2024-06-27 23:25:43Update: I do not recommend this dealership at all. I purchased the new Santa Cruz and after the first hand wash the paint began bubbling and giant swirl marks were revealed. It has been impossible to reach anyone to resolve the issue. After calling in several times a day for a week the general manager stated “You’re not getting a new truck. I’m not eating the taxes and having to sell yours as a used vehicle”. I was sold a lemon with a faulty paint job and they are refusing to resolve the issue. Their resolution is to put wax on it to simply hide the scratches on a brand new truck that was sold with factory defects. The only thing they care about is making a sale. Very shady business tactics.———————————————————————Overall we had a good experience here and the staff were really helpful. There is some room for improvement as far as communication goes. The first day we were there a little over three hours, which was understandable, but we were told the next day we only had a few additional forms and we would be on our way. When we arrived we were greeted and told we were next in line and within a few minutes he would squeeze us in to sign the papers. To my shock an hour and ten minutes later we were still waiting to sign the paperwork. I began to get very ill, due to a migraine from sitting next to a family with screaming children during this unanticipated delay. I feel for the staff member that helped us as it appeared out of his control, but we would have appreciated more transparency with the long wait so we could leave and come back when they aren’t so busy rather than being forced to unnecessarily be exposed to screaming children catapulting off the chairs beside us like it was a playground for such a long duration.

2024-05-21 16:26:08Horrible customer service. My advisor was not helpful after giving me the vehicle diagnostic. I had to come down and request for her to call my service contractor and provide me with an accurate estimate. After providing me with my request, she then took my car out of the shop when I had previously requested not to do so until I had made a decision within the time of me being there. Hopefully they can train some of their staff to be equipped to able to guide the clients with services contractors.

2024-06-26 01:01:47I got an Elantra N with Christopher and Damian about a year ago and they were absolutely awesome! Just went in for an oil change and the advisors and everyone were super helpful and happy to be there. It seems like an awesome work environment and everyone is enthusiastic. Next time anyone needs a car Chris will be the first person I will refer them to.

2024-06-21 20:06:29Don’t go to this Hyundai dealer if you don’t wanna regret. Go to the ones which are honest. They charge you extra fees and telling you that you have to accept it. It’s installed in the car blah blah. When I checked the contract, the fee they charged was optional.

2023-10-12 16:25:46Frank Hyundai is the only place I’ll shop for and purchase cars in the future! I just got a 2023 IONIQ 5 and I couldn’t be happier. Ron R. in sales and Sasha D. in finance are wonderful people and they will do everything they can to get you the car you want. They are true professionals! If you want to avoid shady dealerships come to Frank Hyundai. This experience was so positive for me.

2024-05-30 19:29:37My son purchased a vehicle here 2.5 weeks ago. He traded in a vehicle that had a lien on it. The loan still has not been paid off on his trade in. It does not take this long to make this transaction. Very unprofessional, I would steer clear! He has had to defer a payment already to avoid fees and negative credit reporting for a vehicle not in his possession.Update. The team from this dealership did reach out to me after my original review. Through communication, we were able to get this resolved. I appreciate the quick response.

2023-08-03 16:18:15I leased a car from Frank Hyundai. My sales person was Carlos. Carlos was extremely smart and honest. He demonstrated very competent knowledge in optimizing a deal for me. More importantly, his honesty and transparency made me very comfortable during the negotiation. Very polite and intelligent young gentleman. Never pushed me for sales during the process, which actually turned out to be the reason I did the business same day, I typically scare and run away from sales people who push on sales. I likely go back again to Frank Hyundai to do more business with Carlos. He drove 30 miles to deliver my car to my home too because it was late in the night when I closed the deal. Here is the photo of my lovely car that he delivered to my door.

2024-05-09 15:51:15I had my car for fixing the window door, it was not go up but a few days later it happened again! They kept my car for 3 days and when I picked up my car they also gave me the wrong information of my car. So, I thought they have never fixed my car at all! I will never buy this brand again! 😡

2024-02-29 01:07:43I had no choice but to give this dealership 1 star. If I could, it would have negative stars. If you want to be lied to and manipulated this is the place for you. If you want to be married to a car through an unethical deal this is the place for you.My 21 year old daughter in the Navy went here to buy her first car as she is pregnant with her first son. My husband has been a finance manager at a car dealership for over 10 years (unfortunately we are in Ohio). We tried speaking with Arthur over the phone but he didnt even have the time to speak with us. Told us he was setting her up at 84 months at 9% interest. This was after sending her home with the car last week telling her the rate was 6% at 84 months. 2 days prior told us directly it was 5% at 72 months. The car price is $24,674 at 9% for 84 months is more than $44,000 dollars. And he manipulated her into feeling she needed the extended warranty by calling it a service package at $4,500 at 9% so an additional $10,000. We tried to convince her to walk away but Arthur has her convinced she cannot and that this is a great deal.Arthur also refused to run the deal through multiple banks. He told her she was not approved. She has great credit. Arthurs deal was not approved. And what bank would finance a car at 200% value. He also kept trying to rush her out of the office and refused to answer questions because he had people waiting.How can you sleep at night putting together unethical deals. If you did this to her you do this all the timeWorst dealership I have ever delt with in my 40 years.
