Quality service every single time! My kids love coming here. Dr. Christine is knowledgeable and takes her time with every child. She takes immediate care of everything and anything! Fresh always gives the best results, quickest treatment plans and work with you financially! I absolutely love them. Dr. Howard gives plans and results for ortho that are beautiful. They don’t waste your time with gimmicks or bad service at all. The hygienist all clean teeth beautifully and gently! This is a big plus because that’s usually what makes patients scared and not want to go back. The team is great here, I recommend them every chance I get!

I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with Dr. Christine. She is kind and patient. We love her so much and have had such awesome experiences that we followed her from Baldwin Park Dental Center. My daughters have both been patients with her since they were one and you can tell how good she is with kids. The facility is awesome and she communicates so well regarding any concerns. My oldest literally loves going to the dentist because of her.

We loved having fresh orthodontics close by! It was actually a joy to walk in their office and it was somewhat sad when my children out grew their office. Who can say they even have fond memories of getting your braces tightened? They really are a superb office!!

I’m extremely impressed with this office. We took our daughter in for her 1st dental appointment at age 1 and then again at age 2, and I was so thrilled to see the level of attention and patience for such young patients. The entire team is so friendly and meets kids exactly where they are developmentally and with easing kids to have a positive dental experience whilst guiding kids to touch, to see, and to be reassured throughout the cleaning. I recommend them to our friends with babies!

Took my 15 month old to Fresh for his first dentist appointment, and it was such a positive experience! Everyone we encountered (from scheduling on the phone, to in office), was so friendly. Best dentist office I’ve ever been to! So easy to check in, the whole place is spotless and modern. Staff are so nice. Everything is super efficient, from scheduling to how quickly your child gets seen. 100 % kid friendly- iPad projected onto the ceiling so they can watch a movie or show whilst getting their teeth cleaned and a wall for gifts after their appointment. A great experience to encourage kids to keep up dental health their whole life. Love this place.

I am so happy we found Fresh Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry! The staff is so nice, helpful, and attentive. The facility itself is modern, play area with toys, and kids can watch Disney+ as they clean and exam their teeth. The dentist was so sweet and patient with my 2 and 10 year old. Took my 1 year old son for his first dentist appointment and was blown away with the quality of the visit. The staff was incredible and friendly. The building was clean, comfortable, and kid friendly. Dr. Chu was amazing with our son and she made the visit enjoyable for him. She was thorough and explained how to properly care for my sons teeth at home. She introduced all the instruments that she would be using during the cleaning to my son which I believe helped him to not be afraid. She even sang to him during his cleaning. 10/10 would recommend.

This dentist is awesome. I was nervous that my very shy 2.5 year old would have a hard time but they made her feel comfortable, which is NOT easy at a place like the dentist. She left with a smile on her face and I felt like they did a good job with her cleaning and exam and appreciated their suggestions on what we could do at home to continue to improve her oral care. Im so thankful to have found this Dental Office! Everything is so kid friendly, from the kid toy area in the lobby, to the TVs above the dental chairs, to the amazing staff. When my son was 2 years old I took him to another dentist and we had a bad experience, it was not kid friendly and my son wouldnt even open his mouth for the dentist. Then after seeing good reviews online and hearing a good reference from a friend, I took him here and it was a completely different experience - so pleasant! My son was happy, cooperated and even sat still for x-rays. My son has had to have both a crown and a tooth extraction and both were almost painless and my son still doesnt mind going to the dentist! What a parents dream right there!

I’m so grateful to find this clinic. Both doctors are amazing. They are caring, attentive and go above and beyond. I know how many reviews are doubtful nowadays, I wish I could express more. Dr. Christine of Fresh Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry is truly a gem. My 4 year old was terrified from previous bad experiences with a different dentist, but Dr. Christine made him so comfortable in the chair. She is extremely thorough, detailed, and patient. She took her time answering my questions and was very engaging with my two kids. My son even left saying that it was fun! This was my 1.5 year old daughter’s first dentist visit, and she allowed Dr. Christine to do everything without a tear. I am so happy this experience left them both comfortable with going to future dentist appointments, rather than fearful. Everyone single person in the office from the front staff to techs are so incredibly kind, approachable and helpful. This is a very efficiently run office! Very thankful to have found this place!

I had a great experience getting InvisAlign through Dr. Chu at Fresh. My treatment was lengthy and carried over from a bad start with an online provider. Dr. Chu had to correct the misalignment and also treat issues I had with TMJ. After over a year of trays and visits, my teeth and jaw are finally where they should be and I cant be happier!Dr. Chu was very attentive and listened to my concerns and questions all throughout our exchanges. I appreciated that he addressed the topics I would bring up such as how my jaw (TMJ) was more comfortable with the trays modified, etc.The office is great to work with, too. All the receptionists and personnel were easy to communicate with and super efficient. I never had to call or ask for anything twice. Highly recommend!

