We had a leaking toilet and some water-damaged baseboards in our bathroom. We also had a tub-surround panel separating from the wall. Andrew came and assessed the issues. He was booked out several weeks but was willing and able to find a day that he could work us in sooner. His work was fantastic. At the end of the day, the bathroom looked great and he completely cleaned up the debris from the job and hauled away the broken toilet. We couldn’t be happier about his work. The cost of the job was very reasonable and he even did some extra work that he did not charge for. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Fregeau/Andrew again and to recommend him to others

Andrew just finished remodeling our master shower and we could not be happier. We had 4 companies come out to give us proposals and we are SO happy that we decided to hire Fregeau Remodeling for our project. From my first phonecall with Andrew I could tell he was a genuine and good person and business owner. Some of the things I most appreciate about how Andrew runs his business: great communication from start to finish, organized and detailed proposal, always on time and communicated any changes in the schedule, patient and helpful when we needed guidance on making decisions, clean and respectful of our home, beautiful and meticulous work. If we ever do any other home projects he will definitely be our first choice. We highly recommend Fregeau Remodeling & Tile!

We were so pleased that we hired Andrew to do a remodel project on a very dated rental property we own. He put in a new walk in shower kit, replaced the toilet and vanity, as well as resurfacing the ugly yellow kitchen tile. He put in new flooring throughout, which completely transformed the condo. He was great to work with. Attention to detail and very meticulous and honest. He always reached out with questions and updates and had good suggestions for us. Project was finished in a very timely manner. We highly recommend Andrew and Chris!

After several months of searching for a contractor, we came across Fregeau construction. Andrew came to our house to take measurements and developed a plan for replacing our bathtub/shower. We were impressed from the first day. Andrew was always punctual and worked very efficiently. He worked around our busy family schedule and was very accommodating. After the first day of demolition work, my wife and I were highly impressed by how Andrew thoroughly cleaned up his work site. He returned everyday at the same time, never late, and immediately continued with the project. As the pictures demonstrate, we initially had a bathtub that was rusted and in need of replacement. After the project was complete, Andrew transformed this bathtub/shower beyond our expectations, which is depicted by the last three photos. Andrew’s tile work is amazing - he does it with accuracy and precision. He went above and beyond and certainly sets the bar for quality workmanship and attention to detail. If you are looking for a contractor for home renovations, we highly recommend Fregeau Construction.

Andrew just finished completely re-tiling my master bathroom he worked hard every day, he’s meticulous, help me with the design choices, always kept me up to date on the status of the project. I would highly recommend him. Being a single female there is always that concern that you’re going to be ripped off. I never got that feeling with Andrew very upstanding young man.

Words can’t express how thankful we are for finding Andrew of Fregeau Construction!!He remodeled two bathrooms and they turned out beautifully. He also did a lot of interior wall and ceiling painting. Andrew always showed up on time. He cleaned up at the end of every day. He’s very patient and explains remodel process when you have questions (I ask lots of questions). He worked around 3 dogs with a smile even if he sometimes had to step over them. Actually lots of times!His attention to detail is amazing. He’s very thorough in researching product information to achieve best results. We used a patterned tile in shower and he was spot on lining it up. In one bathroom the subway tile is laid vertically and it all lines up.You won’t be disappointed if you call Andrew. He’s a very professional contractor!

My husband and I were in search of a contractor for a bathroom remodel and Fregeau Construction was not only reasonable with his quote, he delivered good customer service from the beginning until the end. Mr. Fregeau was on time every day and would respond quickly if I had any questions about products. Each day he would let me know what his next step would be and the timeline of completion. When the bathroom was complete we felt it was well worth the wait! We now are in love with our bathroom and are thankful to him for his great work! I would definitely use Fregeau Construction again and would refer him to others who are in search for a great contractor.

Called a few tile folks for bids and decided to go with Andrew. Could not be more happy with the quality of work and professional experience. The dream shower we had hoped for before is now a reality.Hire a real tile company to tile your job if you want it done right. Fregeau has the experience to do it right the first time.

Fregeau Construction & Tile provided a Five Star job for me. Andrew was instrumental in helping me find the right shower door to install, he kept his workplace clean, was responsive to my needs and did a great job. He also resurfaced the shower pan and replaced a patio spigot. I have restored faith in future home improvements.
