Seth and his team have now helped us acquire multiple investment properties. Not only have they been super helpful throughout the entire process, Seth and I have become close friends. Writing this review while my family and I are currently enjoying our newest vacation/investment home that we processed through Full Circle Home Loans. I’ve gone through a few mortgages and already have PTSD dealing with banks when it comes to home lending process. Not only did Seth, Spencer and Bernie instantly found me the best rate for what I needed, they managed to seamlessly take my loan to closing ahead of time. Without a doubt, their team of professionals are highly trained, on top of their game and love what they do. I cannot be any happier with the level of service that I received. We found Full Circle after doing some research online for who would be the best way to get a home loan. As a member of both USAA and Navy Federal, I assumed that they would have the best rates and mortgages, but not only did this turn out to not be the case, neither bank could compete with the amazing and transparent communication from Full Circle. Full Circle was so on top of things that they knew exactly when to reach out to work with us throughout the process of closing, and when it was necessary they worked directly with our realtor to ensure that closing went as smooth and painless as possible. A prime example of this is when they were able to take advantage of mortgage rates dropping over a one day period. Not only did they reach out to us in time, they were also ale to renegotiate for the lower rate in less than 24hrs. Hands down, I would recommend Full Circle to anyone.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Full Circle Home Loans!!We were referred by my uncle who has a lot of experience with purchasing and refinancing properties and Full Circle was deserving of the recommendation and good review. My family had a very unique situation with one of my parents becoming significantly ill right as I was assisting them in exploring refinance. Every loan is unique, but I feel my parents had special circumstances with me serving as the Power of Attorney for my parent that was ill and in the midst of Covid protocols. My parents loan was also a VA loan with additional hoops. Seth responded even on the weekends. They have great flexibility to accommodate my crazy work schedule as best as possible. Bernie was amazing walking through a few barriers with our unique situation in working with the underwriter and title company. It was apparent to me that they had a good relationship with the title company and everyone was very understanding of my parents situation. We even paused on the loan at one point due to my parent not doing well medically. I felt like I was working with people who actually cared about our situation, my parents, and our needs. I even enjoyed the follow-up call with Summer after the closing of the loan to give feedback. Again, our situation was rough and extra special, but Bernie communicated with integrity and worked to do all she could to help us get to the finish line. I am EXTREMELY thankful we chose them to assist us and will definitely be reaching out for any other mortgage needs. I don’t write many reviews but felt inclined to share my experience with Full Circle Home Loans. As my wife and I were looking to purchase our first home we had a different lender that wasn’t very helpful or responsive. This lead our real estate agent to suggest Seth at Full Circle Home Loans. Seth was extremely helpful and kind on our first phone call, taking the time to explain everything to us. Our dream house came on the market and the sellers wanted a 21 day escrow, Seth promised that he wouldn’t let us down if we switched to his team. We decided to go with Seth and his team and man did they come through! The process was smooth and fast, the whole team was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They were able to over deliver with a great rate and helped us buy a house we loved. I honestly can’t say enough great things about the Seth and his whole team, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know and use them again for a second purchase. When we were informed that rates have dropped we refinanced our home...Full Circle Home Loans made the whole process less stressful than what it would have been. Full circle loan Loan was on top of it about two years later when they suggested I refinance my house to remove the mortgage insurance. That refinance lowered my payment by a lot. Now, Im using them for a third refinancing for a MUCH better interest rate which is lowering my mortgage even more. Last year, we did our third (THIRD) refinance with Seth and his Full Circle Home Loan team. This last time, we werent even thinking about refinancing, however, Seth proactively reached out to us personally and strongly recommended that interest rates had dropped low enough and we should consider refinancing. We have been in many real estate transactions over the years with different lenders and Full Circle Home Loans has far surpassed other lenders we worked with. They got us the best interest rate for our situation, re-negotiated for us several times and made other financial accommodations to help us close the loan. Seth, Tiffany, and the entire team at Full Circle Home Loans worked tirelessly on our behalf from pre-approval to closing in such a short timeframe during a period when it was certain they had excessive mortgage/refinancing applications due to low interest rate offerings. Not only were their interest rate offerings the very best we came across in our extensive research, but their work ethic is unparalleled. We felt like their #1 priority the entire time we worked with them (and even two weeks after settling into our new home, when they checked in on us!). We took a calculated risk, we invested some of our retirement money in Real estate...with the intent to develop passive income and take advantage of tax breaks for rental property. Best in the business hands down!!!My family of 4 and I not only went through 1 but 2 escrows with them back to back, and oh one of them was a 75 day escrow that the seller just so happpend to pull out the day before it closed and during the holidays leaving my family and I with no where to go I might add. Not only were they unbothered and unhesitant about jumping rite back on the horse and getting me closed for a new home they were sympathetic to my situation and closed my next escrow in 2 weeks, truly amazing I wont go anywhere else in the future and recommend that everyone else should to do the same.