I brought my son here for a dentist appointment and today we just went back for a six month check up. I really love this place. Very nice, clean, calm and inviting environment. All the staff are really nice and polite as well. My son who is currently 5 years old loves it too. He was actually excited for his dentist appointment today, and as we were leaving he asked me if we could come back lol. We’ll be back every 6 months as recommended. :)

Today I took my 2 and 5 year old for a teeth cleaning for our first visit with Dr. Christine. They’ve been to a different dentist before but I’m so glad I found her! The office was very clean and her and her staff were super welcoming and very professional. The technician was able to get full x-rays from my daughter which never happened at her other dentist. She has a technique where she doesn’t ask the kids to bite down on the back teeth (which always made her gag and not able to get x-rays done) but still get the pics. It was amazing! Dr. Christine was very thorough, informative and most importantly put my kids at ease. She answered all my questions and took her time. She even ended the session by doing balloon art and making dogs for them. Highly recommend this office!

Our 2 year old son was in need of a dentist and we couldnt find a location that we were comfortable with. Driving past their office, you could tell how clean it was and that they took the health of their patients very seriously, which inspired me to look them up! It is weird that you can get that feeling by just driving by.All 5 star reviews? has to be to good to be true, or their friends helped them out? Boy was I wrong! Dr. Christine and the staff were amazing!!! My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the service and care that they put into our sons 1st experience with a dentist! Our son loved it so much! My kids run toward the door of the dental office when it’s time for a cleaning. They are 4 and 7! They love Dr. Christine and look forward to visiting. Dr Howard is the best orthodontist I’ve ever met. I needed pre-op orthodontics to prepare myself for jaw surgery. The entire process took 2 & 1/2 years.My jaw surgeon told me that Dr. Howard is really freaking good. Not only is he extremely competent but he is also an amazing person who cares deeply about the success of his patients.Maddie is an amazing assistant and Stacy was so helpful when it came to setting up an affordable quote for me. I am an adult and needed some maintenance done on previous orthodontic work. I called Fresh simply because they are located in close proximity to my home. Wow, did I get lucky! They provided very transparent and reasonable pricing and easy scheduling. Dr. Chu was great, not only fixed the issue for which I had made the appointment, but went above and beyond and offered advice on other orthodontic issues I was experiencing. I ended up going back several times so that he could help correct the movement in my teeth due to not wearing my retainer in several years (oops). Finally, I cannot say enough about the Fresh office staff. On a few occasions I had to reschedule appointments and they were always accommodating and kind. I actually enjoyed going to my appointments, they were so friendly! I highly recommend Fresh Orthodontics, and appreciate their great care.

She followed through with reaching out to me in regards to my insurance coverage. Unfortunately, they dont take my insurance but I was blown away by the receptionist that I decided to make an appointment for my son there anyway. On the day of our appointment, we saw Dr. Christine Chu and she was phenomenal! My son is 14 months and still scared of strangers, and she did everything she could to make him feel at ease (she even blew up a balloon dog!!) She walked us through everything and answered all of our questions. I want my son to have a good dentist experience and this is it! I look forward to our next appointment!

I am a general dentist who sees mostly adults and decided to take my 6 year old to a pediatric dentist. I was very impressed with this office’s staff, cleanliness, efficiency, friendliness, and service. My son, who is usually apprehensive did great. They had 2 people to take X-rays which made it quick and easy. Once in the treatment room, the assistants asked him to choose a movie or video to watch. On went Daniel Tiger’s neighborhood and my son was in heaven. He barely noticed when Dr. Chu came in and did his exam…(no cavities, yay!!!). She was professional and friendly and answered the questions that I had thoroughly and politely. I will definitely continue to bring my son to this office.

