I got a flat tire while driving down 101 and stopped in San Mateo for roadside assistance. I brought my car here after to see if I could get it repaired or replaced. They were able to repair it in less than 1 hour once I was here. Jose helped me out and was extremely kind. I didn’t get overcharged and received great service. I highly recommend coming here for any road service need.

OMG, Francisco was really nice! I’m new to California and just before I got here the dealer told me I needed a new &3500 turbo system. The check engine light kept coming on, and the next mechanic also said I needed a new turbo and gas cap. When I said I didn’t have money for a turbo, he said drive around if the light comes back on again, then you need to get get a new turbo . I went to Francisco, he explained that there was a ?gas fume leak which affects the turbo and it would probably just be fixed by tightening my gas cap. We checked and the gas cap was cracked, so he tightened it and the turbo engine light hasn’t come on since. Thank you Francisco.

Francisco was fantastic in working on my car diligently and carefully, sometimes late at night, until it was good to go. Before I came here, I tried several other shops but no where else was able to match the service and willingness to help me out. Also the shop had a great atmosphere and everyone there was friendly and willing to help.

While I appreciated Francisco being open on a Sunday to take a look at my car that wouldnt start, I do not appreciate being lied to which is the number one thing I look for in a mechanic.I took my car over to his shop to see if it was a battery or starter issue. He was able to quickly diagnose the battery, he did provide the option of going to Costco to buy the battery which would be cheaper but after asking him if he had a new battery in his shop and he directly confirmed he did, I told him I was willing to spend the extra money since he made time for me so I could support his business and I could save time since I was already running late.He pulled my car in the garage, took my battery out, then quickly threw it in the back of his truck and told me he would be right back. He came back with a battery he purchased (which I could have done myself) and I told him I was only willing to give him $60 on top of whatever he paid, but he was unable to produce a receipt so I had to look up the cost of batteries and then let him know what I would pay him, which was $40 less than what he originally told me (clearly trying to rip me off). He accepted, but then did not have any way for me to pay, so I had to scrape together cash from a couple of others who came to help me.I told him I wouldnt be returning and he should really be honest and up front with his customers, I really dont appreciate being lied to and taken advantage of...

I took my Audi to Francisco. Do to a faulty turbo. Rite away he told me what was wrong with my car. I felt comfortable having him replace my breaks n rotors. I highly recommend his work to anybody in need thanks Francisco.
