One of the best decisions I made during wedding planning was hiring Kaitlin as my wedding coordinator and florist! She was diligent and proactive during the planning process as well as the wedding day. We had a major family emergency a day before the wedding - Kaitlin showed so much empathy and care by being flexible and thoughtful despite all the last minute changes. It was her first Pakistani American wedding and I really appreciate how she accommodated and coordinated our cultural customs. Also, everyone LOVED the florals she created, the floral colors and arrangements were fresh and vibrant! They really added a special touch to the entire event. If you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, don’t wait a second longer and hire Kaitlin … You won’t regret it!

If you’re looking for a wedding planner, look no further! Kaitlin is meticulous about every aspect of wedding planning/coordination, which kept us on track, thinking about the things we would have otherwise missed. She was always reachable by email/text outside of our scheduled meetings and always quick to respond. I appreciated her openness, flexibility, and collaboration, bringing our non-traditional (weekend festival-style campout) springtime wedding vision to life with 200+ guests. Day of coordination, she had an assistant and they did a fantastic job of handling things that might have gone wrong without our knowledge, which made for a smooth and easeful wedding day. We hired Kaitlin and Forever Peaceful Events for our wedding coordinator and florals, and we couldn’t have been happier! She kept our day running smoothly and on-time, gave us helpful planning resources leading up to the day, and set up all our decor just as we imagined. The florals were SO beautiful, I sent inspiration photos of the bouquets and arrangements and they turned out even better than I imagined! Our wedding was the best day thanks to Kaitlin, and having her as our coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. Would highly recommend to anyone planning a wedding!

I used Forever Peaceful Events as my day of coordinator and florist. However they were so much more than just day of. Kaitlin was so helpful leading up to our wedding. I was planning from across the country and she really helped make my somewhat scattered vision come to life. I am not picky or decisive which was probably her worst nightmare and she understood me. I didn’t give her much direction with my florals and the day of they completely took my breath away!

Kaitlin with Forever Peaceful Events was absolutely great to work with. I hired her as my florist for my January wedding. She also does wedding coordinating, and her care and detail toward making sure I was stress-free and happy with all of the floral arrangements really spoke for her coordinator services (even though she wasn’t my coordinator.) She went above and beyond and everything was gorgeous. There were major weather disruptions that moved my venue the week of the wedding and a few plans went out the door but she made sure every arrangement was repurposed and made up for the losses that were out of our hands. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Kaitlin’s wedding coordinator services. I had a small intimate wedding at my home, and thanks to her the day went perfectly. I planned my wedding in 6 months, and Kaitlin was there every step of the way to ensure I was getting things done on time. She provides super helpful planning spreadsheets and videos to keep you on track and she brings up tiny details that you would have never thought of on your own. As a bride, you don’t want to have the added stress of dealing with vendors on your wedding day. Kaitlin takes over communication with them prior to the wedding day and handles everything for you from there! She is so kind, thoughtful and detail oriented. Kaitlin did a fantastic job organizing, decorating and coordinating our wedding. She was our wedding planner and florist and she excelled at both jobs. I still cant believe how smoothly the wedding day went and how beautiful the floral arrangements were. She helped make sure every little detail was perfected and was a joy to work with. She ensured that the whole day ran smoothly, helped make decisions when the power went out and supported me the whole way through.I truly would have been lost without her and her amazing coordinating skills. As a military couple, planning for anything can be impossible, but she was there every step of the way to guide, assist and support us to ensure we could enjoy our big day with family and friends. Kaitlin is AMAZING! First, when I was in the process of looking for a wedding planner she was absolutely the most open and supportive person I talked to. Even in the initial call to discuss services she was giving me advice and support. We talked about budget and what we were looking for and we quickly signed up for her day of wedding planning package.Prior to getting married, I had never even been to a wedding. So, I was totally in the dark about all the things we had to get done. Kaitlin walked us through everything on our phone calls and after every phone call I felt calm and prepared. She is very detailed and provides lots of documentation throughout the process.We also had her do our florals which were beautiful. She had an exact idea of what we wanted for the wedding and she was able to seamlessly translate that to our florals. She did the bouquets, centerpieces, my two flower crowns, and more. Picture attached!When the day came, she was a boss and managed to keep our bridal party, guest, and vendors on schedule. We got married at Gold Hill Gardens, which is a venue she was very familiar with, and the event went off without a single misstep. I didnt have to think about a single thing except having a good time with my husband, friends, and family.I will forever be referring people to Kaitlin!

Our wedding would not have been successful if it was not for Forever Peaceful Events. From the beginning, they were eager and expressed genuine interest to customize our wedding day to our needs. The online course was a wonderful addition. It is best for those who need step by step instructions and detail oriented. It answers any and all questions you may have about wedding planning. Our florals were everything that we could have asked for and more. It was an added bonus that we got to keep all of our beautiful bouquets. Forever Peaceful Events does a wonderful job in ensuring the wedding planning process is stress-less, along with the wedding day. They were absolute angels on the wedding day and treated ourselves, personal items, and our guests with the up most respect. Oh my well Kaitlin plans THE BEST events! Shes had decades of experience doing so and is meticulous with the details. She is GENEROUS and provides more value than she asks for in return. I wouldnt hesitate to have her plan my wedding, graduation party, Bar mitzvah, birthday party, VIP trip, etc. etc.She knows how to prepare for, coordinate and manage a fantastic party and shell manage it like her life depended on it! She made the process so easy and provides you with checklists, timelines, etc. She really got my vision down and I could not imagine having the wedding we did without her help! She adjusted her schedule to make sure she was available to work with me and my venue directly as the location holds a special place in her heart. I couldn’t of been more happy with the care she took and the attention to details she put into the preparations leading up to the wedding and the actual details the day of the event. Kaitlin provided more than just the coordination of everything, she also did my flowers and to say I felt blessed is an understatement. She took what simple vision I had for the bouquets, minimal flower arrangements and table settings and created something better than I could of ever imagined, I shed tears of joy when she handed me my bouquet!! I was in awe of the design and thought she put into the Sweetheart table for my new husband and myself, the guest tables and the rustic themed cupcake table that was literally thrown at her the night before. Even though they were our “month of,” our coordinator was working to keep us on track from the moment we hired Forever Peaceful, and she was always available if needed. Communication was open and efficient, and they brought up great points/recommendations that we had never even considered. I’ve been to at least a dozen events Kailin has planned in the past three years, some with 100’s in attendance. Kailin is very skillful in planning events down to the smallest detail. This allows those attending to rest easy that their event will go smoothly and be thoroughly enjoyable for everyone in attendance. Topping of the list of successful events was her recent outdoor wedding. The venue was magically decorated and shabby sheik feel was inviting and memorable with a fun feel. I would highly recommend Kaitlin to be your planner for any type of group event including weddings.

My fiancé and I had a quick engagement period: engaged in December, wedding in June. About halfway through that period, I was incredibly stressed planning my wedding and knew that I needed help to solid some of the final details. I looked at a lot of other companies--they were very expensive and very few offered the type of help I wanted: some help planning the final details with day of coordination. Forever Peaceful Events created a package for me that met my needs at an excellent price, and they provided excellent customer service throughout the entire planning period. Everything was detailed, efficient, and easy to take care of. I felt so much relief! On the day of, Forever Peaceful Events handled everything with poise and grace, executing everything perfectly. I hired Kaitlin for the day of coordination for my wedding day and she did great! She was very hands on and made sure everything went smoothly. She replied fast to text messages and answered any questions I had. She gave me ideas that I didn’t even think of . For example, she recommended that I had my first dance under my gazebo.
