me up to have a consult to determine if I’m a candidate for the removable dentures that attach to implants. They did a good teeth cleaning and fluoride treatment as well. I will definitely go back to them.

Dr. Patels office is what you want in a dental office. The staff was very friendly and attentive throughout my exam. Once I started, they used some of the latest technology to make sure I was comfortable and aware of what was going on. They have a monitor in an easy to view position showing everything which made me more comfortable. Critical since I HATE DENTAL VISITS and now knowing what they do in my mouth always compounded my fears! I was comfortable enough to voice some concerns I had since its been almost a year since Ive gone to the dentist. Dr. Patel reviewed all the technical data but made sure to actually look for himself making sure that I didnt undergo useless procedures or incur wasteful costs. They make it easy for all those busy working people with text confirmation of my appointment. Pallavi, office manager, has it dialed in. I changed my scheduled appointments several times due to work but she made sure that I got in.ABSOLUTELY NO REGRETS!WORTH ANY DRIVE IF YOU WANT AN UP TO DATE CLEAN FACILITY WITH LEGIT STAFF AND A DOCTOR THATS CARES ABOUT YOUR DENTAL HEALTH!

The front desk lady was very kind to me. But I was disappointed that when I elected to go for a porcelain infused medal for my crown which was completely in the back of my mouth they advised me it would take too long to prep for instead of the zirconia (all porcelain) solution. I did not have the extra money ($300) for the upgrade which was not approved by my dental group as they consider this upgrade a cosmetic choice. It angered me that if I chose the cheaper porcelain infused metal suddenly it entailed a lot more time to prep me for that crown. I work out of state. So my options were two fold: just get a cleaning and forego the cheaper crown which would rectify an aching tooth or get the cheaper crown with no cleaning. Last option was to elect the more expensive crown and get the cleaning. To me that was unethical because you should not be forced to select a more expensive one in order to get service. To me the upgrade would be necessary in my front teeth as it is visible. This is literally the second to last molar in my lower right side.The deep cleaning also was not done to my satisfaction. They did not floss my teeth or buff my teeth. She only did the scaling.Finally, she had a learning person working the little suction device. She kind of pressed it down in my throat. That was uncomfortable.The dentist was good but the forced purchase felt like a used car salesman tactic. Very sad, because it should not be like that!

My last 2 visits were a disaster. I had to go through the crown preparation twice because the crown was cracked when being installed. On my subsequent visit, I waited 45 minutes, only to be told that my crown was lost. I still have a temporary crown and I am considering going to a new dentist to finish the crown.

Im very disappointed, by my experienceI went in for a cleaning, before i moved states.Granted, I hate flossing, and I havent been to the dentist for a couple years. But my teeth dont hurt.I was shocked and deeply upset when the dentist said I need to see a specialist for 3 possible root canals, even though my teeth dont hurt.I went to a another dentist for a second opinion.He said that definitely have a deep cavity, on one tooth, close to the nerve, but the nerve doesnt have any infection/inflammation and it could be treated without a root canal.2nd opinion dentist says that the other 2 teeth would definitely not need a root canal. One doesnt even have a cavity. And if i got one it would be 100% unnecessaryThe 2nd opinion dentist said, that the reason they recommend 3 unnecessary root canals is because i have an HMO, and am moving soon. So they are taking advantage of the time urgency, and are trying to get as much money out of my pocket as possible.Shame on you for fear mongering!!!! And trying to take advantage!!! Very disappointing!**Update Responding to office:False: My HMO covered the Xrays, so please dont act like you are doing me a favour. You even stated that my HMO coveres the xrays every 3 years. Please dont act like you were giving me a curtisy when you weren’t.Secondly Dr. Patel, recomended that i get the root canal done at the specilast (he recommended), then come back to you for the “build up”. Then get a crown done when I moved.Thirdly, you also have recommended and pushed unnecessary treatments on my husband as well. You recommended floride treatments. My second opinion dr said that those are unnecessary because we use sensadine toothpaste, and floride comes in tap waterFinally it makes me question Dr. Patels compatence because he needed me to go to a specialist to see if i had a cavity. My second opinion Dr. Looked at the xrays and easily stated what needed to be done.
