I worked with Fountainhead in the Fall of 2022. I shut down work and walked away before they racked-up too many charges. This group is fast to bill for low value cookie cutter work. They started the work without even interviewing me or asking for direction/goals. That might be okay for a new brand or a small know-nothing seller - but it was not the right direction for my project. The initial designs were a complete wasted effort aimed at the wrong products with the wrong message and the wrong design. I shut down the work after taking one look at the work.

My company hired FountainheadME several months ago during which time they completely overhauled our brand’s presence on Amazon, employing several innovative means which resulted in greatly improved rankings and sales and have gone the extra mile whenever necessary. As long-time FBA sellers on Amazon, through the years we’ve retained the services of other agencies, however, none were nearly as effective as FountainheadME in attaining our goals. FountainheadME is always available when we need them, and their fees for services are extremely fair when compared to other agencies. They have also been upfront with their estimates for each task and never exceeded these quotes. Weve been working with Fountainhead for about a year and a half. They replaced our prior Amazon agency, and the difference between the two is night and day. Ive particularly appreciated working with our Account Manager, Matt Cowen. His interest in, and caring for, our business is evident. His own entrepreneurial roots are a real plus. Although the agencys quick to help with anything we ask of them, the real value is in the opportunities Matt and his team bring to us -- opportunities that hes already vetted for their applicability to our product offering, our age and stage, and our ever-changing business realities. Ive been an entrepreneur and/or a growth CEO for over 40 years, and, honestly, I can not say enough good things about him -- or Fountainhead. Theyre a rare find.

So let me begin by saying they jumped in right awayand seemed to understand my business very quickly. Amazon iscrazy, and not often kind to sellers. However, Fountainheadknows what they are doing. They Assigned Dan Balk to my account and we have been blessed with his knowledge and diligence and the actual extra mile he goes for us.They rest of the team is very adept at solving issues, and my sales have increased and so has my confidence that can solve any amazon issue, not an easy taskHighly recommended!

FountainheadME and specifically, our account rep Matt Cowan, have been terrific to work with. We have used Fountainhead to launch two companies we have into Amazon. They are a complete turn key operation and took care of everything for us. Along with the execution, Matts constant service and tracking of our companies keep things organized and on-track with all the demands Amazon puts on us. Cant imagine running these two with Matt and Fountainhead!

We hired FountainheadME last year after we purchased a company that had an Amazon sellers account. We were anxious and nervous because honestly, we knew nothing about Amazon. Ive worked closely with Dan Balk over the course of several months and he has been BEYOND helpful with our new platform on Amazon. I bought a company in January 2022 that had an Amazon FBA store. We had a myriad of issues regarding the Trademark we acquired with the purchase and its acceptance from Amazon Brand Registry. It was a disaster trying to get our new Amazon store running on our own. In April, out of sheer desperation, I went online to find help and found Fountainhead. They, Matt Cowan, got us up and running within a week and we have been buzzing ever since. Matt is personable, punctual, knowledgeable, proactive, patient with me and results driven. And our store is thriving. I have weekly Zoom meetings with Matt where the focus is always on growing the business AND training me!! The bottom line is THE BOTTOM LINE and ours is looking good. I would highly recommend Matt and Fountainhead if you are in need of an Amazon partner. Wish I would have found them sooner.

Our Account Manager Dan, has been a life saver. Always very quick to respond and upfront about the costs of their services. He has even helped me with a POA for Amazon. He literally dropped everything and started on it immediately. I see some complaints in the reviews about the cost of their services. I have always had to sign off for each task, so I know what to expect. I will continue to do business with them, at least as long as Dan is my rep. 😁