I am so happy that we chose Fresh Dentistry. I was initially drawn to the fact that the practice is run by husband and wife who are parents themselves. I expected that they would focus on making the child’s experience a comfortable one but that would be an understatement. I was taken aback by the outstanding experience we had through every facet of our visit. From the ease of our online forms, to the beautiful and clean office, the friendly and professional staff, not to mention the timely manner of the whole process, made us feel welcomed and cared for. Dr. Christine’s care was nothing less than wonderful. She went out of her way to explain to my daughter what she was doing every step of the way. That made her feel safe and at ease. I enjoyed her fun personality and how she involved us both in the care plan. Not only did I leave with a smile but my daughter did too, not to mention the little goodie bag that was given to her. I raved to my husband when I got home about how I loved it there. If only they would take me as a patient...I think it’s going to be hard to find a place that can measure up to the quality of Fresh. I absolutely loved my experience with Fresh Orthodontics and Dr. Chu. My dog chewed up my retainer and I got my last one in the previous state I was living in, so I called Fresh to ask if they had any appointments available, and within 30 minutes I was sitting in the chair getting set up for a new retainer! I have had some previous dental and ortho trauma due to lots of surgeries and procedures and Dr. Howard made me feel so safe and taken care of! They are professional, kind, and offer a completely fair price! COVID-19 procedures were taken seriously and we felt safe the whole time- we waited in the car until it was our time to go in & had our temperatures checked. Was referred to this office by a friend! Came for a consultation as my son needs braces.. Everyone was so nice and everything was so quick and easy! Did not have to wait to be helped. The second we walked in the office there was someone helping us and we were being seen right away. If youre a parent looking for a place for your kiddos first dentist, look no further. Their entire office / experience is wonderful. I made the appointment on the phone, received email/ text confirmations/ reminders. They followed safe COVID protocols, checked our temperatures before we went in, and there was no crowding or even waiting in the lobby. Once were in the dentist office, the hygienist was warm and engaging to my 2 year old, and we only waited about 5 minutes for the dentist to come. Dr. Christine was super patient, kind, and treated my kiddo with the most developmentally friendly strategies Ive seen from a medical professional. She was like a magical tooth fairy combined with a kindergarten/ childrens TV show host patience. I had prepped my son with some Daniel Tiger and Elmo videos of kids going to the dentist and Dr. Christine did almost exactly the same steps as the dentists in the videos where she showed him the tools she was going to use, let him look at and touch them, and didnt make him or me feel rushed if he seemed uncomfortable at first. As a result of her patience, my toddler felt comfortable, and actually experienced the entire checkup experience without a tantrum or melt down. At the end, Dr. Christine made him a balloon dog, then he got to choose a prize from the cute prize wall. My son walked out with me beaming and said proudly to dad on face time I went to the dentist! The office staff was also super friendly and warm, and we were in and out within 30 minutes.This was really important to me because at my sons first dentist experience at a different dental office, they were impatient and it was a very stressful traumatic experience for kiddo and me. I have had the absolute best experience at Fresh Orthodontics with Dr. Howard. I have had jaw/bite issues my entire life it seems. The past 10 years my bite has been worse. I asked everyone I could if they knew what was happening with my teeth but no one had answers. Thankfully I was referred to Dr. Howard and he was able to quickly understand the root of the problem. I came to Fresh to get a replacement for an old retainer I had that broke. This was my first time here and I had a great experience. All the staff is excellent. Everyone is so welcoming. We love this dental practice, but more than anything we love the people at this practice! We were referred to visit this orthodontist by another family dentist, but after visiting once we switched all our kids over to this practice. The environment is extremely kid friendly and in many ways the staff make it feel like one big extended family. I have four kids and both dr. Christine (the dentist) and her husband dr. Howard (the orthodontist) have seen different children of mine. From the moment our family walks in the door the people greeting them ask them about school, soccer, etc... making them feel known. My four year old had a couple cavities and he doesnt respond well to laughing gas, but dr. Christine was able to fill them quickly and without a problem. We have been able to walk in (without an appointment) just to clip a little wire that was bothering my daughter on her braces and Dr. Howard welcomed us with a smile and open arms. For those worries about wait times, we have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for our appointments. Even the woman that goes through the cost and billing is patient and kind. I would like to thank and show my appreciation to the family at Fresh Orthodontist and Pediatrics Dentistry for all their professionalism.I’m very grateful for Dr. Howard Chu for taking on my dental case, where no other Orthodontist would take the challenge. My case was a difficult one and it required a mejor jaw surgery and then the realignment of my teeth to fix my bite and closed all the gaps. I used to have horrendous teeth. I had an extremely severe over-bite and stained teeth. I thought there was no hope to fix my teeth without getting metal braces. That all changed when I decided to try out Fresh. Dr. Howard is so knowledgeable and understanding. He recommended Invisalign. I received my first 44 trays, and after the first week, I immediately saw a positive, distinguishable difference. I am now on my 2nd set of 48 trays, and my Invisalign journey is soon to come to an end. My teeth are very straight now. Dr. Christine helped me with my stained teeth. I went to many dentists before, and all they did was recommend me an overpriced toothpaste and cleaned my teeth, so they would only be temporarily white. Dr. Christine recommended me a toothpaste that forever changed my teeth. My teeth are not stained anymore. Now I love to smile and show off my teeth. I 100% recommend Fresh Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry to anyone who wants a fresh, beautiful smile.

