Had Freeway insurance for a few months now. Let me state this first and factual, People make a business or a company period. With that being said I worked with Nate for a few hours today. His communication, professionalism, mannerism made me feel involved in the community and with my country. Very Happy with the staff there . The minute I walked in they acknowledge me and had me signed in. I may have waited 25min in lobby to be called to the back with one of their representatives. Michelle who assisted me was very courteous, professional but overall very knowledgeable she helped me with my quote looking for options as my car is now on salvage title . Kevin helped me out so much! I walked into the office and was greeted immediately by Kevin, and he sat me down and collected my information and got my quote within minutes and got me such an amazing rate! I love how they’re able to shop around with all the available insurance companies and compare rates and they work with you and your budget! I also love how i’m able to reach Kevin at any time with any questions or changes to my policy. Thank you for your help!

I just traded in my old car for a new car and Jerry was able to add my new car and removed my old car. Easy and fast transition no paper work everything was done fast and efficient. I will highly recommend him if you want things fast since I was at the dealer he did all the paper work and was able to send me a pdf proof of insurance as I was walking out of the dealer same day.Thank you for all your hard work and effort. You rock !!!

After feeling like my policy wasn’t thoroughly explain when it came to the down payment, My issue was escalated to the branch manger Jerry! He was very helpful in explaining to me the confusion and the different programs that are offered. Jerry was able to stabilize the situation and made me very pleased with his efforts! I will defer being going through him for other policies that I will need in the future. Thank you Jerry!!
