Went in thinking I was needing a new charging port because it would constantly fall off. He was honest and great customer service went back for my phone and he stated that it was just a loose port and he was able to tighten it and fix it. My charger works great now. Highly recommend!!!

Came in for an apple watch sensor repair, ended up with a broken screen and incorrect part installed. They later ordered me a “new” watch to replace then tried to charge me more than the agreed price. The “new” watch had multiple deep scratches on the screen and across the bezel. Never going back. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This place is Amazing the Gentleman was beyond great, took my friends phone because speaker wasn’t working he fixed in 20 minutes, personally is super!Thank you for been so good and help out.God bless you and your business

This is the store to go to for your repair needs! I’ve been in here many times and they never fail to do a great job fixing my phone. The people are super nice and get it done within no time. Definitely recommend :)

I called first since my Ipad (5th Gen) suddenly died while watching a video - had sufficient battery but wouldnt power on. The guy told me to take it in for a free quote. Understanding its an older ipad, I didnt way to pay too much, but when he told me $85 I told him go ahead. A few days later I got a call to say it was ready and went to pick it up and was told $120. I didnt argue, I just paid it but found it dishonest. Well then I used it for a while, but as the battery drained, it wouldnt charge. (didnt have this issue before) so I took it back. A couple of days later got a call and went to pick it up to be told it was changing fine and to use a different charger. I told him I have 4 different chargers between home and work, and none of them were charging it. He said Im here if you need me so I took it again, and still have the same problem, its now on 1% and wont charge. I just ordered a new 9th Generation Ipad - new from bestbuy for $399. with double the internal storage of my old one. I should have just gone with my gut and not bothered with a repair, but though Id leave a review for 2 reasons - 1) the initial quote for $85 and being charged $120, and then 2) It being given back a new problem it didnt have previously. Although I could take it back yet again, Im not going to waste my time since Ive already ordered a new ipad. $120 down the drain.
