I recently stayed at the Sheraton Four Points and was thoroughly impressed by the newly renovated rooms, which were not only nice but also impeccably clean. The front desk staff provided exceptional service, displaying professionalism and warmth throughout my stay. The combination of modern amenities and attentive staff made for a truly enjoyable experience. I highly recommend the Sheraton Four Points for anyone seeking comfort and great service during their travels. Ask for their newly renovated rooms.

No power for several hours. No back up plan. More than 50 people stayed without any support for several hours. No management supported. Rooms dirty. Dust on shals. Fully not recommend. Dirty sweeming pool. We are fully disappointed.

I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our stay. From the moment we walked in we were pleasantly met with a warm smile from Crissel who gave us a newly renovated room. The room was definitely up to par. Nice and clean with all the amenities. We checked out the gym which had a lot of variety of equipment. Every encounter with Crissel was lovely. Looking forward to staying here in the future as this was our first time in Bakersfield but definitely not the last.

You must ask for newly renovated rooms, otherwise this is a definitely a run down place.Such a great landscape courtyard, but very lack maintenance ( excuse of renovation?)Smelly building ( excuse of renovation?)Breakfast room, no AC, only have DIY toast and some little cup fruit. Run out Coffee ( excuse of renovation?)

Stay away !!!! Rented a hotel room at this location due to the hotel being recommended by the convention I attended, as being one of the host hotels. Upon check in, the room was filthy. The carpets were dirty with dried stains near the work desk area. The wall paper is coming off the wall, hair was located on the bathroom floor in supposedly a cleaned room, dried blood was located on the edge of a bottom sheet of one of the queen sized beds, dried blood was also located on the sliding door curtains, the television had three working digital channels and the other channels were scrambled, no internet connection was available, and there was no shower wash. When contact was made with hotel staff about getting some shower wash, the maid indicated the hotel is under new management and the shower wash was on order. No other replacement options were provided by the hotel. In addition to the $140 a night price tag, I dropped more money on toiletries. I am surprised a huge brand name like Sheraton allows one of their properties to be managed in this condition. I do not recommend this hotel.

Clean, renovated bathroom, room was big with extra sofa, table, tv etc. Bed was very comfortable. Loved it.

So i came from Oklahoma for a family reunion. June 7 we checked in and ask the front desk lady about the pool she said my manager said it will be open later that evening (Friday). Which i told my kids Saturday because we all know if u tell them something like that they will be on the case. So Saturday afternoon i ask the same lady what happen she said they put some chemicals in the pool which wont be ready until Monday. Then she said for the inconvenience they would give breakfast. So woke up this morning and no breakfast so thats not professional at all. My bad they dont even serve breakfast on Sundays the front desk told my mom........smfh

Got to the place, and the people at the front desk mentioned they were under renovations, so multiple entries to get to our room were closed... very inconveninet to get into the room and move our luggage in the room...Not only that, the AC wasnt working in multiple BUILDINGS, YES! Not only the room we got had no AC services but they couldnt find us a room with a Functioning ACVery disappointed

I’d like to start this review by saying I travel for work twice a month every month.. so I have seen hotels across the country. I exclusively stay with Marriott brand hotels. This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The carpets are disgusting. The shower was disgusting and did not work. I had to shower at the gym. The lights in the bathroom did not work. There are bugs. I am absolutely horrified. I booked this hotel last minute and didn’t check reviews because Four Points are usually decent. But this hotel looks like a homeless shelter. An outdated one at that. It is completely abhorrent that you people allow this place to remain open. You don’t deserve a cent from any single human to stay in these rooms. It is inhabitable for people at this point and needs to be shut down for renovation. The only good thing about it was the friendly front desk people.

If youve ever been in Bakersfield back in the day, days gone by, days of old, days of yore? Well, back in the day there was a place to stay that was better than most. The Four Points Sheraton was that place...to stay and play in the hot sun of a Bakersfield summer. It rivaled the best of the best. Now its a shell of its former self. Not a shell exactly, but a bit run down, a bit haggard, a bit tired and frustrated, hoping to see those glory days once more. Kinda like us older folks who yearn for a little bit left in the tank. Oh well, its been a good ride old girl...the hotel that is!
