This is the best Free People I have experienced!!! I came in last Saturday to try on stuff for summer. I had an amazing experience from everyone on the full staff that day. They were very attentive of adding stuff to the fitting room, but most importantly when I was feeling very self conscious about an outfit I tried on and randomly put together, two of them really helped me with styling tips and giving me the confidence to wear something that was so new to me. Seriously, the best customer service I have had. It felt like a party in the fitting room. I used to work at a boutique over 10 years ago that used to sell items like Free People and similar designers. With that experience, I have very high standards on how I am treated as a customer and I truly have no notes. It was perfection. I felt like they were honest, relatable, and not overselling me at all. Since I have been on the other side, I understand what its like when someone who is shopping alone needs another eye from the staff. Thank you team Studio City Free People for making my day!

This store is big and has a lot of items, but one disadvantage is that items bought from other stores cannot be returned.I definitely refunded the clothes I bought at another store before, but I dont know if this store has its own rules, but I had to go back because they said it couldnt be refunded.Other stores return everything from online or bought from other stores, but I dont understand why this store doesnt do that.That was a bit disappointing!

One of the biggest stores Ive ever been in. Great friendly customer service. Staff is very well aware of trends and how to style from head to toe.

I have been shopping at free people studio city for years and years and I dont write reviews but its the least I could do for the exceptional customer service I get every time I shop there. The manager Niree and the rest of the staff are very helpful and friendly . I feel very welcome at this free people location. The store has great selections of merchandise and its very organized and clean. Its very inviting and spacious . I just love, love to see new merchandise every time I visit the store . Free people studio city staff, keep up the great customer service, you are all awesome 😍!!

Attention those with Returns->Keep ReadingPlease note that this locationONLY ACCEPTS RETURNS PURCHASES MADE AT THIS Free People LOCATION (Ventura Blvd, Studio City) BE WARNED ANY OTHER RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED including items purchases on the website/app, or purchased from any other flagship store other than this location!Sorry for the caps just want to make sure those who can benefit from this info will be drawn to see it in hopes to save you the time & money that I wasn’t! 🤞😊To reiterate: PURCHASES MADE ANYWHERE ELSE INCLUDING ONLINE CAN NOT BE RETURNED AT THIS LOCATION! BUT CAN BE AT ANY OTHER BRICK & MORTER LOCATION!!This happened to me exactly a week ago when my friend & I both went here with our returns made both online, & at a store location in Palm Springs, & we were both sent away told that their computer doesn’t allow returns except for items bought at their store. But don’t fret as not more than 2 miles down the road at the Riverside Dr. location they are more than happy to help you return items made at ANY Free People location as well as any online or app purchase you may have made (and if it’s more than 30 days they will happily provide you store credit too which was greatly appreciated in our case!)As far as I can tell basically all the other Los Angeles locations also accept returns from purchases made at other stores, as well as from online purchases! Which makes this store the exception and not the rule as far as Free People stores & returns go.I can’t fathom why this is, as I’m sure they’re all connected to the same network, so my best guess is that whoever set up the network configuration at this location must’ve missed the mark & doesn’t have their system connected to the main network & instead only the local one, which is a shame as they really should all be the same all around, as it was a real inconvenience Ubering to this location only to then have to Uber to the Riverside Drive location because this store, doesn’t have the same policy’s in place as the same store down the street.I wanted to share this fact, as I just found out about it, & that’s coming from someone that shops at this store monthly! 4 stars because I absolutely love the items that I end up with & as well as the quality of the items & fabrics which are spot on, exactly what I’m looking for, every time! 😚🌸🍓👗👙🪡🩲👠👜

The aesthetic layout of the store is very appealing and the staff couldnt be any more helpful. Shazia stands out above the rest as she goes above and beyond, and has a kind heart and warm presence about her. The clothing is pricey but worth it as the quality and design is superb

Beautiful bohemian clothes, boots, and accessories - but really expensive. The prices are kind of unreasonable. Still, Im delighted with the items (a couple of slip dresses and a great-looking leather rancher-style hat) Ive purchased.

After a very long day of frustration at FP on-line I went home thinking that maybe I would just throw all of my free people in the trash, but realistically what would be left in my closet???? A new day dawns, I get a very awesome very competent person today at FP on-line customer service, Sierra, that referred me to the Studio City store. And not to stop and think about the time difference I call there at what is about sunrise Cali. time, and Gretchen answers their phone, as we say here in the south, sweet as tupelo honey, and after just having a great conversation for quite a while, she very nicely resolves all of my difficulties and between her and Sierra I am now in love with FP again. This is good because I was going to have to have that tatoo that says free people removed from my forehead. (Not seriously, there isnt really a tatoo there but there might as well be. She embodies the image of free people. I will make a special trip to this store next time I am in Cali. they are that awesome!
