The brake line on my dad’s truck snapped on our way home from putting their dog to sleep. My mechanic recommended Francisco’s Towing, which he will never do again. My dad’s truck had a lid on the bed, which they failed to secure and is now destroyed. The driver let us know, and was very sorry about it. When my dad contacted the owner, he was told it was our fault for not properly securing the lid, as if we were supposed to be the experts on towing. $150 for a tow from Atwater to Delhi, and a destroyed truck bed cover. They take zero responsibility for destroying something they loaded and “secured” on their truck. My mechanic couldn’t believe they would be so unprofessional. They will destroy your property, take zero responsibility, and still charge full price. Unethical, unprofessional, and don’t know how to secure your vehicle. Go anywhere else

Franciscos Towing is by far the best tow company Ive experienced... My VERY work Van that is very valuable to our company was taken good care of by Francisco! I was broke down in Sacramento on the highway and AAA wouldnt come get me cause they said that van was too heavy.. Well Francisco dropped what he was doing to travel 90 miles one to come get my van! Loaded it right up on his BIG Towing truck and we had great conversation on the ride back to Turlock... He is a great listener and made me feel very comfortable riding with him! Also I feel I got a great deal for what he had to do to get my van home! A++++ from ASAP CARPET CLEANING!!!

I have roadside assistance through my insurance, but they were being a nightmare so I decided to find and pay someone myself. After this experience with Francisco’s Towing, I’d call them first no matter what. They were literally here in 15 minutes after I called and quickly took care of my tire and put the flat one neatly in my trunk. The person that came out, I wish I had asked his name, could not have been nicer or more accommodating as I had severe Covid a year ago and even with vaccines, I’m terrified. He made it so I wasn’t within 20 feet of anyone and took payment over the phone. Great service and so respectful of my fears. Thank you so so much.

I had an old vehicle that needed to be moved from my old house to my new home. The driver knew exactly what to do and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I called another towing company and left a message to call me back which he never did, and I am so grateful that they didnt. Francisco assured me that his driver would know what to do. I couldnt be happier finding the best, reliable, and friendly towing company. We had came across an issue with my tire since I decided to go off-roading in the post office parking lot and hopped the curb real bad. Spent two hours at the tire shop and were told that we would need my car to be towed out since they couldnt fix the problem .My fiancé called Francisco and he was able to come and tow our SUV back to our apartment in Modesto. He came within 1/2 a hour and was such a friendly person ! Francisco made us feel like family and we are definitely going to refer him to our family and friends.Thank you Francisco!

Francisco from Francisco’s Towing provided the best tow experience I’ve ever had. My fiancé and I were stuck with a bent rim due to an accident. I’ve seen his trucks around town and I thought I’d give him a call. Boy was I glad we didn’t call another tow service. Francisco came faster than his estimated time, his price was very reasonable, he gave us a lift in the truck which was one of the cleanest vehicles I’ve been in, and he is such an awesome guy I cannot thank him enough. It’s rare to find people like Francisco nowadays but I’m sure glad we found him. My family and I won’t use anyone else!

I mean, its nice truck rolling down palendale 1.28.2019 @ 11.30amBut, its a bit alarming to have the driver pulling up behind me doing 60mph+ down the street with my 2 small children seated behind me.I changed lanes so I could see him in the cab on his phone.Im leaving this review from the Costco parking lot while he went up and over the overpass of 99.

Well we had no cash$ on hand so we called Franciscos towing in Turlock,Ca.my Sons trucks Ball joint broke off on pass.side so the tire &rim was laying down flat and the Towing driver was experienced he knew how to load truck on trailer with out damaging sons truck at all so hats off to Franciscos Towing I know whats up I was a Tow Truck driver for 2years so I watched and yes he is affordable,Fast,local,and supporting a small business local is important and he was respectable and we worked out a deal was awesome if I was needing a Tow again most definitely calling Franciscos Towing is my first call and I dont tell fake storys its all true and living in Turlock for most of my life I know the best prices and keeping local owned businesses here is important so please give support.Michael Phillips

Locked the keys in our rental car and Franciscos was able to show up in less than 10 minutes and opened the car up right away. They only charged $40 compared to Turlock City Tow who said it would be at least a half hour and they wanted to charge $50.
