Paula was amazing the service was fast and ever was amazing in helping me make change for my bill. The process was nothing but amazing, I was offered 300 at 23 for another place and they gave me 100 monthly. So I would say its pretty good place to get insurance.

Adela is amazing!!!! I was on the hunt for car insurance. When I spoke to them all they told me was my coverage wouldn’t be active for 2 weeks and the prices were extremely high. One company needed all kinds of documentation and another said I had to pay the full premium upfront. Adela went out of her way to explain what is going on right now with insurance in California and she also did her best to get me the lowest price available with no hassle. THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER! When I went there to cancel my car insurance I asked some questions about refund and they didnt answer what I was asking. So I had to ask over and over again to make sure. And they blame me maybe I dont understand English :). They treat me awful the whole time. I cancel my insurance because I realized they gave me a very expensive quote(for the state minimum) and I didnt know because it was my first time. I got half of the price from another Insurance company and had zero problem.

This is the worst company. I went to their website and try to get a quote and they gave me quote from three other companies or call them. I called them and want all these information and have to go outside to get a license plate. I got clean records for over 8 years. The reason that want switch is my current insurance keep increasing little by little with my clean record. After all that times of asking me for all that information, they gave a quote with over $20 higher a month than my current for the same coverage . They hang up when I question them about it. They are rude and dishonest. Dont bother with these wolf.

I was disappointed to know and find out that I was taken advantage by Adela at first she sounds nice. She told me they were going to go ahead and take 600 my account and the remaining 200 2 weeks later but nope they took $900 then she said the payment was going to be $ 350 now I come to find out is $400 I’m sorry that I have come across this kind of service. I am very unhappy and he seems to me they’re only able to make money off of you in A bad way. Thanks Adela Sanchez. Hopefully someone doesn’t do you the same way.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANYI shopped for an insurance policy with freeway auto insurance and i was only given the option to get liability with BLUE FIRE INSURANCE. The policy seemed simple enough and I was happy to have insurance again however I had to pay a hefty start up non refundable fee of 230 dollars which I ended up getting scammed out of, I had insurance with blue fire all of 30 days. Earlier this month I had bank fraud and my card was deactivated until a new one came in the mail. I kept getting phone calls from blue fire saying my policy was going to get canceled I figured since i only was 2 days late I’d just pay it once my new card was activated which I did today and then I got the news that my policy was canceled and that it could not be reinstated. That my only option was to get a new policy. This was ridiculous I thought considering it only had been a few days so I contacted freeway insurance and was told the same thing, clearly free way insurance knows the type of insurance companies it’s offering to potential customers and Blue fire is sitting at a whopping 1.1 star reviews on Google. They constantly deny claims and don’t answer the phone so I guess in a way I dodged a bullet. It just sucks that I lost out of 427 dollars but hey lesson learned. Just another backyard shady company in moval ran by shady people

I came in to renew my policy and the girl at the front desk helped me. I believe her name was Janet. She was really helpful and took the time to explain all of the different coverages available and I ended up walking out knowing exactly what I was paying for. The worst experience ever mostly with their upper management and follow up systems. The first contact customer service people are good at the basics.As of today November 18, 2020, freeway insurance left a reply to my NEGATIVE REVIEW to call their customer service number to see what they could do to earn my business. First of all they gave me a general 800 number which I was on hold for 10 minutes with no one picking the line. That makes it seem like the reply to the NEGATIVE REVIEW was not genuine from a person, probably some type of software or AI system. It should have been an actual person that was trying to resolve the issues and they could have left an email so that it will be an opportunity to establish a direct form of communication with someone actually trying to resolve the issues. But no instead they left their general line which is full of a lot of basic insurance calls. Even their reply to this review was a awful experience and was not successful. They also sent a check after this debacle to return my money and it was short $300 and I had to get my credit card company involved. This review is no reflection on an actual location or office site. This horrible and unprofessional experience was while I was interacting with one of their supervisors and other upper management of the company, once again not at the location office level that you would walk into to sign up for the coverage.

I have went to freeway insurance in Moreno Valley for three years for my auto insurance needs. This year I wanted to add a vehicle to my existing policy. I called the number listed and spoke with a person in the Palms Springs/Desert location. She contacted National General and gave me the specifics of what it would cost to add the vehicle and continue my policy. My existing payment for two vehicles was $169 a month and I remember paying close to $400 to start it up October of 2019. She told me that my next payment after adding the vehicle would be $264 and each month after $221. Reluctantly, I went to the store to finish up the process. When I spoke to Andrea (initially completed my policy last year), she told me it would be $100 service fee in additional to what Natasha told me. I felt that was not fair due to me being a current customer and doing all the foot work myself by phone for hours. She called over her manager and she offered to lower the fee to $50. I almost paid it but I left and decided to call the insurance company myself. National General re-instated my policy for the two vehicles and added the additional one for pennies. My next payment was $184 ($15 more than my monthly payment) on my regular date and each reoccurring monthly payment for the next 11 months is now $161, which is $8 less than it was with the two vehicles. Sometimes doing things yourself pays off. It did for me. This took less than ten minutes!!!! When you feel like your being ripped off, you probably are. I saved $100 for a service fee + $52 a month times 12 months= $624 and the first month differential was $80. I saved $804 of my hard working money!!!Update: I received a call from the assistant manager two days ago. She said that she was calling to get clarification regarding my review. I told her that I felt my review was very clear and detailed. I wondered why they really called because it has been several weeks since my post and the experience occurred. She wasn’t even familiar with what my review said or why I wrote it, she had to pull it up and read it. She did mention that higher up managers at a corporate level saw it and it has gotten a lot of attention. After that, she said that she called because she did not want any customer to leave feeling like they got ripped off, that they do not want anyone to have had a bad experience. I told her that I didn’t feel ripped off because I called the insurance company myself and saved myself a lot of money. I was pleased with my actions and I was glad that I did not do business with them that day. I restated that I was pleased with the insurance company continuing my policy, adding a new vehicle to it and doing it at a lesser price than they quoted me in less than 20 minutes. I don’t understand how to do damage control to a situation like this. It felt really unauthentic. I also said that I wasn’t trying to cause any hardship toward the company, that I left out parts that I took personal and just stated the facts which they can verify themselves since they have access to my policy and personal information. The conversation was pointless and it’s nothing that can be done to erase what happened or this review. The bottom line is I left feeling I was being taken advantage of and that was confirmed when I spoke to the insurance company directly for my needs and got a policy at $804 less than what they tried to lock me in at there at Freeway.

I called around 1030 and was helped by Vanessa over the phone and was asked if I could make it to the office in Moreno Valley. She was really nice, really polite. When I got to the office I was helped quickly and when I was called up by Vanessa she apologized a few times for taking too long. I guess the computer was running slow, I mean they run on windows Vista, they need an upgrade. Anyway, she offered me water on multiple occasions. Shes really broke down the two different plans I was looking at. Her knowledge of the plans really helped me decide what was best for me. (which was really the one the laws requires of me haha).
