This is a wonderful facility. I visited at least 8 other Assisted Livings in a 10 mile radius, and none compared to Fremont Hills. The staff are attentive, compassionate and friendly. My father resided there for over two years (before he passed) and made a few friends. Bernadette (the Exec Director) is amazing and very kind. She went above and beyond for my Dad. I am forever grateful for her compassion. Lilly at the front desk is a ray of sunshine; I always enjoyed chatting with her, and can tell she genuinely cares about the residents on a personal level. Cant say enough positive things about Fremont Hills!

My dear friend needed a safe and comfortable place to live when her dementia claimed her ability to care for herself.I found the staff was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and welcoming.The transition to memory care was much easier than I had anticipated. Her room was comfortable and cozy. The food looked good and she was always happy with her meals. She was in hospice and the staff treated her very kindly and with compassion and dignity. She passed away much faster than her care team had anticipated. I believe it was because her hands on care was so gentle that she was able to feel cozy and safe enough to let go. The team was also very kind to me as she passed away.Finding an out of home careplacement for our loved ones care is difficult. Its expensive and making the choice feels a like lot buying a car. Getting my loved one settled in here was easy. I never felt sales pressure. The team took over and efficiently took care of all the move in details for me, taking a huge weight of my shoulders.I highly recommend checking out Fremont Hills for your loved one.

I had a chamber mixer at Fremont Hills yesterday. Nice people, awesome staffs, and amazing food and drink. They dont host an event to public, but staffs are nice to work with. They are always available and happy to help you. You feel drawn and welcomed from them.

My dad spent a year and a half there and the staff were amazing. The facility is very nice. When you walk in you would think you were walking into a 4 star hotel. They serve great meals, have lots of activities, cool events on the weekends, and a staff that is so caring. I am glad we chose this place. The director Bernadette is so professional yet friendly. All of the front desk staff were always immensely helpful. I tried to visit daily and really got to know all of the staff. The caregivers were so nice and I remember my dad telling me that he was treated so well there. I definitely recommend Fremont Hills if you have an aging parent.

I used to work for Fremont hills. I made lots of friends including the residents and the staff. I love it so much that I want to volunteer once a month to see the residents and staff. That’s how great Fremont hills. Everyone is friendly and cares about the residents and that’s what makes it home. I’m glad I was a part of the experience and I could say that it’s my second home . I never loved a job more than this job. It was more than a job to me and I could say passionately great things about this place. They have the best dining director Eva and Jessica is also great. Jessica have great observation skills which make her a good fit to be an activities director. She cares about the residents happiness and that’s why I have respect for her. Mandeep and Molly are great with the care team. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a home. Bernadette is really great at managing this home. Tia is amazing for handling the staff. Great place to work and great place to live.

A friend of mine currently resides at Fremont Hill Assisted Living. Firstly, I would like to express my appreciation for the impressive curb appeal of the facility. It is evident that great care has been taken to maintain its appearance. Situated on the foothill, the location provides a serene and ideal environment for retirees. The staff at Fremont Hill Assisted Living are exceptionally friendly, greeting visitors with warm smiles upon entering the lobby, creating a welcoming atmosphere akin to being at home. One notable aspect is the reasonable pricing of the rooms compared to similar facilities in the Bay Area. Additionally, the food service at Fremont Hills is exceptional, offering a wide variety of menu options and special holiday menus, which greatly contributes to the overall experience.

My mother has been living in Assisted Care at Fremont Hills for 14 months now so I felt like now would be a good time to provide a review on our families experiences with the facility, staff, and residents. I have got to know many of the staff, managers, and Exec’s since day one and made a point of doing so, as I wanted to make sure mom was in a safe and healthy environment during this new stage of her life. I really have built some great connections with many of the staff and management, I make it a point to talk with them and also receive input from them frequently on how mom is doing, any challenges she has, and how they view her overall state. If there is ever any concerns or questions the medical staff does not hesitate to contact me which I really appreciate. I see the care they give my mom and how they get to know all of their residents and try to help them enjoy these later years in life which can be challenging in many ways, the staff goes out of their way to provide good care to everyone. Mom loves the activities room and staff, these people are simply amazing, one of mom’s favorites is playing bingo with everyone, they also have movies, music, arts and crafts, exercise classes, not to mention a game room with puzzles that mom really enjoys. They even have field trips available. The facility is kept very clean, including the dining hall, and mom enjoys going their for all her meals, they provide good options and will even try to help with any special requests. I have brought friends there for a visit and they have said “I want to live here : )”. Mom gets her room cleaned, laundry done, all her meals, helpful medical staff to ensure she receives her proper medicine morning, noon, and night, and all the activities to help keep her active. All of this for a reasonable price, if you’re looking for a place for your elderly relative be sure to make an appointment for a tour, you won’t be disappointed. The decision to (re)-visit Fremont Hills was easy after seeing the care my Grandmother had at Fremont Hills for 9 happy years. Making the decision was the most difficult part for our family and every administrator who spoke to us was patient, understanding, and helpful. Once moved in, we received several updates and observations all within the first few days of move in. He adjusted w/in a normal amount of time and was pleased with the comfort of the room and his snacks/meals. We can now rest and be assured that we made the best decision for all; most importantly for my Father being in a safe and caring community.

Great place to work! I gained lots of experience at Fremont Hills from Dining Services to Concierge. There are many opportunities for growth. The company culture is great and and provides flexible schedules for the staff. Jessica the activities director is the best!
