Christopher and his team were amazing to work with! I reached out to him when I decided to completely change my practice of law. Christopher was very knowledgeable of the local firms and was able to market my skills to desirable firms quickly. Through his connections and helpful direction, I was given two amazing offers! After a few months of job hunting, Geri was able to set me up for multiple interviews and job offers in as little as a couple of weeks! Not only did she provide me the opportunity to interview with multiple law firms but she only lined up the most professional and reputable companies in the legal field. Geri and Chris at Fujitani Consulting put a lovely personal touch on the job-search process. Their warmth was apparent from the moment I picked up the phone for our first call, and I felt comfortable and confident that they held my best interest at heart during the entire process. They provided interview coaching and plenty of background information, including personal insight, regarding the firms they wanted me to interview with, which I greatly appreciated. They scheduled follow-up calls with me after each interview, presumably to gather more insight into the firm culture so that they could determine whether to continue referring potential new employees to the firm. Fujitani Consulting stands far apart from the larger recruiting firms, who in my experience seem to be all about the commission and not about the little guy whose career and professional happiness rest in their hands. I cannot recommend Fujitani Consulting enough! They were able to place me at an amazing firm with great benefits within a week! Both Christopher and Geri are excellent at what they do. They care so much about your future. I mostly worked with Christopher, and my experience with him was nothing short of stellar. He was always there to answer any of my questions, genuinely cared about placing me at the right firm, and was so thoughtful throughout the entire process. I wish I would have made an appointment earlier! If I could give one piece of advice to someone looking for a job, it would be to call Fuji as soon as possible!

There are no words that can truly describe just how amazing Chris is, both as a person and as a recruiter, but I will do my best to tell you anyway. Chris is someone who is extremely passionate about his work; he has almost a decade of experience in this field and absolutely understands how to assist in fulfilling the needs of others who are trying to find a new and better career. Looking for a new job can be both scary and exciting; scary because you never know exactly how you will fit into a new environment and especially because there are many obstacles to overcome when trying to leave your current job, but also exciting because you can potentially be hired at what you might consider to be your dream job, and that is exactly what Chris did for me. Immediately after submitting my resume, Chris called me the next morning to tell me that he read my resume and thought it was fabulous and how he thought I’d be a great fit at a promising law firm. He then proceeded to quickly set me up for a follow up interview with himself to determine if I would be qualified to interview with the hiring firm. Then just a few days after we spoke, Chris set me up with an interview at the firm. Shortly after, I was hired to work there, a place I now call my dream job. Throughout the entire process, Chris listened to all my needs to determine exactly what I wanted and needed in a new career and he offered such incredible advice every time we spoke. Chris did everything possible to prepare me for my interview which I truly appreciated because I was super nervous leading up to it. Not only is Chris reliable, but he makes dreams come true. To put it simply, Chris is an angel. He helped pull me out of a very unhappy situation and brought light to my life by helping me land my dream job. I want to start by saying that if you do have the opportunity to work with Chris and Geri, you should be honored. In all of my professional years, they are by far the best that I have worked with. They exceeded my expectations and literally placed me at a position at my dream job. They are completely honest with you and they work hard to make sure that you are more than satisfied. Just from my phone interview, I felt so comfortable with them and then once I actually met them, I knew that they had my back. Just a timeline to prove how amazing they are: I had my phone call with Chris on Thursday, met with him and Geri on Friday, had an interview Monday morning, had a second interview Tuesday evening and I am starting my new position on Monday! I contacted Geri about helping us find a paralegal for our law office. She was quick to reach out right away and discuss what we were looking for in particular. She was able to send over some quality resumes and candidates for us to interview. She consulted with us regarding which one would be a best fit for our office and we ended up hiring one right away. I applied for a job through a third party website and was contacted by Chris at Fujitani to set up a time to meet and go over some other opportunities available. I had no idea he was with a hiring agency, but I knew the second I sat down with Chris he was going to help me find the perfect job for me. He asked about my interests, both professional and personal, my past work experience, and what my expectations were for a job moving forward. He then gave me his personal phone number and walked me through the process of interviewing and meeting with the hiring agents at a firm, what their culture is like, and what theyre looking for. He set me up with ONE interview and not 1 business day later I was offered the job! He seriously has your best interest at heart. He is not going to give you any job that shows up, hes going to cater to your needs and find you something that is perfect for you. I cannot recommend him or Fujitani more. Absolutely outstanding!

Ive worked with a number of recruiters during my career, but none as competent, ethical, and personable as Geri. No one knows the legal market in the Sacramento area better than she does. As a job seeker, I found that she was thoughtful and honest in her approach to the recommendations she made to me regarding where to apply, with an eye to a good long term fit for employer and employee rather than just a quick commission. I dont know where these guys get their energy, but once Christopher agreed to take me on I had two or more interviews a week and was placed within a month. Really stellar; this is not one of those back burner, might-as-well-and-maybe-something-will-happen sort of staffing agencies, theyre very go-go-go. If every recruiting/staffing outfit worked like these guys do, job hunting would be a relic.

Very friendly staff that makes the job finding experience easier and enjoyable. They are diligent working with you to find the position and company that will best suit your specific needs and requirements. They are active and consistent in searching out the right place for you, and getting you interviews with some of the best firms. I was placed in a premier law firm, less than 3 miles from my home, with salary $6 more per hour than my asking price.
