We had a great experience with Fresno Lexus. Even though our paperwork at the end took longer than expected, our overall experience was great. Our salesman Mohamed and his manager George were very helpful. Throughout the whole process from ordering to getting the car, Mohamed was keeping in touch, letting us know the status and explaining everything clearly. His manager George was honest and straightforward and helped us get good deal. Besides Mohamed and George, all other employees were great too. They always greeted and asked us if we needed anything whenever we came. We highly recommend Fresno Lexus to anyone who wants a great customer service.

Check in was quick, if you have an appointment. Dimitri was attentive and informative with the service. The shuttle car was great picking up and drop off, the car was great and driver was kind. The waiting area was splendid were there is complimentary drinks and charging station. The only thing I hope they can do better, for the mechanic themselves, is where they place their handprint on the car. There was a hand print on my driver window, when I only got an oil change done. Overall it was good.

Had an amazing experience at Fresno Lexus.They provided a loaner, accommodated my work schedule and my SUV returned working amazingly.I was helped by Erik, who is great at what he does. He walked me through the options without being pushy, but made sure to provide all details and options of service that fit my vehicles needs.I ended up purchasing extra services that would save me money in the long run. Also had help from Greg in parts, great guy too.Overall a great dealership. This was my first experience with them and they already knocked it out of the ballpark. Will be coming back.

I have been a Lexus owner for 5 years I went to trade in my car yesterday and after 3.5 hours I left without a quote on the 2 cars I was interested in purchasing or leasing and was told that I would get a quote on my trade-in of my Lexus with payment, etc. for the car I wanted to purchase or lease and I never received anything. I have had my car serviced in Palm Springs and I bought my car in San Diego and I’ve had the best service ever so this place doesn’t care about their customers or customer service. I will never ever have my car service there or purchase a car from there just to warn you, they don’t care about you or your time and money.

Sad to say I had a bad experience with Lexus. I took my car in for 100k maintenance. I was informed it also needed a new water pump which was replaced. I paid over 2k for maintenance only to receive my car back with an issue with the door (it doesn’t lock/unlock) which it did not have before. I contacted Lexus multiple times and never received a call back. I have to say I have never had such a bad experience with Lexus before.

The service department was professional and helpful with servicing our vehicle. They conducted a through inspection and discovered missing clips and screws from the area around the front fender and grill. Our vehicle had been involved in a collision which had been repaired by an insurance recommended repair shop, which had no affiliation with Fresno Lexus.Fresno Lexus found missing clips and screws from the recent repairs and quickly fix the vehicle while completing the service. All the people from the service department were very helpful and I highly recommend their professionalism..

Easy to set up service appt. On day of appt we waited less than 3-5 minutes for Service advisor(Eric). He got us signed in and car was driven into service bay.Eric mentioned that car should be done by 1-2pm. We got texted message that it was running late around 5pm. Not a big deal for us but it seems with our hybrid vehicle there arent enough technicians to service them. This has happened the last 3 times we have been in for service. Not a real big deal, but wanted someone to know.

I had my car serviced for first time at Lexus and wasn’t sure what to expect. Jessie explained in detail what was going to happen and asked me if I had any questions he would be available to answer them or find the answer if he needed to. They do disposable business and if my story/review makes just one person reconsider taking their business to fresno lexus that would be the only peace I can take away from this experience. I saw a 2011 is350 for sale and arrived right at 9am to be the first person there just in case. I was told it was available and taken to the car where I was sitting inside while the girl made a photocopy of my ID. She then comes back and says Im so sorry its already reserved for someone else! I was going to buy the car and told the garbage sales joke Dave I was right there in person local ready to buy it but he would not sell it to me and waited on somebody from San Diego. Just BAD business if a vehicle is reserved say that from the get go or honor what youve told somebody!! Wasted my time, ruined my day. I have been looking non stop for this car and could have driven away from my local lexus dealer today but they refused to do business with me. Again, PLEASE KNOW THEY DO NOT VALUE LOCALS AND ARE NOT DESERVING OF YOUR BUSINESS. PLEASE BUY FROM SURROUNDING LEXUS DEALERSHIPS INSTEAD! Thank you. Extremely disappointed!

I was reached out by Jacqueline regarding my review the following business day. I wanted to wait to update my review until all is said and done. I will admit I was scared to call her back because of what I just experienced and the anxiety of not being believed. But she provided a safe space for me to express my concerns and made me feel like someone finally understood my frustrations. I understand her role is customer relations, but I wish they had someone like her as an advisor. The car industry is a male dominated industry, so it would be a breath of fresh air if there was a female advisor. None the less, Jacqueline assured me that arrangements would be made to correct the incident.Honestly, I was so defeated over the issue and did not want to take my vehicle back in. I would have just appreciated her contacting me to apologize &advise me that some sort of meeting took place to address the behaviors. But she over extended herself to make sure that I felt heard and comfortable enough to get the vehicle reserviced.She even brought in the service manager to speak to me. He also apologized and discussed the alignment with me. I was hesitant to bring the vehicle back in, but he said he would supervise it all. We arranged for them to pick my vehicle up from my home and return it to me at my work office the next day. They also provided a loaner vehicle to me.Although I didnt receive a refund I was still compensated via a gift card for dinner. I only want to mention that because my reviews for businesses are always honest. I dont want to make it seem like I only updated my review for some steak like a cavewoman, but this review is solely to provide an update and Jacqueline does deserve the spotlight for how she handled this.They reserviced my vehicle and contacted me through out the process. (They did this with a prior service too so that is normal here) I can confidently say my concerns were addressed and they did the best they could to correct everything.5 stars for Jacqueline, but 4 stars for the business. Please hire female advisors, it would make the experience much more comfortable. Overall I appreciate the effort to mend our customer &business relationship, its just unfortunate that this occurred. I hope this is nothing more than a learning curve for those involved. Thank you again Jacqueline! If I ever do return, it is solely only because of you.

