I spent two nights here. Its a nice, convenient location right across from the mall. The parking is secure and is pay-to-park. The room could have used some help in terms of cleanliness. There was hair and some sort of smudge on the toilet seat. The AC air filter had seen better days. My floor had a section labeled as vending and ice, but had no vending machines. The staff however, were friendly.

We are platinum elite guests and this has to be the worst stay we’ve ever had. Starting with the check in process. The woman at the counter was like a robot with no personality. She told us housekeeping is by request only and it had to be done in the morning by 10am. So we asked her if we could arrange during the check in process. She said yes and proceeded to ask us what time we wanted. So we told her and she made a note in the system and said we were all set for housekeeping.The second we opened our room door a musty smell just hit us! It was so bad! We had to open the window to air the room out. I could not stop coughing all night.We were out of the room by 8:30am the following morning and returned around 9pm. The room was not cleaned which meant we didn’t have any clean towels to shower. Had to call downstairs to make a request.It was very disappointing to say the least. This is not the service we have come to expect from the Marriott chain. Will not come back to this hotel nor will I recommend this location.

The location is great being that it’s a safe and clean part of the L.A. area that is also a reasonable drive to (considering how large this city is) plenty of local attractions/activities and restaurants. The Westfield Mall is directly across the street giving visitors a convenient location for shopping and eating.The hotel is well maintained and kept very clean. The breakfast is good and adequate (it was complimentary for our stay) however I couldn’t see myself paying what is charged for it per person. The staff are attentive, professional and polite.I only gave 4 stars for service due to housekeeping being short staffed and not being able to clean the room or provide fresh towels/rags during our stay due to it being occupied while they were doing the morning rounds. Not a major problem because our stay was brief and we were able to get anything we needed at the front desk without issues but could be inconvenient for extended stays.Overall I would recommend for anybody staying in L.A. and wanting good access to citywide activities.

I booked this Hotel at Christmas for my son and his family. I was very specific in my search wanting, breakfast included, spa etc. The pictures of the rooms and hotel looked very nice. I paid 1540.00 for my sons stay. When my son arrived he was informed that his rate did not include Breakfast, The rooms were dirty and below average and there is no spa. All of this was advertised. When i spoke with the staff they really did not care. They went to management who reconfirmed that this was not included even though it was on their website. When I threatened to have them check out and go to a different hotel they said go ahead this is non refundable and I was received no refund. This place lies!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not stay at this dump.

I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Los Angeles Westside on my trip to LA. The hotel is located at a brilliant location.I stayed here for one night however the hotel had all the basic facilities covered. I only used the fitness center however due to my planned itinerary.The Front Desk staff was really friendly and the check in was really smooth. The room was really spacious for one pax. I had my entire day already planned so I couldnt spend much time in the hotel. But before checking out, I did use the Fitness Center and I felt all the major equipment was available.My room had a parking lot view and so dont expect anything from the view aspect in the picture uploaded. I tried clicking a few pictures of the ambiance to get you the understanding of what you are booking for.Overall I had a great stay and would love to come back here.

Extending another night. The hotel is clean and classy. Staffs are very professional specially Melanie, shes absolutely great and accomodating surely very helpful. She made the extension of our stay very simple and easy. The hotel is accessible, mall is nearby. Very worth it and groovy. Would recommend this hotel. Will come back and stay here again next time. 💕🍓

Really good value with big rooms and conveniently located. Rooms were clean and have everything needed. The gym is actually pretty good, and was mostly empty. Parking isn’t cheap - $25 / day

When we first booked this visit, we were a bit nervous because of the reviews. However, we were VERY happy with our stay. Everyone at this location was SO sweet, so helpful, and a complete joy. The staff at the restaurant and bar were awesome. Room totally did the job and housekeeping came at the exact time we requested. Thanks for a great stay!

I stayed at Four Points during my trip to LA. Their customer service, design & cleanliness was on point.The only downside was their pool wasn’t very upgraded & the location was not convenient for me & a bit far from the places I wanted to go.I always stay around Hollywood area and decided to stay at a different area this time but I regretted it. However, this does not mean it would be the same for you. So if Culver City is where you want to be, then this is the right hotel for you!

Stayed at this property a couple of times when in LA, due to where it was in relation to all the freeways, and based on the price for a room & parking.Hotel is reasonably nice and well kept up. Parking is plentiful and the cost for it is pretty competitive with area hotels.Some drawbacks (to my most recent stay) was the fact that a room against an interior stairwell, leading to an outside door) tends to be pretty noisy (with people stomping down the stairwell), and on this stay there were also a lot of sports teams (HS or college) staying, which mean a bunch of brodudes acting like theyre never allowed outside without a leash.There were some fixtures that needed fixing in the room I was in (closets), but it was minor repairs.
