2018-09-30 18:55:21We donated books to the friends of the library and so glad I emailed a head of time because the controlling customer service rep gave me grief with the donation until i showed him the email on my phone. Obviously a Democrat that believes people are guilty until u can prove otherwise. The library should seriously hire people with good customer service skills. Finally he allowed us to bring the books in! I might call the benicia library and see if they have friendlier workers. Lifes too short for people to behave like that in public service positions..remember your salaries are taxpayer driven.

2020-01-25 08:42:20Library is very taken care of. Plenty of places to sit,or just relax, sometimes they have air conditioning on when it is Cold outside, I was told by staff that they have no control on the air conditioning or providing heat so it is comfortable on the inside. When its cold outside, would you like to be cold on the inside