Very unorganized. Never thought I’d leave a positive review for a service dept., specifically Lexus. Parents had a gx worked on at a Bakersfield Lexus and they did shody work on the vehicle, less than 5k miles. Took it to Fresno Lexus. The Bakersfield Lexus didn’t want to have Fresno Lexus work on it.Tevin knowing the situation handled business knowing it was my mom’s vehicle and my dad literally passed away a week before. Went there a couple of months ago because I was ready to pull the trigger on purchasing a IS350. When I pulled up on to the lot, not one sales person approached me to ask if I was interested. I made eye contact with two sale representatives and I appeared to be invisible to them. I was walking around, looking at the IS 350 I wanted and not one person said anything. From what I saw from the outside, it appeared to be a lot of sales reps just sitting around, not doing anything.A rude female rep came out and moved the vehicle right in the middle of me looking at the car. She didn’t even say a word. No “excuse me”, nothing. Almost 45 minutes later someone decides to come out and ask if I had any questions. By that time I was no longer interested. And I made very clearto them that I was ready to purchase a new vehicle but after the level of unprofessionalism I encountered, they were not going to get any business from me.The manager tried to make things right but it was too late. I just took my business elsewhere and purchased the same vehicle at a different Lexus dealership. I guess Fresno Lexus is doing very well to the point they can be selective of the customers they choose to do business with. Poor representation of the Lexus brand. I wonder how Lexus would deal with this if I were to reach out to their corporate offices.

The first time I had my wheel bearings replaced, there was a grinding sound from a rotor shield that was reinstalled incorrectly. Fresno Lexus is the only place I take my Lexus ES 350 to be serviced. Jesse, you are my only service advisor.I never have any problems taking my vehicle to get serviced at Fresno Lexus. After the initial discussion about the repairs to be done, Jesse gave me a copy of the Invoice and a copy of the car rental agreement. I have a vehicle service warranty contract with CNA NATIONAL. You made the necessary call to CNA NATIONAL to ensure the dogbone mount was covered and it was. Jesse you are awesome. You are so understanding, kept me updated on my vehicle ( I especially like the detailed video explaining the repairs completed by the expert Fresno Lexus technician. He replaced the engine air filter, replaced the cabin air conditioning filter, he performed a brake fluid exchange, he replaced the dogbone mount, and oil change). Because of the extensive repairs done to my vehicle, you provided a courtesy rental vehicle for me. I really appreciate that.You are just an all around nice person to do business with. My 73 year old mothers showed up late but was talked to rudely and the so called Manager said they sell their used cars at high blue book even with large scratches and dents on the car. The used cars aren’t even washed. Dead bug guts were all over the hood. I made a fair cash offer of $16,000 on an $$15,200 car and was told “no way Jose”.Save yourself some time and money and buy your used car somewhere else!!!

Came in for an oil change & tire rotation, after checking in learned had to change cabin filter along with some inspections. I waited patiently for approximately 2 hrs, then was informed that I would get a courtesy car. I was fine with that since I was able to get some errands done & pick up my kids from school on time. Nice thing was Ben had me taken care of already on behalf on the Lexus management team by the time I came back in to pick up my car. A big “Thank U!!!” to you guys. Also really like the video taken by the service technician, explaining the condition of car during his inspection👍🏻

Being a car salesman at one time of my life,I have to say that my experience was not what I expected. The experience was a good one,we were fortunate to have a sales representative that treated us with overwhelming respect. Darrell told us he was new to the business and that if he didnt have an answer to our questions, he would surely find the answer. The experience from beginning to the end was pleasant. We got the car we were looking for,at a fair price and a great salesman to make the experience memorable. Great customer service. I was shopping online and had some bad experience with different dealership but soon contacted Fresno lexus I have 5 stars service from first call. Sahm checked car which one I found online and send me some photo and give me more details about car, later George and Omar helped me to finalize all the paperwork. Take me 3 hours to get from Sacramento to Fresno but it worth it every minute of my time. Great customer service and great car. I would recommend it to my friends

Service went very quick but one thing changed My outside rear view mirrors and one other thing my brakes1) My outside rear view mirrors no longer auto adjust when a new driver is introduced2) same issue with mirror but when I go into reverse they do not adjust downward they just stay in the same position3) Auto on off for high beams no longer work I think this was the case before I took the car in but how can I get them to work again?4) Brakes, when coming to a complete stop the brakes make a sound like the pads are not true humming sound goes away then come right back but this stops once the car makes a complete stop. I will continue to monitor, too me it may mean that I need to break them in I will let you know next week if the problems persists or has gone away.

I just left there about 10 minutes ago. Disappointing experience to say the least. I was walking around with my wife looking at SUV’s for about 25 minutes in the heat. I wasn’t greeted by one sales person, but yet the old couples were getting helped out. I kind of get it because I didn’t fit the profile like i have money like the older people there. Just sucked I saved all this money for an RX350 just to leave with a sweaty shirt, a tan, and without a new car. Second time this has happened both times I’ve gone to buy a Lexus.
