You are someone that should be acknowledged for your patients and caring for your clients. I was thinking about switching my insurance company because of an issue I was having because of a mistake made by one of the employees. After calling over and over to get this fixed, I finally got Erica. I can’t express enough on how she took the responsibility for what someone else did and made it right. I know she probably got sick of me calling but she never gave me that expression, she just assured me that I would be taken care of and she made me feel valued and she kept in touch to make sure things were being done to clear up the mess someone else started. This location has to be the best locations around. I had the pleasure to work with a few employees at this location, Erica was really the main one that helped her demeanor is impeccable, but because I work I had to keep calling in so roxanna was amazing she stepped in well for Erica when she was on the other line, and Nancy got my proof of insurance card for me when I came in and cori even gave a follow up call during the process. Whole team did an amazing and I’m glad I’m now insured with them.

I had Roxana López help me start my policy and let me just say she was EXCELLENT. I had to cut the call early but she kept working for me even after the call was over. She sent me my ensign documents processed my payment and sent me id cards all while I was at work. I actually work for an insurance company as well and I was very impressed by her willingness to go above and beyond to help me and make sure I was properly protected. Would absolutely recommend her to anybody looking for an insurance quote!

I had a simple question about my bill date and I was put on hold for over 5 minutes and then I was redirected three or 4 times I couldnt talk to my agent, my payment didnt go through and nobody called me or let me know that my policy was cancelled they are very unprofessional. Sure it might be cheaper for insurance but the quality of customer service is horrible. Youre better off going to State Farm or one of those companies that little extra money for the insurance is totally worth it. Dont waste your money on freeway insurance.

At first they were great, although I paid a huge broker fee, I was guaranteed to not have to pay it again when I renewed, however they told me I had to pay again because it was a new policy, I argued about what I was told and they started giving me attitude, my car broke down and I called them to see if they could help me by telling me how many miles I was covered for a tow truck and they just hung up! Horrible place and the insurance isnt cheap at all.

I was sold a policy by Jessenia Salazar. While purchasing the policy she told me that she would electronically file a SR-22 to the DMV. I was told the filing would be immediate and that the DMV would have the SR-22 the same day. I went to the DMV the following day and waited hours... to only find out that my SR-22 had NOT been electronically filed.I called the freeway insurance office the next day. I left a message for Jessenia to call me back. My phone call was not returned. I called again, asked for Jessenia, and then was hung up on. I then called Freeway customer service who attempted to connect me with the San Marcos office, however, my call was not accepted. I was re-routed to an office in Temecula.It’s obvious that I was not able to get a rep at the San Marcos office on the phone because they knew I wished to cancel my policy. I had to file a claim through my bank to get my money back. THINK TWICE BEFORE USING INSURANCE BROKERS.

I do not recommend this office at all, they never helped me with the cancellation of the 8-month policy, which as it was canceled, I continue to receive charges and that they had deducted 65 dollars from my bank account. I will end up paying a cancellation in order not to return Seeing their faces, especially Yessenia, the worst service is terrible, I dont recommend them at all.Thank you for answering but I did everything so that they would help me, I took account statements, I went to the office on several occasions and I hope nothing that by paying the 35 dollars. I shouldnt pay them because they already took 65 from me that the plobrema will end. and I wont see them again the face and I will never recommend them to anyone, because they dont help they only delay.
