Jason, Michelle and their whole team were incredibly great to work with when selling my manufactured home in Arroyo Grande! They were very responsive, met with me on weekends and evenings that worked best with my crazy schedule, and pulled out all the stops until my house sold. They made a top-notch, professional video, which highlighted all the major selling points of my home and held lots of open houses. I chose to ask Jason and his team to represent us in selling our property based on the great marketing material I had seen them put out on other properties. He seemed to be the only agent I knew doing deals in a slow real estate environment!Jason and his team surpassed even my high expectations. From my very first meeting with Jason and Michelle, I felt comfortable. Selling a home can be stressful, but they put my mind at ease. Their professionalism is why I chose this team to handle the sale of my house. I was very impressed with their marketing skills. The online video production was expertly created and impressive. Jason and Michelle are not only professional and kind, but they are pillars in the Santa Maria community! I met them at a Chamber of Commerce event where Jason is an ambassador and he immediately made my partner and I feel at ease. I have seen the attention to detail he takes with his clients needs when they are purchasing a home! Working with Jason and his team was awesome! They are clearly very knowledgeable and good at what they do, and were super helpful and communicative through the whole home buying process. We were first time buyers and had some unexpected complications with our escrow, and they worked really hard to make everything as smooth as possible for us. Not having contacts in the area, I chose Jason Francia based on online reviews, and I am happy to to say that the reviews correctly called out his professionalism, his friendliness, and his knowledge of real estate. All the members of his team were pleasant to work with and responded quickly to my texts or calls. The seller was a challenge, but with Jasons encouragement and expertise, we were able to close the deal. I dont give recommendations lightly, but in this case the five stars are well deserved.

I would highly recommend Jason Francia as a realtor! I needed to find a new home within a short timeframe and he was communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions in a timely manner and kept me informed of all new developments. He not only significantly reduced the stress involved in finding a home, but was incredibly thoughtful as well. Upon moving in to my new place he provided me with a gift basket as a house warming present. I would absolutely use Jason’s services again when buying or selling a house in the future!
