AVOID. Melissa did not mention anything about brokers fee. She stated it was a downdeposit towards insurance coverage. Very scammy. $208 for brokers fee that is not even disclosed. This is illegal and I will be taking legal actions

I had previously called three different locations and she was by far the best rate. She was able to explain to me what kind of coverage I was getting and answered all my questions. Very bad service. They gave me the quote for my policy for 6 months and it turns out that they provided incorrect information to make it cheaper, but days later I received a letter stating that I had to pay more money for not providing proof of the incorrect information that they provided. They also made me waste a lot of time to be able to compose the policy because it was not covering me in case of an accident. Terrible service, I do not recommend them. By the way, the other mans name is Jesus. They give you a cheap price so you can take out your insurance with them, but whats the point if later you have to pay more money and waste a lot of time?