Our first time here 3 wks ago. My son had a toothache he’s 5 so we had to get him in right away. Dr Christine saw him assessed the issue and we had him scheduled the following week for procedure. That evening an abscess formed I was able to get a hold of her thru emergency #. Such a relief. He had to have 2 teeth pulled. She was so good with him. He didn’t have any issues during or after. And he has no issue going back for follow up. Highly recommend her for young children.

I took my 10 year old daughter to be assessed for braces. Dr. Howard Chu was SO kind! Before coming in we filled out a questionnaire about what sports & activities she was into, Dr. Chu asked her about all of her interests while having her exam and I thought that was so personal and sweet! The facility is clean and beautiful and although my daughter still has 2 baby teeth to lose before she starts treatment, Dr. Chu has a solid plan ready for her when she is ready! I love it here! The office is very spacious and clean. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Chu is great and easy to communicate with. He is able to answer all of my questions about my Invisalign treatment. Also, each visit is quick and easy. Im so glad I chose Fresh Orthodontics to do my Invisalign. Wow! I brought in my 3 kids. I wish I could do my dentistry there! The staff was super helpful and friendly and thorough communicators. They have reasonably priced rates and were covered by my delta dental PPO insurance. The office couldn’t be more cheerful and well designed in my opinion. The dentist and orthodontist did not try to upsell me and proposed reasonable work and answered questions thoroughly. They didn’t rush us. They took every reasonable precaution for CoVid. I am definitely going back and have no concerns about my children while in their care. The office is closed Fridays. They have good parking. I was pleased when I could fit my giant van in the lot with no problems. My kids enjoyed the visit and the tv on the ceiling. They are happy to go back. I was particularly impressed by no hidden fees and the no pressure consultation with the orthodontist. I highly recommend them!

What can I say? This place is 5 stars in every way. The office is clean, the staff is super friendly, and the service and results have been great. My dentist gave me several referrals for orthodontists 9 months ago.Dr. Chu’s office was lower on the list because I saw how fancy the place looked driving by and assumed they would be pricey. To my surprise, their price was actually better than other places I consulted, with great payment options, plus easy and free parking, and being closer to home. I took my 2 years old to see a dentist for the first time. I was so anxious that my baby is going to cry bc she is afraid of strangers. But Dr. Christine Chu is so sweet, kind, and patient. In the beginning, She showed my baby what the tools are and what she is going to do. My baby feels comfortable with Dr. Chu and didn’t cry at all. The check up is short, throughout, and sweet. At the end of check up. Dr. Chu hand made my baby a dog ballon and gave her a toy to bring home. I am relieved my baby has found a doctor she can trust. Excellent office. Latest equipment itero for INVISILIGN, friendly staff, expedient and efficient. Ortho doc is very proficient. Office is better at getting appointments than others, and office staff are good at their jobs. As an adult, I’m doing INVISILIGN to get the issues with my teeth corrected due to not wearing my retainer all my life. Some had said my teeth couldn’t be fixed by INVISILIGN but ortho showed me how he had done similar work- no issues. BIG MISTAKE not wearing retainers for entire life, PEOPLE. Make sure your kids wear their retainers for life to avoid future relapse issues with their teeth. My son/s will get their braces and teeth cleaned here ( they do thru age 18.)

I am an adult and have been in Invisalign for just over 3 years with another Ortho Group. My only wish is that I started with Fresh Ortho instead. I decided to look around when the Ortho I was seeing tried to grossly overcharge me on retainers; in addition they were recommending a retainer that was not optimal for my situation which could have sent me right back in to treatment. Fresh Orthodontics is Professional, Friendly, Affordable, and they have your best interest in mind rather than their bottom line. Awesome!!! I love my new bite and smile. I can smile much easier now, which no matter how I smiled before my smile kind of always looked like a frown. Ive been a heavy bruxer since my teeth grew in, according to my mom. I have broken three teeth and re-broke one of my crowns three times before braces. i.e. had 3 crown replacements to the same tooth. The grinding was so bad it led to TMJ, myofacial pain and speech difficulties. My profession requires good elocution and all of this was not good.My dentist said Id need jaw replacement surgery eventually at the rate I was grinding or Id keep breaking more teeth. So, he recommended braces; night guards werent enough.My jaw pain went away during braces. Even if it comes back.... at least I know I wont be breaking teeth because my bite is even now. The pressure that was on the teeth that were breaking is now evenly distributed amongst the rest of my teeth and my jaw muscles arent bulging anymore. No headaches. No pain on my temples. Most importantly, I love my new smile. I started smiling more during braces because it got easier with every tray.Thank you Dr. Chu!!! Ill admit I wasnt sure if this would work when I first started Invisalign, but Im so glad I did it. This has been life changing.
