Terrible service I was paying for 8 month just too find out they signed me up for some bullcrap company name aspire don’t let them tell you the big companies moved out of California it’s a scam ! They never followed up on me with full coverage when I called back to resign my papers !!! Never would I go too freeway insurance!! Then when I called for the agent who sign me up they didn’t let me speak too him ! Got injured and they didn’t even cover that so what was I paying for all those months!! No car, no injuries covered just scammers!!

DO NOT GO TO FREEWAY INSURANCE!!The corporate office made me wait 34 minutes….JUST to get a quote!! The car insurance business like a lot of industries in the US got greedy!! Pocketing high insurance premiums, then denying full coverage.It’s the reason we don’t have health care in America, the business people who run corporations in our country are inept and certainly not patriotic. Ask a homeless military vet about that one. 😂In other words the same people who claim to wave the American flag do not want your family to have healthcare? That’s like saying I love my family, but don’t want to feed them.The pandemic ruined the greedy car insurance business model. This tells you something was wrong with entire fraud.People stopped driving to work. Fewer accidents. No reason to raise or cancel policies or make money off high repair costs.I’ve been fortunate to have great insurance through ACCEPTANCE INSURANCE. Not going anywhere.So this is the type of review a company gets when just getting a quote from the corporate office today is a joke and complete waste of time.

Do not purchase Auto or renters insurance from this place. It charges a $220 brokers fee and it is included in your down payment. I was charged $493 to start my auto insurance. I was told it was so much because I have one car accident. I paid a partial payment of $300 I owed $193. The agent gave me 2 weeks to pay the $193 difference. During that time I got another quote from AAA. My auto insurance with an accident was only $134 and it included my down payment. When I called the insurance company back to cancel my policy. I was told I could not do it over the phone. I had to go into the office and show my ID in person. So I contact my broker directly. She gave me her cell number. She answered and canceled my policy over the phone immediately. She told me I would not be responsible for paying the $193 difference because I canceled my insurance. However I got a phone call from a guy. He told me I had to go back into the office and pay the broker $193. Its the brokers fee. Freeway auto charges a $220 broker fee. Go to AAA auto insurance, theyve been in business for a very long time so they do not charge outrageous rates nor swindle their customers out ofbrokers fee!

My daughter has been driving for almost 3 years. She is a good driver with experience of driving in hard rain and even snow when she lived in Colorado for college. I heard Big Boys ad on the radio for Freeway Insurance. The ad said they could get me a low price despite having incidents on my driving record. So I went to one and spoke to a insurance agent named Gustavo. He was knowledgeable and a good agent. He took my info and got me a nice and low quote. I was paying a really high price with Geico, but now Im with Freeway Insurance and Im glad I made the change!!

My insurance was canceled and no one notified me until I got a letter it said my automatic payments stopped. When I call the Hawthorn office and corporate offices after 5 minutes the phone went dead. I was driving my new car not knowing I was not insured! Terrible! I gave them all the information in January about my address. Asperion Company they use are the worst!

I have been a freeway insurance customer for years, I needed and update on my policy, I went to another location but they were not able to assist me. I was very frustrated, I called the Hawthorne office where I purchased my policy and the manager answered the phone she listened to me, apologized and she informed me she would be able to assist me with out any run arounds. I came in today and the manager Ilse Cerda helped me and solved my problem after a couple agents said they couldnt. I would recommend everyone to come with Ilse.!
