My wife and I happened to stumble into a house that Frederick was showing. Even though the property Frederick was showing was not a good fit for us Frederick was willing to talk with us about what we were looking for in our house.He helped us tremendously throughout the process and even took us to see a ridiculous amount of houses in one weekend because he was committed to finding us our home. Frederick was not happy boy able to help us find homes that would work for us, but was also able to talk us through the emotion rollercoaster that is buying a home.We now own our first home and it is all thanks to Frederick. His has high professional standards mixed with his emotional intelligence make him a great agent.

What can I say about Frederick? Except that he should be your real estate agent of choice especially when youre a first-time homebuyer like myself. Partnering with Frederick was a fantastic experience. His knowledge, expertise, navigating through the deal, insight in the locations I was interested in, and his ability to just have an easy and very low-stress conversation in these sorts of big life milestones, made the process all the better.I first engaged with Frederick back in July 2020 and really got the ball rolling in August/September 2020. Throughout the first initial phases, and of course on Fredericks end - to ensure Im a serious buyer - he was very attentive to my needs: Asking the right questions on what I was interested in, not interested, what Im looking for, what are deal breakers, price ranges in relation to location, and all things that a buyer would need/want to ensure is all sorted. I too also came to the table with a very specific set of asks and requirements to ensure we were both on the same page. He helped put together the criteria of listings and really knew what I was looking for based on the listings he showcased to me.As for his connections from mortgage brokers to direct lenders, it was absolutely invaluable. Fredrick is the dream realtor to have. He helped out in every step of the home buying process and transparent as well. He helped out recommending contractors for any fix that we require and even went out of the way to give advice along the way. Even though there were difficulties in the overwhelming process of a first time homebuyer but he was patient enough to work with us. Surely recommend him and i would like to work with him in future ventures.

I enjoyed my first holiday in my new home, with all thanks to my Super Agent Frederick. Frederick and I started this journey in the beginning of the year, when it seemed nearly impossible to buy home. His witty personality and straightforward attitude, made it easy for us to work together. Frederick kept me educated about the market and explained to me step by step on what I needed to do, if I wanted to be competitive in the market. At times I felt defeated (getting out bid) and wanted to give up, but Frederick assured me that the right home would come. He was definitely right.
