I give it a 3 starts because customer service was good while I was there. But I disliked the sneaky tactic of adding a $80 towing service and not telling you. Make sure to read before you sign the look on his face when I mention it, They will tell only after you have paid and signed nice try make sure you always READ what you sign.

Ap to SpanishStay away from this agency please. This agency practically stole my $ 298 that I paid for. I stayed with them only two weeks and two days when I had an accident (it was not my fault) at the time of the accident I tried to call them on the phone 24 hours service and nobody answered me I left messages via web and everything possible to communicate with them. The following days I also called them for almost three weeks until they answered me and supposedly Mr. Scott Smith had my case, the following week I called and a very evil lady called Angelica answered me and told me that my case had been closed. The next day I went to the torrance office and explained that the insurance left me alone and I fixed my problems by myself and My expenses at the day of the accident. They gave me the same number where they didnt want to return my money .I wish I could give them 0.Just I need my money back .Please, please ? Be aware of this insurance they wont help you when they must to do .The worst insurance company ever and they arent cheap 😒 go to AAA or other one instead freeway.Im a real ex customer .

Wort insurance ever..Please make sure when you sign you check all papers carefullyWhen I purchased the policy I have asked the agent that I will need one month only and if there is any termination fee.He said that they are none you need just to cancel before the due date.And here we go I received a letter from the insurance that I have to pay a cancelation fee.I have tired to reach out to customer service asking for the agent who got me the policy could never get a hold of him.

I bought insurance with them and now they told me I need a different plan. I dropped over $700 to start an 11 month plan. Now about 15 days later they are telling me that I need to fo into the office get a new price and pay achanging fee. I havent even had them for a month. The only reason the rating is so high is because Mike literally had me rate him while still in the office in promise for a better deal I will never come here again unless they return my $700 deposit for less then a month of insurance.

This was by far the easiest experience Ive ever had Im a brand-new driver only had my license for a couple of months I expected to spend out rages amounts of dollars on insurance and this was the cheapest quote out of all the companies that Ive called. Bought an insurance policy from a so called Oscar about a month specifically asking for a rental in my policy which according to him did add and charged me for. Unfortunately my car got hit and according to my insurer Oscar never added a rental to policy. Three weeks ago we spoke to the guy he had us go down to his office to sign the paper work so he can resubmit it and he was also suppose to send me an email a copy which he never did. I missed a week of work and have been struggling to get to work because of his mistakes and now he doesn’t even answer my calls nor returns them at all.

Not happy with service, was given quote went to Carson location and nobody there it was 10:30am went to other location on Knox and was helped, thought I was getting a good deal until they went over contract and the deductible was 1000 but I asked for 500 then they changed it and gave higher price. But when they gave me first price said it was with 500 deductible. And then told me Im due every 14th and about a week ago I get letter im past due it was only 2 or 3 weeks after I signed up. I would not recommend this place, they give mixed up info and cant accommodate you for there screw up. I am not satisfied with them. I dont plan to continue with them!. Dont come here!!
